Group JYJ’s ‘Trip Around the World’ Concert, Kim Jaejoong Takes On the Role of Executive Director
Group JYJ has decided on the concept of their 9-city-crossing ‘JYJ World Tour Concert in 2011’ to be “Creative Challenge” and are devoting themselves to full-fledged work. C-JeS Entertainment that handles JYJ’s management revealed: “Currently we are proceeding with putting on the finishing touches in order to heighten the degree of completion. It will be a colossal project comprised of in total 23 songs.”
Kim Jaejoong, who is himself taking on the role of the executive director and so has become a topic of conversation, is displaying a new side of himself—from last month, he has himself supervised the meetings with all of the staff and discussed (even the) minutiae of the components of the performance.
Kim Jaejoong relayed his determination: “We will put to maximum use the cross-shaped and circular stage which gets even closer to the audience, and add performance elements to every song in addition to the musical ones, and will so create a stage which one cannot tear one’s eyes away from.”
JYJ will show off 4 new songs as additions to this Word Tour, in addition to every single song contained in the ‘JYJ Music Essay.’ In doing so, the large majority of the tour is to be filled with songs that the members themselves wrote and composed. JYJ’s “Trip Around the World” will take place with the Asia Tour that kicks off in Bangkok, Thailand on April 2, and will continue on with (the stops in) the United States and Canada, and will adorn its magnificent finale in Korea on June 12.
The reporter believes that the finale will be on June 12. Let’s hope that C-JeS confirms soon!
