SamYook University has invited the celebrity soccer team FC MEN for a charity soccer match on the 28th at 4pm.
This event is a cultural event held for the start of the new school year and the university’s new students, and FC MEN will play a friendly match against the university’s current soccer team.
FC MEN was founded by JYJ’s Kim Junsu and SS501′s Kim HyunJoong. Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, Kim Bum, Song JoongKi, and Lim JuHwan are also active members. Junsu, the captain of the team, plans to directly participate in the match.
Junsu will also host the presentation ceremony for 10 million won raised for the friendly match, signature giveaway event, and presidential reception.
Junsu revealed his thoughts on the event, stating “Because we will be holding the match to help the less fortunate, I will participate with a happy heart. I hope, through this event, the solidarity of the students will help change the society.”

[NEWS] JYJ’s Junsu, SS501’s Kim Hyun Joong participate in charity soccer match
On February 28th, Sahmyook University invited celebrity soccer team, FC MEN, for a special charity soccer match against the university’s ‘Sahmyook Union’ team.
FC Men attended last year’s charity event as well, and its members are comprised of JYJ’s Junsu, Hero, Yoochun, SS501’s Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Bum, Song Joong Ki, Im Ju Hwan, and many others.
On the 28th, the team’s leader Junsu and Kim Hyun Joong presented $10,000 USD in donations to the less fortunate. They also participated in various other events, like autographed giveaways.
Junsu stated, “As it’s a match for the less fortunate, I will take part it in with a joyful heart. I hope that this event is able to help the youth band together for the betterment of society.”
The FC MEN won with a score of 4:3, with 2 of the 4 goals coming from Junsu.

I wonder why Yoochun and Jaejoong joined. I guess they couldn’t say no to Junsu, but they aren’t that great at soccer. I guess they are with him in spirit.
