I found this news yesterday and my reaction was like HUH???.
I don’t know if JYJ contract with AVEX still exist but after halting their activities in Japan and you did this? Just close their doors in Japan is not enough right? And then you slap our face with this? Oh, godddddddd.
Anyone please tell me, if I buy this then my money will go to JYJ or not? If so, I will buy it for sure!

Funny how just before coming for updates here, I was reading Ayu’s wiki page where it’s said: “By the end of her Arena Tour 2003–2004, Hamasaki had grown dissatisfied with her position in Avex: she felt that the company was treating her as a product instead of a person”.
Sounds familiar, right?
I think that JYJ would have negotiated a good contract with Avex for the JYJ stuff, which means they would get paid for anything sold. Avex was in a tough spot and handled it very poorly, but I don’t distrust them.
If you want it, I wouldn’t feel at all guilty getting it, but the self-produced items will benefit them more if you are buying just to support them.
A second thought — I’ve heard rumours that Avex is trying to lure JYJ back to the negotiating table. (How they think they could get away with this and not piss off SME, I don’t know. Maybe they don’t care.) This release could be their way of saying, “Look how well we work together.”
Before everybody panics at the thought, JYJ wouldn’t be signing up with Avex the way their other artists are signed — as employees. The boys have had a taste of artistic freedom, they aren’t going to give that up. And they aren’t going to go in as trusting as they were last time either. Avex would be signing with JYJ to provide management services to them. The boys would be foolish to do it otherwise. (That might have been what blew the last contract negotiations.)
I think Avex have to pay for JYJ whenever they’re selling JYJ ‘S dvd+cd…
I’m saving my money to buy JYJ MUSIC ESSAY ,I don’t want to buy anything from AVEX .SM and AVEX are together in everything….And I don’t want to let them touch at my money…^_*
