Today there was a Korean article that said that the Japanese tabloid Cyzo had published an article that said that some right-wingers of Japan had stepped into the JYJ-Avex Conflict (see here). That article seems to be false. JYJ Their Rooms, a Japanese fanbase, explains the situation below.
To the Korean fans of JYJ—
This article has as its background a tabloid website of Japan that publicized a remark that Mr. Chiba, an Avex executive, made over Twitter. (JYJ3: See the translation of the article here).

Cyzo is a gossip articles website but it has frequently wrote pieces on topics that no one else talks about. They have previously publicized an article that was correct when JYJ was being excluded from Oricon and no one else was talking about it, see here. If Avex is truly being tormented by the right-wing, that is not due to JYJ. The (adversarial) relationship between Avex and the right wing has been extensively publicized in Japan even before the JYJ incident. Mr. Matsuura and Mr. Chiba of Avex sent of tweets that stealthily twisted this relationship to represent as if JYJ and the right wing were in a (cooperative) relationship.
JYJ Their Rooms has duplicated these tweets by Matsuura and Chiba and has submitted to the Fair Trade Commission as materials. (JYJ3: JYJ Their Rooms had submitted to the Fair Trade Commission the wrongdoings of Avex with regards to JYJ a few weeks ago, see here.)
These are the articles about Avex and the right-wing that were publicized prior to the JYJ incident.
January 3, 2010: (Excerpt) Avex is for some reason being targeted by some right-wing affiliates, even with (such harsh) words as “Avex is becoming the breeding ground of the contamination by poison of the entertainment scene.” (An affiliate said) “This has something to do with the personal connections of Avex’s CEO Matsuura. It is known that he must come in contact with many people but it seems that he has gotten into a little trouble. Therefore it is said that some right-wingers are using him as a target.”
February 22, 2011: (Excerpt) Speaking about the guerilla events of Avex, the one that Hamasaki Ayumi had on April 7 of 2009 in front of Shibuya’s 109 is still vivid in our memory. At the end of the event there were many police cars that were dispatched and after that about 10 staff members were document-repatriated. Due to this incident, a street-advertising vehicle of the right-wing made a speech in front of the Avex (building) and this was broadcasted in part.

Obviously, the alleged impression is that they lost their direction or maybe they never had one, but they did things of spite to show how powerful they are. However, these people don’t understand that in this day an age, the harder we try to hide the truth, the easier seems to be uncovered.
You can’t scream mafia and point fingers, unless you erase any imaginable and unimaginable traces. The irony that now because the rumor came out, there will be people who will not rest until they find the proof of connection, if there is one. Also, JYJ fandom is to smart and to articulate not to do anything about it; and JYJTheirRooms already took action. According to the news coming down the translation vine, allegedly both companies are scratching their heads to find ways to throw mud at our men; but either there is no reason to throw the mud, or there is no rain to make the mud.
Jeez, can they stop it already and focus they attention on developing their respective artists?
I suspect the closer it gets to lawsuit decision time, we are going to see a plethora of ‘events’, and ‘news’. Ways to distract and minimize the impact once the guys win. If it wasn’t so obvious, it would be hilarious. They can’t even come up with anything that remotely looks and sounds legit.
Has it escaped anyone’s attention, NOT ONE PEEP OUT OF THESE JACKALS AFTER THE CHARITY CONCERT? Where is the threat to bring JYJ down for putting on a show without their permission? Since the concerts were a huge success, they would look like even bigger ass****s than they already are. I’m just hoping all those venues who fell for that dog and pony show AVEX put on about ‘contractural’ issues, feel some modicum of shame for being played like that. These folks are supposed to be professionals.

Most likely, things like that will unfold, but I hope they are prepared for what will come their way once they do that because if I know JYJ fans will not only be on their axxex, but they may bring to light some things that neither of company wants to be revealed, so I guess, that’s a risk that will be willing to take if they do not want to play nice on the playground.
I am still in awe to the entire concept of an employer who goes above and beyond to make life miserable to someone who resigned because abuses on the job and in the contract. Well, if all American employers will do the same, what a lovely playground of lawsuits and court dates we will have everyday.
Moreover, the employers wil be fined out of their mind if they mess with someone else business. Because this is what they are doing, they are not only sabotaging JYJ, but they are also sabotaging C-jes by messing up with their business which consequently accumulates loss and infringe on its rights to freely do business in a free market, and it affects its business partners and customers. We can also go into the lawsuits that could argue the emotional, physical, material, reputation losses and so on…. So, I guess both companies have it easier, because if they
were to be sued for all the tangible and intangible losses there axxex will be in big trouble. I am not sure if this will have any merit in court, but customers/ fans could sue the companies for limiting their access to their favorite artist…and so on.
Also, maybe they don’t dare to bring the discussion about the charity because all the funding was directly given to the Japanese gov’t and Avex wil be messing up with the national gov’t and its citizens. Also, they need to remember the JYJ also donates 600,000,000 KRW through world vision. The shame must come to them in big buckets, I can’t accept anything less.

i think its because JYJ cases had passed beyond music industry. JYJ along with the support from fans all over the world, I believe had become an entity worth to fear and /or to follow. They hold the power, fame, influence and if you watch closely, I think JYJ is not just an artist.

The free Showcase in US always bug me. As much I believe the boys gamble to suffer great lost in financial the other side of me think they have back ups from powerful people. I told my friend bout that, and she said, they definitely have back up support. If SME is the invisible had to do the blocking, JYJ definitely have invisible hand too that constantly pulling them up and pushing them forward.
They get a lot of offer to be ambassador in various organizations and a lot with international relation. The soccer event is the most outstanding at the moment. Arent you curious how they manage to do this? I seriously wanna know who /what entity that keeping JYJ in the light and helping them coz if I get to know them, i will be their “little footsoldier” for life ^^

With regard to invisible hand(s), anything is possible. I won’t discount this. But I think it’s still more than this. I personally don’t think the guys lost as much as people might think. I believe they are quite solvent. When they parted ways with AVEX, I think they came away with a nice chunk of change. Those concerts brought in an enormous amount of money for four days. The production costs didn’t have to be astronomical because it wasn’t a tour type of event. One set up in two places.
No way was Sejong going to allow a contract with AVEX that would be a repeat of SME contract 101. I beleive their share of those concerts was pretty nice given the possible profit outcomes. CJes has proven to be a lot more savvy than folks give them credit for. This guy has been in the entertainment business for a while. He’s no neophyte. Couple that with 3 young men with their heads squarely on their shoulders. Voila! A very grounded decision making team. They really don’t seem to waste engery on frivolous decisions. Sure, a miscue here and there, but who doesn’t make them from time to time. We’re seeing ample signs of this right now.
When they made the decision to go free with the showcases, they did so, knowing what it would cost them. When they went, they knew there was that chance. Therefore, the settings were small enough not to require a huge investiment in sets, etc. Even if they do have backup so to speak, I think it’s more in the advice field. Person or persons who know folks. One thing leads to another. They are making some incredible contacts. As long as they continure producing quality work and keep their images positive, they are going to attract even more useful contacts.
That’s why sideshows like this reflect more negatively for AVEX and cohorts because their reputations precede them. Nobody with a functioning brain is going to fall for this BS.

Look at their korean PR management Prain affiliates (clients) list. This show how smart CJeS/JYJ is to decide instead of putting up a PR management, they would be partner with a company that was already established and has a large list of clienteles. In the social world, everything is connection, especially in the business world. What business partner mean is that any clients they have, if it’s of help, they would introduce to each other.
Plus, if our social butterfly is close to Prain’s CEO, then he would probably get access to those clients as well. Don’t forget people like John and Shane Yoon, Hayato and Akionosuke. They might be small businessmen, but they are still businessmen and they do have connections.

Jaejoong, I believed was born as a businessman, he has the natural trait of a businessman, socializing to get connections. The only problem is that, he’s not selfish. In response to your linking Prain’s site. I also took a look at their website a while back to check out their operation. I noticed the same thing you did about their client list. Yes, this is how it is done. Someone asked one time why Jae was bothering to learn golf, and I repsonded because this is where many business deals of the world are made on golf courses.
You can bet your sweet bottom dollar when Prain hosts social functions for it’s client list, guess who will be among the invitees. They didn’t even have an entertainment division before taking on JYJ. It was created just for them. Somebody believed in their potential.
The tour management company who handled the NA tour is one of the largest conglomerates in the world. They must surely recognize JYJ’s potential. They are some very influential folks. Sure SME got the govt to front their so-called World Tour. That speaks volumes about their financial situation more than anything else.
So, all in all, between the BS from SME and the nonsense from AVEX, the bigger question is which company is going to look the most foolish by its actions against JYJ in the end. Maybe there will be a tie.

This isn’t really new….. during my time in Japan I have heard many negative things about AVEX…..
On the surface they project a up right strong company but truly underneath they are rotten.
Of course there is no doubt that they are the biggest company but big companies have connections all over.
AVEX is like a jaded kingdom. When you are inside the kingdom and follow their rules and be submissive to all their demands they will favour you. Once you fall out of favour they will destroy you. They are cruel to sense of if I can’t have you no one else can.
