Della sweetie, these photos come from the demonstration units. They kind of represent what their apartments might look like. In Jae’s case, they stated his was a penthouse, so that means it’s one of the top tow floors. He is having his unit renovated, made over. So, they are going to live in homes that fit who they are now, and how well they have done for themselves. They truly deserve the good life now, for all their hard work. 🙂

Ah~ Looks really nice but it doesn’t seem very Jaejoongie or Junsu like. Jaejoong current house is more black modern with vintage touch, while Junsu is more comfort modern type. =DD Can’t wait to see them tweet some pictures of their new house after they do the decor!! Kyaa~

if there are no blocking act from those stupid n greedy company, i think our boys gonna have some more house or villa or everything that they want coz imagined even though with those blocked our boys can have these residence,luxury cars, their own recording studio so if our boys can freely doing anything they want then the result gonna more big than what they have now
I’m very nitpicky with design, because I work in this field. So I won’t say my nitpicky stuff and only say that it’s pretty nice, although it’s not very sustainable…

LOL, okay here we go. You see the cove lighting applied in the living room picture. That amounts to almost 20 fluorescent lighting [x3 because there are 3 cove lighting], which is unnecessary for the space. I understand it’s for the use of ambient lighting, but one is enough. It’s also unnecessary because it collects dusts and maintaining it is difficult. And the chandelier in the middle of the room, it’s aesthetically pleasing but it’s a safety hazard, and uses a lot of power. That is, not unless if all the lighting in the space uses LED, which I’m not sure Korea is into this whole green sustainability issue.
The kitchen
The bottom cabinets are not wood, it’s either slab veneer or laminate, because for a solid wood to have that wave pattern will be extremely expensive. And they cheaped out on the cabinets but opposes the point of the expensive marble (they should have just used recycled glass mosaic for their backsplash). The upper cabinets are either made of polymer, polyurethane, or acrylic, which again, defies the whole sustainable issue and the expensive look of the marble.
The bedroom is alright. I do love the walk-in closet enclosed with the patterned mirror. I like their use of hardwood flooring and color combination.

Actually, I like lighter colours …Makes the house looks brighter & sunny…Of course , it also depends on the individual tastes…
jaejoong will have a nice bar with lots of alcohol. junsu may have a room full of football stuff? a grand piano, a video game room? haha. and defi itely both must hv a cats playroom.
On a interior design Note, I’d see Jaejoong apartment a lot more modern, less wood more metal, monochromatic color schemes , marble or granite floor, artificial light to be made to look like natural light, dark leather, possibly suede…..

Well, Junsu is living there already for a time now, I recognised the first pic. It was the same place he tweeted, with him on that huge black couch and black and white courtains in the back. And the marble floor is in one of the vids about his cats, I think Tigger, with a glass coffee table. So he redecorated the place, too.
