JYJ3’s Note: We wrote this morning (here) that the withdrawal of the petitions for injunctive judgments has little to no legal significance. They were withdrawn presumably because they are no longer useful as tools of protection for the June charity concert since it is only 5 days away. It is not because Avex’s position has merit, as Avex claimed.

I want to watch the situation with a cool head.
Everyone, too, do not become perturbed. Please trust them and wait for them.
I am praying that there will be a just judgment for them.
There are some talk that due to the incident in September of last year, JYJ is now giving up being active in Japan.
But they do not give up… that is because there are fans who support them ardently and with warmth.
Trust and Ties… those are what move them.

Oh I saw that coming. When I read that other article about the recent PR from Avex, I thought…. “They (C-Jes and JYJY) must be getting ready for the bigger fight!”
Someone here said that Sejong is a great law firm that won’t allow the boys to do stupid things (i.e., file another lawsuit) and I agree! This could only mean that they probably know that round 1 (vs SME) is about to be wrapped up!
Won’t it be great if JYJ (and fans) receive the good news on the eve of their victorious hometown concerts??? So Exciting!!!! Better than any drama anytime!!!!!

This law firm is way too savvy not to know how to tread water. You would think AVEX would get a clue. Sejong has taken everything SME had to offer and spun it right back at them. What makes AVEX think they are any more special?
Right! I remember your comment saying June 11 is the 2nd anniversary of the lawsuit against SM. I can’t help but think that maybe they did time those Busan Concerts to coincide with what would be a momentous event!!

Actually the annivesary is July 31. But I really feel the decision is not long off. From legal sites on the Korean judicial system, the consensus is their civil cases take a lot less time than in other countries. The average seems to be about 2 years.
Here in the States, depending on the type of case, it can be anywhere from 2-10 years. I had to serve on jury duty for one several years ago. Even before our jury got it, the two sides had been dealing with the case for 8 years prior!
But the courts are now making the two sides go into forced arbitration, which cannot bode well for SME at all. It’s all about the money now.
AMEN.. AVEX is bluffing .. trying to get sympathy from unsuspecting/unknowing public.. so the fans part in this battle is to inform! inform! inform!
Let’s work on getting our fellow Japanese fans educated about the whole issue so they would not be fooled or manipulated ..

Lol..Avex just boastfuuly said that dropping the injunctions meant that ” this fact merely signifies the legitimacy of our arguments in a court of law.” They never thought that the injunctions were just a teaser, the main show has yet to come. Good job JYJ/Cjes/legal team, at least, no matter how mighty Avex is in their own land, someone has the guts to put resistance to its arrogance and pride.

Im confused. What main lawsuit w avex? I thought they only had one w sme?! Would someone kindly help explain?
they’ll start a new case i think to sue Avex for blocking JYJ’s activity in Japan.. this is different from the SM lawsuit..
but what fans are arguing is that they should not proceed suing AVEX without finishing the SM case..
If they win first the SM case then most of Avex’s arguments for blocking JYJ’s activities is already invalid.. Avex suspended JYJ’s activity and their reason is because SM still has exclusive contract with JYJ as part of THSK and the lawsuit is not yet done.. so as long as JYJ is technically Tohoshinki .. they are still signed with Avex..
I think JYJ and Avex has a separate contract but we are all thinking that it ended around February supposedly.. however Avex is also arguing that they suspended that contract so therefore it should not end .. JYJ and C-jes is saying that the suspension is groundless and totally one sided.. they suspended the boys’ from activities but then Avex is selling DVDs and merchandise of the boys because they owned the rights however, not allowing the items be counted on charts because it’ll indirectly promote JYJ whom they could no longer control..
Conclusion: Avex plays dirty..
