30,000 People Cheer for Korean Idols. On a Beach Park, Concert for Support of Revival
Due to the impact of the large earthquakes of Eastern Japan and the accident of the Fukushima #1 nuclear plant, the visitors are dropping in the Hyun’s tourist spot (T/N: a “Hyun” refers to a nationally designated region– English equivalents include “city” and “district”). To regain vitality, the Let’s Take Heart, Japan! Take Heart, Irabai! Concert for Support of Revival was held on the 15th in the National Hitahi Seaside Park in Hitachinaka City was held. The three members of Korea’s popular male idol group JYJ performed in a large-scale stage and approximately 30,000 fans cheered.
On the massive stage set up in the large field of grass inside the park, the three wearing white outfits appeared and were enveloped in loud cheers. The fans who filled the venue held red fan lights or banners and sent their heated support.
The concert was hosted by an action committee that is made up of the businesses related to tourism inside the Hyun. JYJ and a dance team inside the Hyun will appear. It is two-days with the 16th also and it is planned to gather about 60,000 persons.
The venue sold the regional specialties of the Hyun and specialty booths for PR and such were set up and was bustling with many people.

60.000 FANS! WOW! POWER JYJ!!!!
guau! es amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
JYJ gave $600,000 to Japan relief right after the earthquake, then did a charity concert in June. Because they have loved and given to the Japanese people out of the goodness of their hearts, then this concert came to them. There is no way they could have had such a concert in Tokyo, and by doing this concert they could help Japan even more. This is how it works for people who care about others, the ball keeps rolling in everyone’s favor. For those who try to hold onto what they have and damage others, no amount of effort can help them maintain what they have. So proud to be a fan of JYJ.
Agree…and I’m also filled with great pride for JYJ!
Now if only the same thing could be said of SoMEone -///-…? Anyways, yes, I’m so proud of JYJ and proud of being a JYJ fan.
Banzai JYJ!

thank you to the writer for this. Hope many great news will come up how succeessful the concert is.
So proud to be a fan of JYJ.
This article just proves how this Unforgettable Concert showcased a WIN-WIN situation for Ibaraki’s [reinstated/promoted] tourism as well as for JYJ’s homecoming to Japan. For JYJ to meet their Japanese fans again, up close and personal – affirming to JYJ that their Japanese family has never left them. Amidst the sprouting and mushrooming of Korean artists, or the anti-hallyu campaigns in Japan. But JYJ can easily gather these much people and at Ibaraki at that. Truly awesome. I love the direction JYJ are going. From freed artists to artists with a cause – AWESOME!
TAMA!…
you hit the bull’s eye = ARTISTS WITH A CAUSE = JYJ
