[Narrator] Just yesterday, musical Mozart’s team revealed their practice studio. We personally went to visit.

Actors wearing stage costumes and busily practicing… We could experience the actors’ overflowing power and grandeur up close! Just cast as main character, Mozart, also showed up wearing his stage costume. He showed off strong charisma. Junsu singing passionately with a sad voice reminded us of the actual performance.

[Narrator] Musical Mozart! It’s a musical which focuses on the human side of genious musician Mozart, reinterpreting his life, and opened first last year. Kim Junsu… who has taken on Mozart again for the second time since last year… was there a special reason?

[Junsu] “Above all, the reason I decided to do Mozart again was, in simple words, I begged my agency. Should I say [the musical] is a comeback for me? Because here, Mozart, is the place which greeted me and  allowed me to come back out into the world...”

It is fitting of a Korean Wave star famous in Japan. The new Monday-Tuesday Mini-series of MBC “Ripley” will be exported to Japan. From the last year’s KBS Drama “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” to this “Ripley” have been advance-sold to Japan due to the sole reason that Park Yoochun is the lead.

Singer / Actor Park Yoochun is displaying the Japanese skills he acquired as a Korean Wave singer to his heart’s content.

Park Yoochun, who has taken the role of the Japanese Yutaka for the new MBC Mon-Tues drama “Ripley” that begins airing on the 30^th have a command of the Japanese akin to that of a native. The production team confirmed the Japanese skills of Park Yoochun which was higher than their expectations and increased the portion of Japanese lines.

[NEWS] Clarifications and More Information on the Scale of Jaejoong’s Rhythmic Gymnastics Gala Show!

The Prain executive Lee Jaeun tweeted the following today (see here):

[In response to a fan’s question regarding the fact that the date of the gala is the date of the Pusan concerts] That is why Jaejoong cannot be an executive director and is only directing a part of the show (including the gala show of Yeonjae), and so this will not cause a problem for the concert!

It seems that Jaejoong is actually part of the Directing Team of the entire LG Whisen Rhythmic All Stars 2011 who happens to, among many other duties, be in charge of Sohn Yeonjae’s gala show. In other words, Jaejoong is likely in collaboration as a team member of the entire LG Whisen Rhythmic All Stars event, which is an event of gargantuan proportions–  the top athletes of the rhythmic gymnastics world will come to Korea (for the first time, for many) to participate. “Queen of Rhythmic Gymnastics” Kanayeva, Visits Korea to Perform in June

World Ranking #1 in Rhythmic Gymnastics Yevgeniya Kanayeva (21, Russia) steps on Korean soil again for the first time in two years.

IB Sports revealed on the 21^st (of April) that the cast of the “LG-Whisen Rhythmic All Stars 2011” has been finalized. Sohn Yeonjae, the bronze medalist of the Guangzhou Asian Games, will appear, and also Kanayeva and other such active/current stars of the field of rhythmic gymnastics will all mobilize.

JYJ Kim Junsu: “Mozart Took Me In, Who Had Withdrawn from TVXQ”

Originally of TVXQ, JYJ’s Kim Junsu will stand on the stage of the musical “Mozart” this year also, continuing from last year. The musical “Mozart” which has come back will be held in the Kyungkido Sungnam Art center Opera House from the coming 24^th to July 3^rd.

When the attention was gathered at the background which led him to choose (to appear in) “Mozart” consecutively, Kim Junsu revealed his strong affections, stating: “It is a work that, to me, has a meaning beyond that of a (mere) musical.” This is at the press conference / set-revealing that took place in Seoul Yejangdong Namsan Creation Center Practice Room on the afternoon of the 11^th.

As he seemed to recall the time when he withdrew from TVXQ, he opened by saying: “When it was decided in 2009 that I would appear in “Mozart,” it was a time that was difficult for me in many ways. At that very moment, the place that took me in to allow me to come out into the world again was ‘Mozart.’” He revealed his reasons further: “To me, it is a work that is more than a musical. I nagged the agency affiliate to decide to appear in “Mozart” again.”
