You didn’t have any respect for them to begin with. You can’t loose something you never had. And learn to troll better.
I sympathise with the treatment you’re getting, but what you should do is send a strongly-worded (no cusses or swears please) letter (electronic is fine) to Natural stating your dissatisfaction with their service. Provide evidence of your nationality, identity and proof of recipet. If you can put in the name of the employees who served you that would be great as well.
If all goes well you ought to get an apology and your money back. If not you can go to authorities.. (There should be a consumers rights association of sorts in Korea right?) If that still doesn’t work, make it into a big thing. Find people with the same experience as you, and those who support equal treatment; galvanize a change in the uneven standards of korea.

this happens in almost every country around the world.. natives can pay less to have the same service.. because usually foreigners capable of paying more.. and an extra service for natives

and in this situation it’s not like they charge foreigners higher.. it’s a gift upon the total amount of purchase.. a marketing tool to draw more sales.. and as the idea of foreigners can pay more.. so the gift is upon a bigger sum..
and you can overcome this by taking a korea friend with to buy it by her/his name..
it has nothing to do with the boys they can’t even change the rules in the company they used to work for.. and they can’t do that with any other company..
it’s the company’s issue not them.. you can write a complaint to NR to cancel this but you can’t blame the boys for it..

Last time I check, Nature Republic in my country(Malaysia) still promote Rain…the bag and poster on the wall still promote Rain..but because I support JYJ brand i have bought about hundred++ NR product hehe..but seriously the product are reasonable and not too expensive..

I think out of the three, Jae is NR’s favorite. LOL.
Of course, JJ is NR’s favourite one because most of customers are from Japan. I’m also a foreigner in Seoul. And I think the discrimination between local and oversea customers is just st normal. Sometimes, foreigners get more privileges, for example, some shoe shops in Myeungdong will give you 10% discount if you are a foreigner. Or when you come to eat in an Korean restaurant, they will give you posters of celebrities who you likes.
It’s just their business strategies to focus on their potential customers.

200,000 for foreigner…..if u live in korea, i am sure u have local friends. just ask them for help. if not, just buy more. i really regretted not buying more when i was ther last dec. i bought enough to get a poster and a set of their postcards plus a photo of another ahem… member of the original 5. so 200 or 100, if within your financial capability, buy! stock up! skin , hair , body, makeup products…just use the whole range. it helps to make u look better anyway. ^^ wun be wasted.
