Compiling all the fansites that verified it as fanmade and therefore false might jolt the stubborn few who are latching onto this as true so they realize it isn’t.

It doesn’t matter if it started out as a joke or not.I honestly think it is a joke too, but it’s tasteless and there are some fans who are actually buying this. (I don’t know HOW but they are.) At a time like this, people are desperate to believe anything to keep their faith alive. At the end of the day, a “harmless” joke can upset a lot of people on all sides.. including Yunjae fans.
I’m just glad it has semi-stopped and international fans are brushing it off ^^ Korean fans on the other hand /headdesk I swear, the language barrier is killing this fandom.

@xxjenjaexx this week is yunjae’s day, many people send Jae from just a “usual” tweet from YJ shipper until to very obnoxious tweets to Jae… i don’t wanna to mention it here, because it’s surely will bring negativity toward yunjae fans…but may be u can imagine how worst is that to make me don’t wanna mention it…
For me i don’t care if yunjae is real or not, Jae is straight, bi or gay, it’s his problem, not mine. But there are many people send disturbing and “vulgar” word, and to me it’s already a form of sexual harassment… regardless ur sexuality, if u are keep on being tweeted a vulgar word, it’s already an offensive act, and many people do that, especially yesterday, in yh’s bday…
And even send him XXX rated fanfict… even it’s in english but… people should stop to harass Jae, YES, i said it’s a harassment…

It’s pretty obvious that it’s fake. If you look at clearly, you can tell that it’s fake. Plus, do people think Jae’s an idiot or something? Do people honestly think he would learn English slang and tweet this while he’s in this particular time and condition? That wouldn’t make sense.

I Lol-ed at the “Chubby Hubby” bit and at least it was not “Honey funny bunny.” Anyway, in all seriousness, it was a tasteless joke/prank. All these YJ-ness needs to ends. It was fun at first but some crazies are taking it too far. I remember Yunho and JJ saying that they do go on the yunjae fan sites and read fanfics, they also read the smutty ones and they were appalled. JJ even mentioned a famous one in Korea called “Thorn bird” in one of his UFO replies. Oh come on… Making an elephant from a flea, really. This is not worse from the millions of “revealing” videos on Youtube, the voice recordings of them making love or calling each others honey, perfectly made photomanips of them kissing, sleeping together… The internet is full of those, why would this be so bad that it deserves this much attention? Don’t worry guys, Jaejoong is perfectly used to this kind of stuff, they always get these kind of comments in this time of year. Jaejoong can simply ignore them if he wants to. It’s just that earlier the fans sent YunJae stuff to them by mail, now the boys have twitter so the fans are using this method so we can see it. *shrugs*
It’s not the manip that’s the problem, it’s the harassment that it prompted. These kind of remarks directed at them them either in person, by mail, or on Twitter is intrusive and offensive. The stuff on YouTube or on fansites they have to go looking for; this they can ignore. When it’s being shoved in their face, it’s harassment.
I get very angry when people use “They are celebrities” and “They are used to it” to excuse bad behaviour. That’s why Korean (and other segments of) fandom got the reputation for being bat-shit insane. It seems like everybody closed their eyes to it for so long due to the idea that TVXQ are idols and therefore not people, that no one knows what is reasonable anymore. They are people GDI! and they deserve the basic respect that we would give to any stranger.
You are partly right, I can agree with the first part of your post. I was angry and felt awkward when even in the US they were shouting Yunho’s name when JJ was asked about his ideal girl and somebody gave him YunJae pic to write his signature on. I love YunJae, hell I’m the biggest YunJae-YooSu shipper I know but only in my room and in my head or with friends. It’s fun but I would never shove it in their face. As I once said maybe they are smiling when they hear something like this but men in general doesn’t really enjoy being called homosexuals. 😀
But beside being humans and deserving all the respect as you say, they *are* celebrities, and I’m sorry to say this, but being celebrity does come in a full package. It comes with obsessive fans, papparazzi, not being free to do what ever you want or to go where ever you want. We can complain all we want but this won’t change and as celebrities, they are aware of this fact. If I want to be blunt, I could say they knew what are they buying, being celebrity is not only about fame and glitter. This doesn’t mean I aprove of this because I don’t, I’m just being realistic here. Theoretically they have the right for freedom and private space like you and me but in real life they won’t get it, ever. It bothers them, I know, but they learned to live with it, to ignore it, because that’s what they do for years, so to say it’s their job they do for living.
Yeah, Korean fans can be overly obsessive, but as I see, every fanclub in Korea is like this. The boys get whole books full of YunJae stuff as gift, it wasn’t that long ago when I’ve seen a book congratulating Yunho and Jaejoong on their anniversary and it was signed by celebrities, too. JJ even walks aroung with YunJae fanclub goods in his hand. They were the ones who started it, they were the ones who did all the fanservice – okay, I admit it probably wasn’t their idea but management’s – they were the ones who encouraged the fans so now they can’t really complain that they have YunJae or YooSu fans…
So yes, believe me, it bothers us more than Jaejoong himself, I think we don’t have to worry. I’m sorry if somebody sees this differently and can’t agree with me but that’s my point of view, I didn’t want to offened anyone.

I need to qualify that I think in general K-Cassies have grown up a lot in the past couple of years, and I have been very proud to share my obsession with them during the lawsuit. However, when I first became aware of them in 2006, I was disgusted by their behaviour. It was the entitled and thoughtless behaviour then that set the tone for much of the rest of fandom, and persists in some areas.
