In the Lawsuit by JYJ against Avex, Japan’s Right-Wing Organizations Intervene. “Noisy”
In the lawsuit between JYJ and the Japanese entertainment agency Avex, Japan’s right-wing organizations have shown up and the background noises are increasing.
The daily publication Cyzo relayed on June 20: “Surrounding the charity concert by the Korean Wave 3-person unit JYJ, the side of JYJ and Avex are beginning a legal battle. On top of this, right-wing organizations are even showing up and therefore it is becoming a dirty battle.”
According to the publication, before Golden Week (the long weekend at the end of April and the eginning of May), a vehicle that advertises on the roads shows up around the vicinity of the home of the former Avex executive Chiba Ryuhei and engaged in protest activity.
Cyzo explained the circumstances prior to the lawsuit: “TVXQ was affiliated with the Korean entertainment company SM Entertainment and in Japan the management rights were entrusted to Avex. However in 2009 the members Junsu, Yoochun and Jaejoong brought a lawsuit to void the exclusive contract and so the group split.” It further relayed: “Avex newly contracted with the group JYJ which the three had formed. But it was discovered that the director of the new Korean management agency C-JeS Entertainment was connected to the Korean mafia and had a criminal record. So it announced the cessation of acting as JYJ’s management on September of 2010.”
On the other hand, JYJ’s management agency C-JeS revealed through its official Japanese home page on the 3rd that it brought a main suit to prohibit the interference of JYJ’s Japanese activities, saying that “Avex is engaging in acts that interfere with the charity concert, arguing that the termination of Avex’s right to exclusive management of JYJ is invalid.”

since jyj joined wit c-jes, when avex found out that the director had ties w/the mafia nd a record, avex suspended jyj activities (before then, evn after the whole lawsuit w/SM, JYJ were still able to promote n japan, ergo jaejoong’s japanese drama nd allowing television appearences, tokyo in dome concert). but now since avex is interfering w/jyj activities n japan a lawsuit has since came up. since avex suspended jyj contract, then they shuld hve no right to interfere w/them promoting in japan, but they r. so i’d say that avex is in the wrong. do u understand now?

i think its because JYJ cases had passed beyond music industry. JYJ along with the support from fans all over the world, I believe had become an entity worth to fear and /or to follow. They hold the power, fame, influence and if you watch closely, I think JYJ is not just an artist.
Its abnormal for a mere artist to have connection with damn famous people and what more influential people and they seem to connect and click instantly. They been block here and there but never failed to pop up and still kicking.
I always thinks that its the power of fans. Im not surprised if the fan are a wives or daughters of politician or even a mafia. Who knows. The fan itself are not ordinary people.
Somehow I love your theory. Yes, it is not impossible that some of JYJ fans have connection w/ important persons in Korea or maybe Japan. Some of fangifts and fan projects, I remember, are so expensive, so there are no way that it can be provided by just ordinary fan.

p.s : and how I love the fact that Avex and SM need to bring mafia or right wing organisation issue to beat up JYJ (which is consist of just 3 young men, just saying). Insecure much?

Actually, Japanese extreme right wing chauvinists are opposing Avex because it brings lots of Korean singers(especially SM entertainers) to Japan.
They are worried that Korean wave will prevail in Japan. So it has nothing to do with JYJ lawsuit against Avex. On the contrary, they might not like JYJ either. SM is taking advantage of this situation to make JYJ look bad in public. Shame on SM and corrupted media playing along with SM.
Aside from the main point about right wing organization, this article is inaccurate about Avex “announced the cessation of acting as JYJ’s management on September of 2010.” If this were true, there wouldn’t be any lawsuit between JYJ and Avex. Avex was not honorable enough to do that. Instead they held onto JYJ’s contract, preventing them from signing with anyone else and blocking them from performing. Now JYJ is forced to sue them because they are not doing their duty as a management company.
This whole article reminds me of the one yesterday of the accusation that JYJ fans were attacking someone, when it wasn’t even true. My guess is there is no involvement of any right wing organization, just a false claim. One thing I have noticed is that JYJ and fans don’t tell lies and SM/Avex/media consistently tell lies and twist the truth. It proves to me who is on the side I want to be on.
