Way before the song was released, the teaser lyrics of the new Homin’s song was caussing a fuss in Korea, alot korean netizens were talking, majorly because It’s seems Homin/SM are dissing JYJ, not only netizens are talking also journalists and singers, most of them are bad reviews, SM says” The song is an expression of love and heartbreak between two lovers” but korean cassies say that line “Keep your head down” is to diss rivals, never used to a love relationship. One famous and respectable korean singer Jo-pd openly talked

A korean cassie also explains to international fans the real meaning:
“In Korea, when someone ignores and looks down the others, we use expression like this, ‘keep your head down’. It’s really vulgar expression”

I’m a new fan but I’ve really love this group. I started from old DBSK and came to love them so much. And when I heard of separation I felt really sad and this sadness became bigger when I heard this song. When I listened to W I really felt JYJ’s love toward HoMin and to think that they sang this song. 😦 Its a total heartbreak. Sometimes I wished for a reunion and I still wish cus I hope and want to believe that they forced HoMin to sing this, but if they agreed by themselves to sing this…..I really dont know 😦 I wish the best for both of them but now I’ll listen only to JYJ. Their cause its the fairest in my opinion. I feel bad for SM artists for being in a evil company like that. They are really talented and most of my fave groups are part of SM. I wish that one day they will leave that company.
sme is such a dirty company. they treat their artists horribly and make fun of their fans (mirotic, lucifer). they produce excellent product but at what cost? though i can believe homin to feel abandoned maybe, i think sme pushed these lyrics to hurt jyj (both members feelings and popularity). enjoy the music and try not to connect the dots.

Whoa! HoMin are employees of SME therefore they do as they are told. You can’t blame them for any of the decisions that are being made with regard to TVXQ. The only one you can put on them is that they decided to stay employees of such a slimy organization. That is disappointing enough that I don’t feel guilty about not giving a shit about their careers.
(I do give a shit about them personally though, which is why I can’t stand the personal attacks. I think they are miserable.)
In English, and since the lyric is in English I think the meaning should apply, the phrase “Keep your head down” is a warning that you are a target. Usually it’s meant well, as a warning that trouble is coming, but from someone like an angry ex–which is what SME implies the singers are–it’s almost a death threat.
So either the song is a warning to JYJ that SME is targeting them, or it’s a song threatening violence against an ex partner. Good one, SME, very classy.
¡Oh! ¡What an offensive lyrics! The meaning and the “target” are pretty obvious; to insult and to mistreat JYJ.

I don’t know who write this song or such but I’m really dissapointed with this. I understand Homin can’t freely speak their mind but this song lyrics is too much! After listening to JYJ “W” which is very beautiful and emotional, this is just sucks but yeah, I’m nobody to judge them. But hope they realise their friendship again and can reunite as 5 someday 🙂 SM, GO TO HELL!!! ;(
