I doubt it….Avex always stressed,even in the last statment,the difference between C-Jes and JYJ,they are always blaming C-Jes and say that JYJ is fooled by them and have to open their eyes….if C-Jes was really owned by JYJ—>C-Jes=JYJ…and that was “the big secret” they have been talking about …why would they do that,diss C-Jes and trying to make JYJ as C-Jes victims, if they are the same thing??
Personally i think that Hayato meant that C-jes is JYJ because they really take care of them…..
Yeah now that I think about it, that could be it. But it was fun thinking the guys created the company. It would have been cool if it was true. And I don’t trust Avex at all. I think Max may be bipolar or schizophrenic. He can say he loves the guys one minute and hate them the next. Whatever happens I will continue to support and love JJ, Chun, & SuSu. And I’ll trust and support whoever they trust and support.

I knew it! C-JeS was made by JYJ themselves. And they hired Mr. Baek (per Chiba’s recommendation, maybe?) to be their company’s CEO so they won’t have to deal w/ administrative works. That’s good. ^^
I don’t think we can say conclusively that JYJ are C-JeS’s owners just by Hayato’s comment (Although I won’t be surprised if they are. We’ll find out in court.)
Even if they aren’t the owners, they are C-JeS’s flagship client. Without JYJ, there would be no company. That establishes a very strong partnership, even without any actual ownership involved.

I tend to believe it’s 70% true.
Because in the beginning we see many problems and some mistakes of C-jes in organizing JYJ’s events etc. Many doubts C-jes is not professional or is using JYJ for granted, but thinking back if JYJ are really the owners of C-jes than it’s reasonable that they are not experienced in business matter – so the mistakes and failures. But slowly we see more success and stablility of c-jes and jyj. I hope when the time is right JYJ would announced that in truth C-jes is their own company.

Como yo entendi… Hayato-san dijo que C-jes fue hecho por los chicos… y todos estan suponiendo que las letras de C-jes vienen de los nombres de ChunJaESu… por eso estan en caos… PERO, puede que hayato-san no se haya referido a que fue hecho literalmente por los chicos… sino que C-jes fue hecho por el esfuerzo que los chicos pusieron en el, y que ha llegado a ser lo que es gracias a ellos… puede que se refiera a eso, pero puede que no… solo el y los involucrados lo saben…

I tend to agree with you. I think this is an indication of how important JYJ is to C-JeS. (I think it’s possible JYJ are the owners, but I don’t think you can point at Hayato’s post as proof.)

I actually understood what Hayato wrote the same way you did. To me it means that supporting CJeS means supporting JYJ since CJeS are doing all they can to help JYJ so fans shouldn’t doubt CJeS. I could be wrong though.

It would make sense for JYJ to start their own company and not work for anyone else after what happened with SM. I had a feeling that C-Jes was theirs because they want control over what they wanted to do in the future. If they worked for any Agency they wouldn’t be in total control. If it is owned by them then it doesn’t make that much a difference. But it is a logical conclusion. JYJ are the deciders C-Jes are just employed by them. C-Jes has very little decision making power…..

Re: the choice of Baek, convicted of extortion and intimidation (or something like that), as their CEO — the best person to hire to build your security system is a thief. I’m glad they got someone who knows how the game is played in Korea.
If this is the secret that Max was so excited about, I think he’s going to be very disappointed by the reaction of the fans. I think it’s more likely to make everyone breathe a big sigh of relief.

HA! so true…well said. Like many others here, I’ve had my suspicions that C-jes was in fact a ‘shield name’ for JYJ – that is, they formed the company by & for themselves as owners, then ‘farmed-out’ the management of that business to a rough-neck who could be just as much of a bastard as *those other* CEOs. And frankly, I think it’s pretty damned smart of them.
However, I am (as always) concerned that a pit-bull, even if it’s YOUR pit-bull, is still a dangerous creature. I sincerely hope that JYJ built a legal framework that has not only a clear beginning-point…but an equally concrete ENDING point. The number of people who get used to have JYJ fill their pockets with money is never-ending ~ but at some point EVERY business relationship is modified or ended. I really want THIS one to end peacefully when the time comes.

if you check back on korean records, cjes existed around 2006 or earlier. so i think it’s impossible for JYJ to create/founded the company.

I don’t think CJes is owned totally by our boys, they can have their shares in this company, but others also contribute to set up the company’s capital.
If it’s their company, it’s really a good news. I hope someday they can help other artists by this company’s system, help young people make their dream come true in a good business environment.
CJes may be not as professional as SM, but we can see that they still supply products with good quality and have partnership with many big companies. They even allowed our boys to hold showcase for free in the US last year, and reduced the price of World Tour Concert in Seoul last November.
If I am an investor, I surely will buy shares of this company.
Pretty sure Hayato is speaking symbolically, as in whatever steps C-Jes makes, you can be sure that JYJ has been involved with the process and decision-making 100%.

I believe that C-JES is the management company of JYJ and that their relationship is more of partnership rather than a superior-subordinate relationship. I always pray for JYJ’s success in all their endeavors.
