On 9 March, radio PD Yun Sung Hyun, has created a special broadcast to play both TVXQ and JYJ songs on his own radio program ‘Radio Heaven’. He also mentioned that here have been many talks going on around with fans of TVXQ and JYJ. Thus, he decided to do a special radio broadcast for both groups.
Yun PD has approached JYJ’s manager in hope to invite JYJ to the show but has been rejected reason being, they are unsure if JYJ has the rights to appear in radio broadcasts just yet so they were unable to attend.

At this, JYJ affiliates said in a conversation with Newsen: “We are not sure just exactly at what point I time and with what individuals the talk about getting JYJ on the show were exchanged, but JYJ would not have on purpose avoided appearing on the show. There are many factors that determine whether an entertainer appears on a show or not, but just as other entertainers also have situations in which they are invited to appear but are unable to, it was likely a routine matter.
He also said: “JYJ is thirsty to appear on broadcast and if they have a good opportunity they want to appear on air whenever (they are asked to). However, they have a lot of foreign activities and there are other things like Junsu’s schedule being very packed due to the musical, and that is one possibility as to why they could not have appeared. It seems like there was a misunderstanding in the communications. If the program’s character and the schedule matches, we are ready (in the alternative, we desire to) to appear on such a program at any time that they ask.
T/N by JYJ3: As for Yun PD’s comment, please consider JYJ has the full rights to appear in any program as they wish, as confirmed repeatedly by the courts. It seems that Yun PD’s comments were at best a product of misunderstanding. Yun PD’s broadcast also made it clear that the PD knew very little about the current JYJ-SM crisis.

I think JYJ are very wary of the Korean media at the moment and don’t want to risk going on a show where they could be sideswiped by uncomfortable questions. Also the court date is very close, I think they will want to avoid any controversy until that is done.
I think Cjes is just being extremely cautious so that nothing JYJ have done/will do will be accused by SM for violating whatever SM is claiming. I really hope that when the whole lawsuit ends, they can be less cautious and embrace more of the opportunities that are given to them.
What I got is that CJeS is being careful. I’m just not sure what it is they’re being cautious about, exactly.

Maybe KBS were like “We’ll play JYJ’s songs to get them to want to come on our show” and C-JeS was like “ah~KBS wants JYJ to come on to their radio show…hmmm…maybe if we play hard to get next they’ll asking for JYJ to appear on Music Bank” keke ^^

It’s very likely the boys saying they don’t want to do it. C-JeS is just the agent. If JYJ found out they were offered a show and wanted to go on, and C-JeS turned it down, C-JeS would be handed their ass.
I don’t know who this guys is, but C-JeS and JYJ likely do, and there might be good reason to avoid him.

it doesn’t look good for jyj to do this. They’ve been saying they’re getting cock blocked but when you are offered opportunities you reject them. You can’t have it both ways. That’s how the general public is going to view them. So cjes/jyj better smarten up

I think JYJ/manager don’t want just a radio program to break the cockblocking drama after all those court rulings , they want a major music program that will showcase their level as musician not just a mere radio broadcast. And besides, they’re too busy now, so if they will have a media appearance, be it a “big time”.
I guess even the guys are wary with all the media plays and now being overtly cautious by every appearance they made to avoid any problems.
BTW the case with QTV showed just how much all those involved cared about the court rulings *hint* not.at.all.

We can’t forget even though they’ve been denied appearances on Korean TV, they aren’t sitting around the house eating bon-bons (Particularly not at Jae’s where the bon-bons are part of the concept! ❤ him.) They have made themselves full schedules and much of it outside of the country. They can't rearrange things just because a PD has decided to be merciful and toss them a bone.

I think they want to wait for a little longer to make sure that NO ONE would ever interfere their future activities. Cuz, even they already granted the injunction of activing their activites but SM still does everything they can to block JYJ such as QTV.
