For your reference only, this is the seating plan for Justin Bieber’s concert in SICC on March 23rd.

JB only has 3 areas, my prediction is Dream Catcher is going to split festival area (aka standing area) in two sections for VIP A and VIP B audiences. But oh well, prediction is prediction, we’ll let you know when the official plan for JYJ is out.
