Sometimes I see 2 JYJ members in one poll. It’s worse when it gets to the OST poll. My heart. I’ll just use 3 browsers to vote for 3 of them. I can’t just vote for one. T_T

New week…short one though! US are you ready for the turkey, the staffing, the cranberries, the pies? The eggnog, oops, that’s for X-mas, well no problem in starting early.
I love cranberry sauce made from fresh fruit and garlic mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie. What’s your favorite at Thanksgiving, and those from other countries, what’s one of your biggest holidays and what’s good to eat that holiday.
Tonight for dinner I tried something new: puffed pastry with leeks, brussell sprouts, gruyere cheese, fresh thyme. It was yummy!
I go for the good old turkey with tons of homemade gravy, pecan pie, and anything with pumpkin is a MUST for me. I’ve been having a pumpkin frenzy since October, and bought anything with pumpkin in it! Pancakes, waffles, candies, bread, muffins, ice cream, yogurt, shake…you name it I got it.
But I kill for my older close girlfriend’s (aka my “unni”) sweet potato casserole with marshmellow or pecan topping! She only makes it once a year, so its a first come first serve basis.
Turkey, dressing, mac & cheese, sweet potato pudding, greens or green beans, cranberry sauce, homemade rolls, iced tea, pecan pie/or sweet potato pie (if no pudding is made). I know I’m leaving somethings out. And where I’m from, we do egg nog for both holidays. 🙂
hi everyone…….Oooo everything sound yummy!….we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving here…but we do celebrate Xmas. Sadly this year I cannot go back to my hometown. Thinking to celebrate simple Xmas party…we have this cultures ….’open house’ where families and friends come from different background and religion…Christian, Muslim, Hindu..Buddhism…come together. That why…I m still thinking what foods/dishes to prepare. Friends will come from 25th Dec until new year party…so the celebration going until 1st Jan next year.
Care to share some recipe with me? I like pudding.
Ever have one of those experiences wherein whenever Korea or anything related to Korea is mentioned, your friends would turn and look at you, expecting you to react? Ugh, it’s been happening to me more and more recently and it’s frustrating. I’m not an expert about everything Korean nor do I like everything about Korea, it just so happened I like JYJ and they’re Korean. But it’s gotten to the point that when we see Korean products, my friends would look at me, as if expecting me to like it and buy it. Or when there’s a Korean around, they look at me expecting me to be all excited. It annoys me but they don’t seem to get why it annoys me and that makes it more frustrating.
OMG I understand you so much TT_TT Every time anything Korean is mentioned, my dad would look at me suspiciously, like “What will she ask for this time” TT_TT
I did not share my love for JYJ with many people, but those who know seem to do smth similar, by telling me about diff Asian things. Dah, Asians are just a little bit more over 3 billions, they speak smillions of languages, they live in smillion of countries and cultures. Asia is not one country and not everyone looks and speaks the same freaking language. I only know a little about Japanese and Korean cultures, and I have to tell people that to their surprises Asian look differently and speak differently.
Ahh i’m ashamed of myself, but that’s why my JYJ love or any kpop for that matter is my secret obsession. I’ve been following the boys since 2006 but barely anyone knows this other side to me. My friends would prolly give me crap if they knew and I would never hear the end of it. I know my friends. But now that kdramas is gaining popularity with Netflix acquiring more of them, I at least get to spaz about boys over flowers with them or something ^^;;
I only talk about JYJ with my korean friends, were are more open, yet still surprise I know them. Wouldn’t they be more shocked that I know more about JYJ then I let on!
I was so grateful though to my two best friends, who took me to a spontaneous trip to LA for the free JYJ showcase last year! I only obtained a ticked for myself, but they were my drivers and went around LA while I did my thing with the boys (:
When they see koreans though or any type of asian, they be like “Aren’t those your friends?” or say , “you’re watching korean porn again? (our inside joke for asian dramas) or they know my type is pretty asian boys hahaa. ^^;; Thus, i tend to not show my enthusiasm too much unless they are in the same boast as me and understand where I’m coming from.
I feel your irritation and frustration… i have this friend who knows my addiction to JYJ. and whenever she catch me, she sigh and say “Koreans again?!” And one time out of my irritation, i answered her back saying that “not her business.” and whenever she saw other KPOP artists, she’ll go say that their my idols. Duh??!!

Couple years ago I doesn’t care about kpop thing at all, then I fall in love with JYJ. I’m only related to kpop just because JYJ. I’m not a fans of other group or korean singer except JYJ. The strange thing is my friend taught that I’m kpop maniac and they expecting me to buy and excited of all things that related to kpop. sometimes it’s annoys me, I only love JYJ but that’s not mean I will buy everything about korean right?
Junsu Time – Bam Bam! I’m grateful for the press footage. It’s so hard to find fancams of his musical perfs, especially TOH. I’m so looking forward to his performances in Elisabeth 😀

One of Indonesian JYJ`s fans who have just visited my blog complained that my blog can`t be vieved in the cell phone.
Is there anybody who can teach me how to make my blog viewable in the cell phone???
JYJ never gave up opposing the one who has the biggest influence in SK, so as JYJ`s fans, I would never give up with my blog.
Seriously, I really think that many Indonesian fans doesn’t really know about JYJ (I’m Indonesian too)
They may know about DBSK but from what I see, indonesian tend to said “ah I love db5k more than JYJ” or “JYJ will back for HM, always keep the faith” bla bla without knowing the real truth or fact behind it.
Sometimes it’s really hurt me when I was searching about JYJ on twitter, many indonesian OT5 said that “JYJ better to back to SM” “JYJ AKTF”.
Did they really know about what Always Keep the Faith mean? Jae said it mean keep my principal and belief.

I found this article on The Economist about Korea’s options for the future. It does a fair job (I think) of stating the advantages and disadvantages of Korea’s economy and the government’s role in all of this. It doesn’t go into depth with examples but it still explains things well enough. There was also a (small) hint that the current President’s loyalty to businesses rather than the Korean people was part of the reason for why Seoul elected Park Won-soon (who is awesome!) as mayor. I hope this trend continues with the younger population even though there has been some rather disturbing political trends with Korea’s youth.

Yes, it was an interesting read. SK has made some tremendous strides in growth since the days of the military junta. But if she keeps up with the same model of a few grazing off the top and telling everyone the trickle down will work, she will get a rude awakening. Trickle down ain’t working here, and it hasn’t in 30 years.
And as the population ages, with no policies in place to deal with this situation, the more problems she will incur. I found it enlightening now they want more women in the work force. Yes, become educated young women, but dont’ use it, just keep it sitting on the shelf. That will work. Well, unless they come to grips with these issues now, they are going to have a very rude awakening in the not too distant future.
🙂 I had mine done ~3 yeas ago (@ >30y/o O__O), it’s not TOO bad, just make sure you have some strong pain killers for the first day or two, cause it does hurt quite a bit after the anesthetic wears off, after that it’s ok. How many are you getting done? I had three, did the first then six months later the other two. The single one wasn’t bad at all, the two at once was when I needed the strong pain killers lol!
*hugs you* Make sure you have your JYJ music handy too. I discovered the other day that listening to JYJ while I have a cold, stops the itching in the back of my throat & my ears!
Ok, if you are getting two done, my advice: take a strong dose of pain killers ~as soon as~ you get home. I made the mistake of going to sleep w/o taking anything, and when I woke up the anesthetic had worn off. It was NOT pretty. So yeah, take the painkillers immediately, then by the time the anesthetic wears off, they should have kicked in and you won’t be crying like a baby like I was LOL!
Don’t know what you’ll be given, but I had vicodin. Had to take two every 6? 8? hours for the first 24-36 hours, then dropped it to one, then stopped. If I remember correctly I had it done on a Friday morning, followed that dosing schedule over the weekend and then I took one more pill monday morning, found it too hard to work on the damn stuff and quit taking anything, and the pain wasn’t bad enough to make me regret that decision.
—I got my wisdom teeth pulled two weeks before I graduated from high school….they were impacted and growing down towards my facial nerves….which would have paralyzed my face. Yikes! Being the big wuss that I am, I told the periodontist to knock me out cuz I was getting all four taken out at the same time. 😉 On the bright side, I lost 10 lbs due to being unable to eat! 🙂
I’m sure you’ll do/be fine. Just make sure your doctor gives you some good painkillers (Penzal Q perhaps?) and have food that doesn’t require a lot of chewing. If none of these work, let me know and I’ll send Dr. Jae over to take care of you and give you CPR as needed! Dr. Jae is really good….just ask @Springbok7. I sent him over to help with her migraines. 😉

I’d have the stuffing and the cranberry sauce without the turkey, don’t like turkey that much. I’ll probably pig out on sweet potato pie…

to tell you the truth Dubai it’s very close to Kuwait and I know must of Kuwait or any Arab country in weekend go to Dubai to have fun of times and alot do that and mess the school or collage for day or two so if we have concert in Dubai it will field of over one to two handrand thousand of Arab jyj fans frm boys and girls

One of Indonesian JYJ`s fans who have just visited my blog complained that my blog can`t be vieved in the cell phone.
Is there anybody who can teach me how to make my blog viewable in the cell phone???
JYJ never gave up opposing the one who has the biggest influence in SK, so as JYJ`s fans, I would never give up with my blog.
Why not just do a search on the topic and see what comes up? I’m sure there is plenty information. 😉

Seriously, I really think that many Indonesian fans doesn’t really know about JYJ (I’m Indonesian too)
They may know about DBSK but from what I see, indonesian tend to said “ah I love db5k more than JYJ” or “JYJ will back for HM, always keep the faith” bla bla without knowing the real truth or fact behind it.
Sometimes it’s really hurt me when I was searching about JYJ on twitter, many indonesian OT5 said that “JYJ better to back to SM” “JYJ AKTF”.
Did they really know about what Always Keep the Faith mean? Jae said it mean keep my principal and belief.
I hope your blog will help Indonesian to know the truth and fact about JYJ.

I found this article on The Economist about Korea’s options for the future. It does a fair job (I think) of stating the advantages and disadvantages of Korea’s economy and the government’s role in all of this. It doesn’t go into depth with examples but it still explains things well enough. There was also a (small) hint that the current President’s loyalty to businesses rather than the Korean people was part of the reason for why Seoul elected Park Won-soon (who is awesome!) as mayor. I hope this trend continues with the younger population even though there has been some rather disturbing political trends with Korea’s youth.

Yes, it was an interesting read. SK has made some tremendous strides in growth since the days of the military junta. But if she keeps up with the same model of a few grazing off the top and telling everyone the trickle down will work, she will get a rude awakening. Trickle down ain’t working here, and it hasn’t in 30 years.
And as the population ages, with no policies in place to deal with this situation, the more problems she will incur. I found it enlightening now they want more women in the work force. Yes, become educated young women, but dont’ use it, just keep it sitting on the shelf. That will work. Well, unless they come to grips with these issues now, they are going to have a very rude awakening in the not too distant future.

🙂 I had mine done ~3 yeas ago (@ >30y/o O__O), it’s not TOO bad, just make sure you have some strong pain killers for the first day or two, cause it does hurt quite a bit after the anesthetic wears off, after that it’s ok. How many are you getting done? I had three, did the first then six months later the other two. The single one wasn’t bad at all, the two at once was when I needed the strong pain killers lol!

*hugs you* Make sure you have your JYJ music handy too. I discovered the other day that listening to JYJ while I have a cold, stops the itching in the back of my throat & my ears!
Ok, if you are getting two done, my advice: take a strong dose of pain killers ~as soon as~ you get home. I made the mistake of going to sleep w/o taking anything, and when I woke up the anesthetic had worn off. It was NOT pretty. So yeah, take the painkillers immediately, then by the time the anesthetic wears off, they should have kicked in and you won’t be crying like a baby like I was LOL!
Don’t know what you’ll be given, but I had vicodin. Had to take two every 6? 8? hours for the first 24-36 hours, then dropped it to one, then stopped. If I remember correctly I had it done on a Friday morning, followed that dosing schedule over the weekend and then I took one more pill monday morning, found it too hard to work on the damn stuff and quit taking anything, and the pain wasn’t bad enough to make me regret that decision.

—I got my wisdom teeth pulled two weeks before I graduated from high school….they were impacted and growing down towards my facial nerves….which would have paralyzed my face. Yikes! Being the big wuss that I am, I told the periodontist to knock me out cuz I was getting all four taken out at the same time. 😉 On the bright side, I lost 10 lbs due to being unable to eat! 🙂
I’m sure you’ll do/be fine. Just make sure your doctor gives you some good painkillers (Penzal Q perhaps?) and have food that doesn’t require a lot of chewing. If none of these work, let me know and I’ll send Dr. Jae over to take care of you and give you CPR as needed! Dr. Jae is really good….just ask @Springbok7. I sent him over to help with her migraines. 😉
