This is as clear as day and yet I cannot for the life of me understand why the HoMin biased sites still cannot understand (or refuse to understand) why everything is just so wrong with SME… god!
Loving HoMin doesn’t necessarily mean agreeing with SM you know. I love JYJ, support them in any way I can because I know they fight for the right thing. But I love HoMin too as singers, as humans, as people who lived with Jaejoong, Junsu and Yoochun as their brothers for years. Yeah, I miss them terribly but I won’t buy their album because I won’t support SM. I can say that I’m a OT5 fan but not as in “please go back to SM so I can have my TVXQ5 back” but more like I love each and every member together and separately like I did for the past five years. And I think most of those people who are HoMin biased are exactly those. HoMin biased, not SM biased.
I was thinking of that because one blog site that claims it’s giving out facts seems to worship SME… I got what you meant, though my reaction was more of a rhetorical question… ^^
nevertheless there is a limit to how many appeals can be done.
but knowing SM and their cronies you are right, it can take years.

ya, i’m worried about that too because our boys will have to enter the military one day, they will not make any money at that time and will the case be delayed for two years (that is if they enter the military at the same time). Dispute is always give me headaches.
@ JYJ_fan If they are getting earnings and royalties from their previous work — like they should be! — they will be earning money while they are in the military. That’s why these next 5 years are so important, they need to get a catalogue of music recorded and maybe some dramas on DVD to keep the money flowing. And they get paid for being a soldier as well. (Enough to feed the cats at least 😉 )
Their lawyers can continue to handle the lawsuit if it’s still going on. Going into the service will just put their career on hold like every other entertainer there.

Knowing the workings of the court I think they can play this game for years if they want to. *sighs* I wish it was over already…
