I love how he’s so straight forward about it. Like, “Yes, I have this face…yes, I know people like it.” I like how he plays with it by intentionally making sexy faces to drive people nuts. With most other people, such artificial mannerisms would get on my nerves, but with Jaejoong, I get the feeling that it’s more of a joke; like he’s doing it with a wink and a nod, if you know what I mean.
I think he’s just self-conscious about it since people have been really focused on his face since he was a teenager. I notice he’s the only one that covers his face a lot, like maybe he’s just tired of people staring. He often wears a surgical mask, a scarf over his face, a fluffy turtleneck sweater pulled up high, or a hood pulled REALLY low, even during interviews. Even when he doesn’t have his face hidden in clothing, he tends to hide behind his hands a lot, and not only to cover his laugh.
I like when he hides his face at the airport, though. If crowds want to stalk him and cause problems, why should they be rewarded with seeing his face? Ha!

Before I started watching kdramas, I never really paid much attention to Asians’ attractiveness, like I hadn’t really seen enough variety of Asian people to decide what Asian facial characteristics I preferred, if anyone knows what I mean. Now that I have seen enough variety to develop a preference, JYJ seem to me to be the very pinnacle of attractiveness.
Lol, nowadays, I’ve lost contact with American TV so much, that I’ve now lost my bearing on what’s supposed to be attractive in white faces (American TV being mostly populated with white lead actors). I’ll see a male lead and think, “Is he supposed to be hot? I’m just not feeling it. There just seems something off about his face; something missing…”

Wow, you have such a similar story to mine! I don’t watch American TV anymore either, except for Sunday nights when my husband and I watch an HBO series like “Game Of Thrones” or “Boardwalk Empire.” (no wait, I also like “Curb Your Enthusiasm” but not because anybody in it is good looking! lol It’s just a really funny show.) All the rest for me is K-dramas that I have on DVD. About 3 years ago I came to the inescapable conclusion that for some reason I still don’t understand, Korean men were the most beautiful creatures on the planet. Don’t ask me why, and also don’t even try to argue with me. They just are.
There are a few Japanese and Chinese actors I like a lot too of course, but overwhelmingly I have to say it’s the Koreans who do it for me. Same with my musical tastes these days. JYJ and to a lesser extent Big Bang are the only idol groups I like but I love a TON of Korean pop-R&B singers. I wish I’d been a fan of Fly To The Sky when they were together because then I would have included them in the “idol” category. I still can hardly understand a word anyone sings and singing along with the songs is a riot for anyone listening, but I love my music and I think that’s all that matters.

I asked someone to translate them for us from ENGLISH to KOREAN, but the translation was wrong so i need HELP :S
Anybody knows some Korean native speaker who can translate English messages to Korean???? (NOT use google or anything because the translation has lots of mistakes by google and we will try to show this project to Jaejoong and send to CJES so we need a correct Korean Translation)

I’ve never really been fond of this photobook, mainly because of what they did to Junsu. (Junsu’s stylist for this should be shot)
So I’ve glanced at it in the past and simply moved on.
I like the shots of JJ with his forehead exposed. I like the coloring and the raw sexuality.
For Chunnie I like it all, because I love Chunnie with long hair. It suits his persona. Free spirited, brooding, rebel.
They’ve gone a full 360 in terms of the image the portray. I like where they are now. It’s more reality and not all fantasy. IMO
i think the stylists were going for a more edgy look overall? like a new beginning..i like yc’s style like what you said brooding rebel..suits him well. junsu’s style is a bit of puzzle..personally i would like him clean..no eyeliner or tatts..just his usual image..

yes dear in my country we have this thing called essence of chicken..its suppose to be good for your body and tastes like a cross between chicken soup and soya sauce (yes horrible i know >.<)
but it makes me dizzy after i drink it..might be too strong for me.
jae makes us dizzy..but we definitely feel better and want more.

I know what you mean. Before I started watching kdramas, I never really paid much attention to Asians’ attractiveness, like I hadn’t really seen enough variety of Asian people to decide what Asian facial characteristics I preferred, if anyone knows what I mean. Now that I have seen enough variety to develop a preference, JYJ seem to me to be the very pinnacle of attractiveness.
Lol, nowadays, I’ve lost contact with American TV so much, that I’ve now lost my bearing on what’s supposed to be attractive in white faces (American TV being mostly populated with white lead actors). I’ll see a male lead and think, “Is he supposed to be hot? I’m just not feeling it. There just seems something off about his face; something missing…”

Wow, you have such a similar story to mine! I don’t watch American TV anymore either, except for Sunday nights when my husband and I watch an HBO series like “Game Of Thrones” or “Boardwalk Empire.” (no wait, I also like “Curb Your Enthusiasm” but not because anybody in it is good looking! lol It’s just a really funny show.) All the rest for me is K-dramas that I have on DVD. About 3 years ago I came to the inescapable conclusion that for some reason I still don’t understand, Korean men were the most beautiful creatures on the planet. Don’t ask me why, and also don’t even try to argue with me. They just are.
There are a few Japanese and Chinese actors I like a lot too of course, but overwhelmingly I have to say it’s the Koreans who do it for me. Same with my musical tastes these days. JYJ and to a lesser extent Big Bang are the only idol groups I like but I love a TON of Korean pop-R&B singers. I wish I’d been a fan of Fly To The Sky when they were together because then I would have included them in the “idol” category. I still can hardly understand a word anyone sings and singing along with the songs is a riot for anyone listening, but I love my music and I think that’s all that matters.

Recently, Jaejoong Arab Fans have been working on a project for him (A Messages video that we want to show to him to prove our love and support). Anyway, The project comprises of 29 messages. I asked someone to translate them for us from ENGLISH to KOREAN, but the translation was wrong so i need HELP :S
Anybody knows some Korean native speaker who can translate English messages to Korean???? (NOT use google or anything because the translation has lots of mistakes by google and we will try to show this project to Jaejoong and send to CJES so we need a correct Korean Translation)

They are 29 messages, the longest is 4 lines while most are 3 or 2 lines so its not that long.

Kind of agree with you. To me “no” to the concept (if they even have one, haha) but yes to the subject!
I’ve never really been fond of this photobook, mainly because of what they did to Junsu. (Junsu’s stylist for this should be shot)
So I’ve glanced at it in the past and simply moved on.
I like the shots of JJ with his forehead exposed. I like the coloring and the raw sexuality.
For Chunnie I like it all, because I love Chunnie with long hair. It suits his persona. Free spirited, brooding, rebel.
They’ve gone a full 360 in terms of the image the portray. I like where they are now. It’s more reality and not all fantasy. IMO
i think the stylists were going for a more edgy look overall? like a new beginning..i like yc’s style like what you said brooding rebel..suits him well. junsu’s style is a bit of puzzle..personally i would like him clean..no eyeliner or tatts..just his usual image..
