[Fanaccount] 110223 Yoochun at Tokyo Tower – Part 3
After their filming at Odaiba ended, I went around shopping with my friend. Then we heard that Yoochun was at a game center in Odaika. No way, he was that close, I totally missed him (T.T)
We then guessed that the next spot they were going to would be Tokyo Tower because it was close. But then Jaejoong uploaded a picture of Odaiba and we ran there, but it was still bright there! (T/N: the pic JJ uploaded is Odaiba at night)
It turned out that JJ uploaded a picture from yesterday. He’s good at tricking us… Then suddenly YC uploaded his picture from Tokyo Tower, just like what we guessed! (^o^) We hurriedly took a taxi to Tokyo Tower, and since the driver uncle didn’t know about Yoochun, we told me LOL
After reaching Tokyo Tower, we started to search for him at the lower level. Not there. Then we started looking for him at the middle level. He wasn’t there either. We were giving up and walking towards the souvenir shop…
Then we saw a lot of people there! It was the booth where you have your face portrayed. I was like, “Why does that person’s hair look like Yoochun’s?”. My friend: “He’s wearing a khaki shirt and his hair looks like Yoochun…”
But we thought that Yoochun wouldn’t be here and were going to give up. However, when we turned back, it was really Yoochun!!! He was having a portrait there! Yoochun looked so cute just by sitting~
Yoochun’s face is very small and fair-skinned! http://yfrog.com/h5t2lgj

[TRANS] About the 625 meeting – summary/analysis (Part 4 of 5)
Part IV. How have the rumor spreaders altered the truth about 625 meeting?
Now we will compare how the 625 recording has been analyzed and distorted by the rumor spreaders (aka HoTels as mentioned in part I).
The information we used for comparison is based on:
- A series of web-postings by former administrator of DNBN(www.dnbn.org), “별(Byul,Star)” which includes History of TVXQ Affairs
- Another posting titled ‘625 Gangnam Baptist Church Meeting’ based on “별(Byul,Star)”’s posting from ‘TelZone Dong Bang Shin Ki Gallery’ (Link)
The reason that the HoTels took former administrator of DNBN’s words seriously and used her explanation to support their claim and strengthen the rumors’ credibility has a connection with DNBN’s influence on the TVXQ fandom. “DNBN” is a fan site formed by voluntary actions of the fans, and its large scale within the fandom almost equals that of the official fan club managed by the TVXQ’s management company. DNBN serves the role of a centralized body of the fandom where information about TVXQ and the fandom are gathered and shared. And since the management and TVXQ’s family actually did contact DNBN’s administrators for important issues, the administrator has huge influence on the TVXQ fandom regardless of authenticity or validity of the information he/she provides. Consequently, when the former administrator of DNBN posted such articles on the former domain of DNBN, fans would absorb and accept what the former administrator of DNBN,“별,” posted about 625 meeting as if it was true, when in fact it was full of speculations.
HoTels’ so-called “Awakening” materials have been made into many different forms and distributed to major portal sites, personal blogs, and general forums and communities unrelated to idols, and even overseas with English, Japanese, and Chinese translations. Especially in Japan, where keeping maintenance and stability of a group is a priority as a cultural value, Junsu, Yuchun, and Jaejoong’s reputation and public image as celebrities have fell to the ground, thanks to the efforts of the HoTels. The three were denounced as traitors to SM and condemned as the main culprit in breaking up TVXQ on its way to the top without a proper understanding of the reasoning behind the lawsuit. Now, the more horrifying thing is that HoTels have turned their attention to where JYJ wants to expand their career – to the fans in Britain, United States, and Southeast Asian countries where TVXQ fandom is mainly composed of “all-fans” who support TVXQ itself as a group (as opposed to the Korean fandom that more often focuses on one individual within the group).

[TRANS] Yes… It’s beyond me just how dear our Jaejoong-nim (T/N: an honorific) is . He is like an onion in that (you find that) he is a better man with each interaction, and there is no other professional like him when it comes to work. I am so excited for his directorship, for his stage, for his story!! ^^

[OPINION] 110225 Why JYJ can’t be seen in the broadcast?
Leaving SME that has the absolute power, JYJ has experienced severe difficulty. After they left TVXQ, they got considerable popularity in and out of Korea though. Despite the popularity like this, however, the only TV stage they performed on was KBS Acting Awards last year. A JYJ member Park Yuchun winning the prize for “SungKyunKwan Scandal”, they gave the congratulatory performance. However, the reason they could perform is that the main agent of the event was the drama department. In regard of JYJ not appearing on TV, SM said, “We have never requested ban on their appearing, and also we don’t have any reason to do so.” Nevertheless, we can’t see JYJ on TV. If SM’s claim is truth, we could think that the producers of the entertainment programs was feared beforehand.
As JYJ showed signs of revival by KBS Acting Awards, SM checked them by presenting TVXQ(Yunho & Changmin) from program to program. In between airing the Awards, the commercial on TVXQ’s comeback was aired, and SM presented TVXQ members to a variety of entertainment shows of the major broadcasting companies. On Feb. 2, TVXQ appeared on “Paradise Ranch”, “Athena”, and “Strong Heat” for 3 hours straight during prime time.
Opposition between SM and JYJ has extended over Japan. It is the major opinion of the industry that due to the boycott of a Japanese record company AVEX, JYJ’s activities in Japan have been restricted. When JYJ launched a world tour showcase, Masato Matsuura, the president of AVEX, left the message on the twitter, “I will pay back without fail someday. I will teach these arrogant guys the lesson no matter what.”
The greatest enemy of these massive management companies is fandom. As for JYJ’s fan clubs, their organizational power is strong enough for them to raise ₩150 million($130 thousand) in an instant and they advertised for supporting JYJ on the buses. The reason KBS drama department gave JYJ the solo stage is that KBS made a huge profit in Japanese market through the OST of “SungKyunKwan Scandal.” Park Jaebum, expelled from JYP Entertainment, can be the case that an artist resurged by the aid of fans. Park Jaebum also can make another attempt with renewed energies thanks to the strong fandom both at home and abroad.
