JYJ Instantly Sold 7000 Tickets, Fans Willing to Give Their All for Their Idols
It was suddenly announced that idol group JYJ would hold a concert at Taipei Arena at the end of this month. Tickets started selling on the noon of April 8th and according to the promoters, Brokers Brothers, over 7000 tickets were already sold by that evening. Even though the sudden concert announcement came as a surprise, it still generated a fervent scramble for tickets among fans.
After it was announced on April 1st that the concert will be held on April 23rd, JYJ fans have had super headaches for not only were the most expensive tickets NT$5000 (aprox. $170 USD) but fans also had to figure out how to line up for tickets. Some fans even queued in line as early as 2 days before the tickets went on sale. It could be said that for their idols, these fans are willing to devote their entire hearts. JYJ [JYJ World Tour 2011 ASIA] in Taipei will be held on the evening of April 23rd at Taipei Arena. Please contact promoters Brokers Brothers for ticketing information.

What is the capacity? Hopefully the rest of the tickets will get sold out too ^_^
This must be just the first round or something because that arena is huge. Hope the rest sell as well. It was such a great show in Thailand.
WOAH~ though i’m expectiing this, it’s still a WOW!!!
Glad for for the boys! Taiwan fans, you know the drill! Fancams, HQ pics okay??? ^____~
See that, SME? AVEX??? heheheh~
They should start selling the 2nd batch now…The more time they give fans to buy the tickets, the better chances of it being a completely full house ❤
true… so that people can arrange their schedules. 🙂
If I’m not mistaken, tickets are not sold in batches. Fans can still purchase tickets.
well i think it´s because the most expensive tickes are not on sale yet. So maybe they are waiting for an opprtunity to buy them?
I hope Director Kim goes to Taiwan early again. I think he is doing a great job of promoting awareness of JYJ when he visits and appears on News/shows, Can i hope for him to guest on Show Luo’s show (100% Entert..)-dont know if Show still does this though..
Anyway, all the best to the next concert.
I also wish that he decides to go early. International fans love him and he needs to be on TV more, especially abroad so he can suck in new fans.
A+++++++
I hope

Hmm… I just check on website. Most of the good seats are sold. Hope they manage to sold out the balance!!!!!!!!
JYJ Rocks
Jaejoong sajangnim fighting for your new stage directing XDD
Taiwan fans are so lucky..I too hope the ticket sales will be another record and I hope they will get as much exposure as in Thailand or even better, much more with positive response and great news write-ups.
With that, I will happily shove it up to those antis’ throats and make them swallow it!! Hah!
Hi, I’m from Taiwan. I lined up for around 16 hours and I successfully got my ticket to the concert. There were fans, I heard, who started lining up as early as Saturday (Apr 2nd). That’s what I heard, but definitely there were fans who lined up for more than two days.
ALSO, I would very much like to burn the promoters, the Brokers Brother, to death. We don’t know if it was their making but since they are the promoters I feel they are responsible…So if they are not responsible, then they are not. But in the mean time they seem to be responsilbe because……..The instant the ticket sale began at 12:00 noon on April 8th at the responsible music stores, the 4200 NT$ tickets for sections 1C were already sold out. Thus, the fans who were first in line could only choose from other sections. As a result, some fans who lined up for days, hoping to get the 4200NT$ tickets, could barely get a 3200NT$. Oh, and let me remind you all, the online ticket sale never worked. People couldn’t log in at 12:00 at all…
A few hours later, the fans found out some bits and pieces of the whereabouts of the tickets. The 4200 tickets were found online on many japanese websites. And do you know how much they were sold for? Yep, converting back to NT$…8000NT$! And there were still tickets available on those websites as late as 4:00pm that same day! Additionally, some tickets on sale on different websites have dates dating back to April 7th. Oh, and some of the tickets have the Brokers Brothers’ stamp instead of the stamps of the music stores.
This time there won’t be any extended stage (田 Shape)like in Thailand. There will only be one main stage in the center. I felt so terrible after getting this information. I mean, what’s going to happen to Director Kim’s dream stage??????
The fans have continuously reflected this problem to BB(Brokes Brothers)and we came to the point where we also accused them of being inefficient, lazy and moneyeaters (for not wanting to put any effort in making the stage and selling such expensive tickets even without the 田. Then BB retorted and do you know what they said????? They first said that the Taipei Arena is too long and not round enough, thus the stage could not extend width-wise. Then they told the fans not to accuse them, because it’s the decision of the korean side. They said the korean side is really adamant and strong in their decision, so BB can’t do anything about it. Then they said that since JYJ finally have an opportunity to sing on stage, shouldn’t the fans be content that they are coming to taiwan and not complaning about the stage? Then since JYJ is crashed by sm and avex and blah, blah, blah we should support them, blah blah blah. Is it really that hard to beg BB to have a T or I shaped stage? Then today (more than 24 hrs after the ticket sale started), BB said ” The korean team came to the arena today and we have reflected the fans’ problem to them. They have agreed to discuss this back in korea and hope to overcome this technical problem.” Let me ask BB, i thought you’ve asked them already…
Anyway, i just want to apolopgize to people here. sorry for the long post.
We, the fans here, are just hoping that the whole arena would be filled, we hope JYJ won’t see a half empty stadium…
anyway, BB is notorious for many of deeds. BB go to…*sighs*
The promoter is responsible for the tickets. So any complaints about that should be aimed at them. And pulling this kind of stunt on the fans likely means that JYJ won’t be using them again. (Do these guys not get that?! The artist is their customer. Without them they have no job.)
Hearing stuff like this makes me amazed that JYJ attempts these type of tours at all.
I’m so lucky to be able to go to the concert. I must have done some great deeds in my past lives, but I just hate how the promoter is doing things.
Congrats on the tickets & enjoy the show. It sounds like there are quite a few dodgy promoters in Asia area?
I’m so sorry for being such a whining kid. I’m not being grateful for what I have.
ooh dear u must stress out by what happen in there. *HUGS YOU*
u can whining in here and the JYJ Family will give you family hugs
its same what happen in INDO when we try buy our tickets but CONGRATZ you’ve got your tickets XD
you fans are crap! if this is cancelled you all only have you guys to blame. the ticx wont sell out.
Correction the promoter is crap
eliza, u all shld b happy dat someone wanna take tis last min concert. who on earth wld wanna do it in less than a mth?? jyj shld not complain either. its their own wrong-doing for hvg a stupid c-jes to handle. i bet got problems later on. i wont be surprised if tis is canceled too cos of c-jes. yes again!!! damn them!!!
Think both cjes and BB are at fault. For those who had queue up for days but cannot get their desired tickets sucks. Now the valuable tickets are sold to Japanese??? Oh my god. That is bad. we fans and JYJ are suffering because of poor planning. What to do? Cjes had cancelled Singapore concert without any explanation given and replaced with Taiwan in such a short time. And now they cannot have Jaejoong dream stage. This is ridiculous.
They better don’t cancelled the concert. I have bought airticket and concert ticket. Cost me a bomb. This whole things stress me out.
Are you going to the concert too? Where are you from? Hope you have a wonderful time!!! *Hugs and Kisses*
