WHOA!
YATTA!! 😀
Wish I could go! I really really want to go to a JYJ Japanese concert ^^ The guys must be so happy…wonder if they’ll have new Japanese songs in the works. I like their method. Perform the new ones and then release later. Greater demand. 😉
SPAAAAAZZZZZ ^_____^ now take deep breath, pray hard, cross my fingers, cross my arms, cross my legs..whatever crossable!! Avex, you should better get a life and leave them alone >____<
yeah whatever crossable
fingers cross that it doesnt get stopped
*media block a*** company from hearing about this early news
Waaa nice
“We do not make any sort of answers to questions regarding the details of the concert. Therefore we ask for your understanding.” Smart move! We don’t want those “invisible hands” to interfere! *sigh* But it’s kind of upsetting that our guys and Zac have to be so careful about making info public if you think about it.
today is a excellent day.
really…??? I mean JYJ in Japan!!!!! OMO!!!!! >___<
WooooooooooW after JYJ album they have concert in japan lucky j-fans T_T
good luck jyj and god bless you and make it big *happy*
Omg! Seriosly? I’m happy for jyj!
Finally the can meet japan fans soon
Oh my god
;~~~;
OMG!!!! Is this confirmed??? So happy for my babies!!! Btw where is the venue??? I want it to be Tokyo Dome XDDDDDdd
it is just a stadium honey, as long as JYJ can perform it is good all around
DARN RIGHT.
I used to think their Tokyo Dome = THE pinnacle of their (D5SK,THSK) career since that once-hallowed venue was so lauded by many and carried such a historic meaning significance for (esp Japanese) artists. Just like I used to believe in the veracity/objectivity of the Oricon charts.
Its been a bitter lesson but I’ve since learned otherwise. Apparently even the sanctity of these 2 institutions could be corrupted, violated and bought by cartels with enough power and greed.
Its painfully disheartening to see how quickly the Oricon was persuaded to exclude JYJ from their chart rankings (kinda make you wonder if that was really the 1st time such things have happened and how often it had without the public’s knowledge).
Following this perversity, is the most unwelcome and seemingly endless invasion of kpop rookie/idol acts (many with very questionable talents and not even hiding the fact that their only interest in Japan is to earn a quick buck) launching their rabid assault on Tokyo Dome—–even now as Japan is still struggling to recover from the devastation of her natural disasters. Talk about being CRASS. No wonder the Anti-Hallyu wave found roots so readily.
Anyway, my faith in either Oricon or Tokyo Dome has since sadly gone the way of my belief in Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny. I can no longer view either as credible benchmarks to gauge success/ability of ANY artists, including T2XQ.
On the other hand, JYJ’s Charity Concerts taught me that the venue is just a shell —-sometimes a glossy or impressive one —–but little more than that.
Like many, I was genuinely worried until I saw/heard the fan-cams. The acoustics of that sumo stadium was simply stunning and JYJ’s music filled that place and their audience there with a moving experience that inspired us all.
JYJ proofed that It really IS the artists that DEFINE the experience. Everything else (including the venue) is really quite inconsequential in perspective.
After all, even Tokyo Dome could not “pretty-up” the lip-lynched, overproduced auto-tuned performances of kpop rookie acts who performed there!
PS> I was fortunate enough to see JYJ live in 2 of their American concerts and God willing, plan to do so again.
However, I refuse to plunk a nickel down to see SM town (or whatever they call that atrocity) in NYC because for me, those SMT idol acts simply bore me. As a matter of fact, I’ve already turned down an invite to do so.
Frankly, life is simply too short and precious for me to waste 1-2hrs on something that I’ll find a snooze-fest, even at the famous Madison Gardens.
envy you, to attend 2 of their concert……..i’m not greedy, once a year is enough for me ^^
True words! I told a friend that the only way I would go to an SM Town concert was if I had a free ticket and free transportation to the venue. While I like acts like SHINee and Suju, I wasn’t going to spend a cent that will just go into SM’s pockets (apparently, the idols don’t get a share in the concert profits). Then I got a free ticket to SM Town LA last year (my husband put my name in an online competition and I won) and a round trip ticket courtesy of friends of the family who were inviting me to LA to see them. I went to the concert and had a good time (chuckling inside because I didn’t pay a cent.)
About Tokyo Dome, I’ve noticed that the current kpop idols who are performing there need to have a compilation of acts in order to sell out the concerts. Concerts like Music Bank, SM Town because one group alone wouldn’t sell out the venue. Then I think of JYJ and their sold out Thanksgiving concert(s) in Tokyo Dome. They didn’t need any other group to sell out their concerts in the Tokyo Dome and this was at the height of the lawsuit.
Well said babe. It is indeed the artist that makes the experience. I have also been to both of their East Coast concerts (NY Showcase & NJ Concert) here in America and they were the best nights of my life. And I be damned if I don’t take a 3rd plane to their next American show! I utterly refuse to even step foot in a “free” SM Town concert. I got so pissed when I heard this. It’s like they’re copying JYJ when they decided to have the free NY show. Seein them have just a HUGE turn out of people, it’s like SM wants to steal that achievement from them, saying “see, we can have a bigger tun out too!” But the difference is, JYJ held that free showcase for an honorable reason, the visa was denied and they said “the show must go on”. SM……piece of sh!!t….
*claps*
thousands percent agree with u 🙂
and all above your writing is very well-said, well-originated and four thumbs up !!
that’s what make me proud to be JYJ fans, having incredible artist to be admired and having so many well-mannered, brilliant and smart sisters to be the partner in fandom 🙂
I love this fandom much
JYJ fighting !!
I was able to see them in SJ, time fly fast… before you know it… they’re done…. how I wished it never ended… I’m awaiting for their next concert here in the States… 🙂
Muahahahahaha!!! Way to go ZAK Corp!!!! Hopefully these concerts will be successfully held without all the stupid mayhem from A Co~~~ It’s really great to know that ZAK is willing to work with JYJ even through difficult conditions~~~ Waiting with a patient and praying heart for their return to Japan~~~
oh god, I am so happy but so nervous at the same time. A smart move on ZAK’s part. They have been so amazing with the boys and dealing with all the dramas and Avex threats. I hope this goes through and not get it cancelled.
Seeing that the dates have been set somewhat gives it a glimmer of hope that they already have a venue but it won’t be revealed until two days before the concert starts. Either that or they would email or notify the purchaser’s personally to let them know.
Whoa…this is excellent but how is this possible? I mean, AVEX will surely have problems with this…but I don’t think boys would announce this if they knew it could still be cancelled…I wonder if some issues have been resolved.
I think they’re contract ended, I’m not sure.
Let’s praying hard that this concert will be successful! JYJ fighting!
I hope the best for this concert! ><
So, after JJ finished filming PTB, he’ll be working on the concert. Would he have enough time to rest, gain weight and get his muscle back?
I am happy today .. I hope you do not put hand
jajajajaja a mysterious concert
I want to be there I do not understand the term means that the contract with avex
Well lookie here.
Hope all goes well :).
I wanna go. 😦 But I’m happy they are going to perform in Japan. Yay!
If this really goes through, then the door opens wide for them in Japan. I am sure that Avex and behind them SM will do everything in their power to stop it. This is going to be the battle of all battles. ZAK is one awesome company to take this on. Sending all my prayers to support them.
What is this membership about? Is it ZAK membership or does JYJ have an official fanclub in Japan?
I have the same question. JYJ doesn’t have any official fan club as far as I know.
it’s ZAK membership~ ^^
ok..now get it..thank you for information!!^__^
Yeah, just checked ZAK’s website. Deadline of premium membership for JYJ’s concert is 15:00next Monday.

YOU LUCKY JAPANESE FANS!!!!!!!
>.<
Because I felt the boys despair for not being able to perform for their Japanese fans, I was so happy to read this news. I won’t be able to attend one of their concerts like… ever, but I’m so happy right now just to know they are getting what they wanted. They love their Japanese fans so much.
Dandechan, i hope you’ll get to see them live one day. Before, I also thought that I’ll never get to see them in live concert but my dream came true this year when they had their North American tour. As long as you want to see them live, I’m sure you’re day will come. ^^
Don’t give up hope to see them live. You never know since I was surprised that they would perform in the US. Now it also looks like they will go to Europe
Thanks for that. ^-^
New album promotions are so freaking exciting!!!

Whoah..please Avex don’t disturb the boys again. Japanese fans really lucky. JYJ must be happy too. This news is really great!
Good for them. I think that their contract with Avex might be over soon or over now. Been 2 years since they left SM ..yay for JYJ! What a positive news!
YES!!…LET THIS HAPPEN~~
MAY JYJ BE ABLE TO PERFORM IN JAPAN AGAIN^^
Hoping and praying that nobody will try to mess up with this concert. SM/Avex, please be gracious enough, just let JYJ go , you have all the “awesome and most popular and effective, the kings and queens idols ” under your spell, JaeChunSu are just only 3 , what harm could they bring to you if you’ll just leave them alone to do their thing?
GOOD LUCK JYJ!

I’ll hope for the best, then. *fingers and toes crossed*
I want them to hold a concert in Japan. I want them back in Tokyo Dome because JYJ is one of the few that actually deserves to perform there, but any venue will do for now. Baby steps.
This is such a great news..I’m so happy for you JYJ ^^
I’m happy for our fellow JYJ fans in Japan! praying there will be no hitches for this to push through
this news made my day coz i know JYJ are happy to be able to perform again in japan.
someone should ask hayatosan when the contract ends ,i hope they did not sign for 5 years like when they were wit sm
Glad. Yet NOT getting my hopes. Wonder where theyll hold this?
yaaaay *\(^___^)/*
and AVEX be gone!!!
now im not trying to say they are not worth it…but those ticket prices r soo xpensive O__O Are concert’s usually this expensive in Japan? …..I say this bc here in the US it just works differently, if you pay 100+ for concert tickets that means your getting front row seats no matter the artist….
Actually yes.
Yes but this is probably also why we NA fans are also more “spoiled” in some aspects.
To help put things in perspective:—
In the US if you pay the top tier (excluding VIP pit) tickets (usually about USD 180), you usually do get seats within the 1st 26-30 rows from the stage. For JYJ concerts, their N. American venues (capacity 2000+ to 5000+) were also MUCH smaller than their Asian counterparts (often 10,000+ up to 55,000).
SO—even if you purchase the least expensive/bottom-tiered ticket for the NA concerts—- you are most likely still seated way closer to JYJ’s stage than people who paid for the top, 2nd tier or possibly even 3rd tier tickets in their Asian concert venues! In other words, even a 2nd or 3rd tier seating in NA will most likely seats you closer to the stage/JYJ than a 1st tier ticket at Tokyo Dome, Saitama or Seoul Olympic Stadium.
On top of that in many Asian countries, (as you pointed out) concert ticket prices in general can often be more expensive compared to NA. When I was in Asia earlier this year, top tier tickets for Maroon 5, Avril Lavigne, Rain, Bieber, Air Supply to name a few,
STARTED from over USD160+ to 300+, depending on the artist. I attended a few and despite my top-tier tickets, ended up in no closer than row 45-55+ each time.
Also unlike NA venues which actually assigned you a real physical seat, in Asia its not at all uncommon to have “standing area only” tickets where you are assigned a general location within that venue. BUT where you actually end up in that space depends on when you get there. So people get there many many hours ahead to line up hoping to end up standing closer to the stage within their designated area. Some people will arrive as early as 8-9am for a 7-8pm concert.
This is why I often feel JYJ concert goers at their N. American venues are truly luckier than their counterparts in Asia.
Woah! and late reply is late, but thank you so much for the info 🙂 I always find these aspects intresting to learn about. And wow I feel really spoiled now poor asian fans lol I have also noticed through fancams and concert vids that venues in asia (well the ones ive seen) tend to have the stage really far from the seats anyway,so even though ur front row, there is still a large gap inbetween you and the stage,, unlike here in the US where sometimes you can literally look up the performers nose lol
I always wondered why that is……crazy fangirls maybe? lol jk 😛
BTW, anyone here interested to go?
Hi, there!
Are you going?
I had msg you in in Twitter.
Murasaki – Do you know how to become a JYJ fanclub member? JYJファンクラブの会員になる方法が分かりますか?今東京で留学していますし、できればコンサートへ行きたいんですよ!
JYJ don’t have fan-club. Zak Corporation is helping them on the concert. Premium membership registration had finished today I think and I had tried to register but can’t, maybe it’s my name and the postal code is not Japanese, cos’ it just won’t go thru’. Do you have a Twitter? Mine is @koshinmurasaki, I’ll follow you back.
http://www.zak.co.jp/artest/2011/premium/premium.html
If you succeed, can you let me know. I did engage a middleman from Japan to help me. But I hope he don’t go MIA cos’ it’s very frustrating 😦
So painfully jealous of all the fans who got to see them live, and Japan fans particularly at the moment. Here in India, noone even knows JYJ, and it’s going to be forever until i can finish college and get to go someplace to watch a concert … *sigh* …at the same time, i’m incredibly glad that they get to perform, and hope everything goes great !!! JYJ fighting!!
I know how you feel……I am from India too. Bombay. What about you? I wish they would come here even for charity work like what Lee Hyori did. I was born in the wrong country
TT
My prayer is with you boys. JYJ fighting!
With all my best wishes JYJ! I hope this will go well. 😀
I am not in Japan and I wonder how I can get tickets. On one hand I hope the details of the concert will be kept secret to prevent any possible intervention, but at the same time if I am planning to fly to Japan for their concert, may I know if it will be Tokyo or elsewhere? Cos I will need to book an air ticket.
Gosh… I have to save hard for their upcoming album, concert, merchandise and etc…
“The detailed information regarding the venue, name of the concert, time, and methods of entry to purchase will soon be announced on the home page of ZAK Corporation (before the day prior to the priority reservation’s opening).”
Stated above.
I am living in Japan now and want to become a premium fanclub member so that I may reserve a seat sooner!! Is there any way for me to do this??
Well, the deadline for premium member registration for JYJ’s concert is on today 5th. Payment is after 1500hrs. Tomorrow is the announcement. Or you try to register the link I give you and see how it go…
