This is Paek Changju, Director of C-JeS Entertainment.
First, I thank you sincerely for sending your deep affection and support to JYJ.
Because of the cessation of the contract with Avex of last year, JYJ’s circumstances are such that they cannot have activities in Japan. Nonetheless we received much support for JYJ’s activities such as the World Wide Album, and we are always holding a thankful heart.
When the whole of the country of Japan was attacked by the large earthquakes of eastern Japan that occurred last month, JYJ, too, was in despair in the sentiment of family.
Also, in order to pay back the love that we’ve received from you the Japanese fans, we’ve come to plan a charity concert that prays for the recovery to come in as few days as possible from the earthquakes of eastern Japan. However, regardless of the intent of us who have proceeded (with the planning) with the thought that we want to help in any way we can, various troubles are occurring, such as the cancellation of the venue of the concert.
Because we caused much inconvenience to those who had been anticipating the concert after the tickets were already sold, we are very sorry.
I, when I thought of the Japanese fans who had waited for the performance of JYJ from long ago, decided that it would not do to show an inadequate performance, and nearly thought that I should cancel the concert. However, in order to keep the promise with the many fans who had trusted in JYJ and had waited for them, I’ve decided to go ahead with the concert.
I will stake every part of myself on this, and will do my best in order for this concert to be implemented safely.
Those of you in Japan, too, please take this concert not as a one-time event but rather a signal that starts the activities of JYJ in Japan in the future.
Therefore, even if the concert’s venue is somewhat poor and inadequate, I ask from the bottom of my heart that you trust in the sincerity of our hearts and support us.
From now on too, JYJ will not yield to this kind of pressure, and will go anywhere if it is a place in which we can have the Japanese fans listen to the music of JYJ.
I, too, in order to live up to the trust of you Japanese fans, in order for you to again hear JYJ’s music and their stories, I will stake every part of myself to fight.
Fans of Japan,
As you’ve been until now, from now on too please be the trustworthy supporters of JYJ and be their strength.
Because we have principles and beliefs (T/N: same word that JJ and YC have on their chests), we can do this.
Paek Changjoo
I like this. Mr. Baek is on it.
I really like this letter it is full of sincerity. And I love how he ended with ‘we have faith’ which is fast becoming a slogan of JYJ’s.
me too my first thing i said it to my self after i end the reading repeat ,,,principles and beliefs … ^^ .. we have the faith ,,, ^^ all of them meaning the same to us ..
the faith … we will keep it always ;;; as our JJ do ^^

Mr.baek ,, thank u from the bottom of my heart to all real hard work u do it just for our boys .. thank u and thank u and thank u ……
“Therefore, even if the concert’s venue is somewhat poor and inadequate, I ask from the bottom of my heart that you trust in the sincerity of our hearts and support us.”
OMG I will cry ;_; No matter which venue is, I’m sure that the boys and their show will shine as always.

Thanks Baek-shi. After what happened with Avex’s Ceos is a bit difficult to me to trust in anyone but the boys, but you are earning my respect.
Baek-shi fighting!
JYJ fighting!
no matter where venue is, i am sure japanese fans will come to see them perform in japan^^.
JYJ fighting!!
C-Jes fighting.
I don’t care if our boys have to perform an acoustic concert in a field somewhere – if I could get to Japan I’d be there & supporting them.
Yes! Even if it’s an open-air field where fans have to sit on the grass or something, I’ll be there! (if I possibly can)
So will many of their fans!
“We will not yield!!!!!”
i believe in JYJ and JYJ japanese fans …..
Therefore, even if the concert’s venue is somewhat poor and inadequate, I ask from the bottom of my heart that you trust in the sincerity of our hearts and support us.
I could care less where it’s held, In the park in a parking lot in a warehouse. I will support. Now my support well be that much stronger for JYJ.
I will always support JYJ, no matter what… ^^
Supporting JYJ always. Thank You C-JeS for supporting our boys I too will do the same always.
This man has true conviction.
He’s gone beyond just being JYJ’s agent to a believer.
He probably always has been for him to take on this job, but he is also a man of courage – exactly what JYJ needs right now.
As I said in another post, this fight is not just about the charity concert.
Any fight JYJ mounts will be about freedom, the basic human right to pursue what you want and to live the life you want.
No man should take this right away from another.
The absence of such a right signifies the breakdown of the social framework.
On a lighter note, Mr Paek is guarding JYJ both like a mother hen and a bulldog. I’m very reassured that they have him as a staunch ‘crusader’.
courage! Agree.
what the boys need the most now is courage, for them, from the people around them and from the fans.
We must have the courage to fight together for JYJ’s freedom!
😀
@An:
“On a lighter note, Mr Paek is guarding JYJ both like a mother hen and a bulldog. I’m very reassured that they have him as a staunch ‘crusader’”
And that is more than enough assurance for us 🙂
No matter what venue it is, fans will be happy as long as they’re able to see JYJ perform. And JYJ will surely give 110% in everything they do, they always have.
“From now on too, JYJ will not yield to this kind of pressure, and will go anywhere if it is a place in which we can have the Japanese fans listen to the music of JYJ.”
This, compared with the shitty lies of AVEX from yesterday’s press release just speaks volumes of who holds the truth in their hands.
Statements like these should reinforce the fact that JYJ (and us) are fighting the good fight. It is more than enough to strengthen us and convince us to support JaeChunSu now more than ever.
To AVEX: Shut up, no more talk!
On a positive side, I love how JYJ’s fight has reached such epic proportions- fighting the big dogs of SK and now Japan. I really think this is JYJ’s destiny, be the ones to create ripples that will bring down the system to its knees, one fight at a time!
JYJ and CJes- Gambatte!
agree w/ everyone in here…..no matter what venue or place as long as JYJ fans able to see our boys sings in stage and i’m sure that JYJ will always give their best and surely give more than 100 % for everything that they do
man, i would be soo happy to see JYJ sing live, i dont care where it is as long as I can support them, I will ^^, JYJ fighting ^^
I really like the way in this letter….
“Therefore, even if the concert’s venue is somewhat poor and inadequate, I ask from the bottom of my heart that you trust in the sincerity of our hearts and support us”.
“From now on too, JYJ will not yield to this kind of pressure, and will go anywhere if it is a place in which we can have the Japanese fans listen to the music of JYJ.”
JYJ fighting!
Cjes fihting!
Japanese Fans fighting!
our JYJ family fighting!!!
This really touched me. I’m so proud of our boys and the fact that they chose C-Jes to represent them!!! I have tears in my eyes.
I wish them luck and hope they succeed in Japan, like they deserve to!! ♥♥♥
Great Letter.
Thank you very much, Mr. Baek.
PRINCIPLES AND BELIEFS. The only way to show the world that you have principles and beliefs is through your honest, well intended and fair actions. It is your testimony of life. JYJ boys have been humble, generous, grateful, honest, sincere, fair, well intended, hard workers. I dare say they have an exceptionally good testimony of life to share. I can say the same about C-Jes, which has helped and worked with JYJ with no greed, fair and trustfully. ¿Can anyone say the same about Avex and SME? their testimony full of lies, tricks, greed and bad intended actions speaks for them.
I just hope this man not going to disappoint JYJ’s like the other parties. fighting!!!
Oh, I loved this letter!
Ok, I believe in you C-JeS´ CEO… I admire him for take this stance.
I hope everything will go fine, and the concert will be a sucess! ^___^
This is one of the reasons why I continue to say…let actions speak louder than words.
C-JeS has demonstrated quite a bit of ingenuity in showcasing JYJ. This is a small, new agency. Obviously, the people know the business. They are simply using creative, non-standard ways of getting things done. JYJ is apparently in good hands.
The fans who will ultimately get to see JYJ perform for the first time since the *change*, will come away feeling happy no matter where they see them.
The guys have been through so much over the years. Being involved with people who are respecting them as human beings first must be a welcome change. No wonder their performances seem so inspired. 🙂
“Being involved with people who are respecting them as human beings first must be a welcome change. No wonder their performances seem so inspired.”
A+++ to the millionth time 🙂
Amen!
this man is in a very front line of JYJ fight, as he is JYJ company president right now.. so as long he keeps fighting for JYJ, i’ll keep supporting him..
Japan fans, lets gather the strength to fight for this injustice (i still mad at the fact avex blocke the charity event, CHARITY EVENT! and for helping people in Japan too!! gosh!!)
Mr Paek is beginning to rise and talk!
so far he has been quiet and remain in the background
supporting our boys.
his silence seems to encourage two very idiotic, frumpy
old men to take advantage and keep dragging his name through
the mud.
Those two in avex better STFU or they will be in BIG trouble
with Mr Paek. afterall, dont you two keep saying he has
mafia connection? Be afraid…be very afraid.~~
I feel touch and speechless while reading his letter..this definitely is the official start for JYJ in japan..where they stand on their own feet and perform sincerely to fans that support them in the name of “JYJ from TVXQ”.. I hope his mission to make JYJ got recognize in world-wide will success!! Japanese fans please take heart this letter containts because I’m so touches by his statement although I’m to far from KOrea&jaPAn..T___T
p/s:I salute on JYJ!! jeajoong, yoochun& junsu always have happy emotion despite the difficulties when they being block in japan&korea..
continue…
I don’t even know JYJ situation in Japan is this BAD because JYJ show cool, happy and playful emotions everywhere and everytime they appear in news or others. I just know it after reading this letter. am I the last person realise about this?? sorry JYJ, I’m a bad fan..T_T
this make me cry..thanx mr. Baek..
u know what,, for me, JYJ is very lucky because they have the most loyal fans…
we stand by their side through thick n thin…
i love this fandom….<3 ❤ ❤
Believe in our boys, so I believe in this man.
But they should have got more negotiations with AVEX before starting another lawsuit. JYJ needs peace in their life.
They can’t live all single days in a storm.
“a star should be placed and perform on a stage that is befitting to a star”
but mr. paek said that in order for jyj to perform in japan, they’d take an inadequate venue just so they could push through jyj’s charity concert…i think this shows humility and unwavering principle…
sme and avex should take note and learn from this.
if this letter cannot communicate enough sincerity to those fans who are anti-Baek-sshi, i dont know what else to think of them. this man is flawed as we all are so nobody has the right to label someone not trustworthy just because of having been incarcerated once. there are bigger criminals at large than the one people want to see, take for example those vermins who call themselves the ceos of sme & avex. whatever anyone says this man is who our boys trust and like hayato-san said, trust jyj and who they love.
@Sam-sam; ¡AGREED!
Ah, my ‘little chick’, don’t you see…
Forget the fact you’ve paid your debt to society…you now have to wear sack cloth and ashes for the rest of your life. Hypocrisy thy name is AVEX. What I find interesting is AVEX thinking no one remembers who introduced whom to who.
All assumptions at this point should be thrown out the window. The guys have grown up a lot in the past two years, and have gained a great deal of knowledge. They know what they want and what they don’t want. They do not want what they had before.
So, AVEX’s attempt at penning them in did not work. At this juncture, I’m beginning to wonder if this was not all a ploy. If they seriously thought the guys would fall for this new arrangement, I truly do marvel at their naivete. Baek became a scapegoat.
They got what they wanted out of JYJ, material they could use to market and make money. I’m still trying to figure out why the need to renegotiate the contract after only two months.
If anyone can shed light on that, I would appreciate it.
Our boys should knw tht, we don’t really care where they are holding the performance. As long as we get to hear your voices we are fine. I know for a fact that my Japanese friends who got tickets to this, want this event to happen with all their hear and they don’t care about the venue. They just want to see their boys that they have supported and love, sing.
Luv the letter… 😐
I hope that the Japanese fans fully understand the situation… 😐
I wanna cry..call me naive if you want, but i’m going to claim that I just Cjes 100%. they take JYJ in when no one dares to do, stand firmly by my beloved boys when the whole music industry turn their back to JYJ, and help the boys in all the ways they can: produce music, lawsut, communicate with fans…and in this letter, even when i try to be rational as much as possible, i still cant find a word to doubt.
I’ll never be confused anymore..I chose a side, and already found the ones to trust..I will stand by them forever
“even if the concert’s venue is somewhat poor and inadequate… JYJ will not yield to this kind of pressure, and will go anywhere if it is a place in which we can have the Japanese fans listen to the music of JYJ.” I want to cry..OMG..I want to tell them “oppas, as long as you find a place to sing, I will listen to you, and I wont care even if it is a shack” TT.TT
I hope Japanese fans also share the same thought with me..please trust them and wait for them, as they’ve always loved and tried all means to come to you.
oh, typo..I mean I *trust* Cjes
JYJ fighting!!
@Chunniebunnie
Your monster is seriously scaring me!
lol, looks like a loon! AHAHAH
A FLOWERY ONE~
It looks like a madly grinning loon asking to be loved doesn’t it?! Sammie – that’s what I look like!! LOL
why i have feeling that mr baek is so different to mr max, one man just talks for other people and silence for himself, one man always play queen drama in front of everybody.
