When I watched a scathing attack on JYJ, I rather confirmed that they felt a lot of sense of crisis for JYJ.
First, after JYJ won a case to apply for an injunction against them, JYJ each work, Musical and Drama, achieved more than expected and it made them sullen.
Second, JYJ achieved recognition as their potential ability and popularity to the public through their showcases in Asia and US and concerts in Seoul, and it also stimulated their sense of crisis.
Third, JYJ’s fandom is expanding and also can’t ignore their influences. As those things will be directly connected to purchasing power, they’ll disturb SM’s market power in this industry.
Fourth, this is an essential thing. They don’t have a justification. The judgement of FTC and in other trials, they also think that there’s no possibility to win. Because they have no a justification, they can predict long term loss of profit, market power weakness. So I think their all-out attack was launched.
Their logic is just one. It’s an ingratitude or a betrayal and favor. Those things are the best way to respond on SM that their staff felt like a family. although they worked upon another’s feeling, not logics, and they mislead the essence of conflicts which are human rights and the basic legal rights of labor, and finally they want to make JYJ immoral people. They seem to fight desperately though they were determined to make a loss their image.
They are afraid of JYJ and their fandom. Of course they have many popular singers to affect to the public and they maneuver behind the group like FKPCAI(the Federation of Korean public culture and artistic industry) and broadcasting companies but someday their manager will go anhd handle it.
But, how’s the reality?
A normal person who have practical experience know it that ‘business ethics: like a family’ is a fiction to suppress and to sacrifice working people. There are certainly many businessmen with business ethics: ‘like a family’ But there’s no silly person to distinguish truth and false.
JYJ will win a fight in the end.
Because they have a justification, courage, and a dream. And they have their fandon to support them. To love someone is the same thing to protect them. What protect JYJ who take courage and have a dream with difficulty is the only our support and active backings. I will also try to support much harder than before. It may be long-term fight. But Cheer up, everyone!

Dont mind these people, they are just jealous of what jyj have accomplished so far..and they have the right to be jealous as JYJ has accomplished so much more than them without a big company like SM supporting them and taking their money..lol
-they must have thought that without sm, jyj would not be able to stand on their own but jyj has proved them wrong.
-jyj has more supporters than them.
-jyj albums sell much higher than them esp suju, can you imagine there are 13 of them in a group and they’re released like 30albums/singles last year but only sold like 100K or somethign in hanteo (i cant remember the exactly how much but it’s pretty low)
-jyj is so much more richer than them esp now that they are not under SM anymore (I will bet all my money that they have earn so much more in the last 12months than the 6or 7 years that they have stayed with SM).
-jyj are epic singers thay they will never reach their level in their wildest dreams.
-and last but not the least, jyj are so much more good looking than them lol

Just want to correct you.
Last year SuJu only released 2 version (A & B) of album Bonamana and a repackage version. So basically they released 3 versions of 1 album
Those “30 albums” that you mentioned are the total of all the albums & singles that they released since their debut until now. In 2010, there are fans who still buy SuJu’s 1st album for example, then it’ll still be charted (just like last year I bought all of DBSK’s Korean stuffs that I can, and it was counted toward Hanteo).
And SuJu’s total sales for 2010 is over 200K.

Pointing out facts, such as sales figures, is not putting other groups down. In this case it is making the point that JYJ is real competition to SME groups, SuJu being an important one. Looking at it that way, it’s actually a compliment.
If the contract of all artists would become better after, then I really would like to ask those (artists) who once calls JYJ traitor, betrayal, ungrateful and more to not take this benefits to his own self when the lawsuit comes to its end (if JYJ win the case though). I want them (artists) to be so damn happy with their old slave contract and live with it for the rest of their lives from the company they call their family. *Shrug*

It’s hard to go against the whole system, so it’s expected that people will attack them. Normally, people just take the rules as the norm and obey them unconditionally. Alot of people, when they dont agree with the rules, are just sitting there and complain. Although JYJ lawsuit is for themselves but it will also benefit many others and we even have seen some positive results already. They have voiced up their opinions, they are not sitting there but do something about it. what ever the result come out,I still admire them for their courage.<3
Many people say SM makes you then they can also crush you and I think they are trying to do that with JYJ, but hey look, they are still standing tall. It's hard time, so be strong JYJ <3<3

i posted on my facebook that i was listening to JYJ’s empty and my friends liked it i was like woah cuz none of my friends know of my kpop well mostly JYJ love i was soo happy either way im making it my mission to do what i can to continue to spread the love cuz they need more than anything right now. your post is similar to what ive been thinking cuz i feel as JYJ is getting more power in some ways. i seriously feel like c-jes even belongs to JYJ! SM will one day thank the guys or even get on their knees to beg for forgiveness

its true the fandom grow and become more diverse. my guys friends been bothering me ever since they listen to Empty. they keep asking when will JYJ release more English songs and stuff. They even go as far to dwld their other work as well. Most of them like Junsu the most. It was awkward coz they never give a damn about DBSK/Kpop before and they still didnt give a damn about Kpop now but they like JYJ

i agree. i think their beginning album have attracted a lot of fanboys! lol. even my boyfriend, who hated them because he always gets jealous of them, now loves them. LOL. and now i get to talk about jyj with him MORE!
