Brief summary from @Widmung_01 :
1. SM’s head office was investigated by officers from Fair Trade Commission on Mar 15, but there was NO single report about this.
2. It’s been ‘internally’ decided that SM/KFCAI/KEPA(Korea Entertainment Producers’ Association) interfered JYJ’s activities based on systematic actions and SM would be imposed penalty between 500M won and 800M won. It also revealed that SM constantly tried to discount the penalty until the end.
3. The news showed the official document sent by KFPCAI (some parts were reported but never the full contexts, and the paper shown today seemed to be the whole documentation from KFPCAI) and said KFTC selected the document and other things as the evidence.
Oh, the journalist also added that SM is always welcome to his studio to dispute about this, and LSM is most welcomed. (Don’t forget that this journalist had reported SM’s unfair contracts in 2001. LSM sued him on charges of false accusation, but lost the case. What a relationship! )

That penalty is really small. Less than a million US dollars. Won’t even hurt SME. TT_TT
It’s the principle involved, and who knows, if SME keeps it up, there may be more. Remember, CJeS said they were keeping tabs to add to their lawsuit. So, there may be more fuel for the fire. 😉

I’m nervous..sigh i’m always nervous everytime there is a talk about JYJ lawsuit oh god please i hope everything will be fine for JYJ. Anyway this journalist is so brave, standing ovation for this guy, i hope korean have more and more people like him.

KEPA i said it i said it they back up SM 100% and no one believes me but they are the reason SM crossed the line in first place, if KEPA had any concern for the artist well being SM would never dare abuse manipulate lie and deceive the artist, KEPA the hidden snake , u will see sm will get there but KEPA will get a small slap on the wrist, they drive companies like sm to be asses to artist pushing the company there only caring of results they want on the expense of the artist and would support any company capable of showing the results and if such a company requires KEPA to overlook or aid the company in taming and breaking down the artist KEPA tells that company don’t worry do what u have to i’ve got ur back.

Who do you think makes up KEPA? I will not be even 0.01% supprised if it turns out KEPA is founded and headed by the giant entertainment companies like SME/JYP/etc. If SME goes down, I will consider it as a big slap to KEPA too. Because they’re all connected.

1. Currently the FTC n SM r negotiating the amount of fine (around hundred million korean won).
2.The current FTC investigation finished internally, but must pass the review board to publish the report n go on public.
3. On Mar. 15, 2011, the FTC raided SM’s Headquarter and collected the evidences, but the major press did not report it.
4. As concrete evidences, Palm TV showed KFPCAIn연제협’s letters of interfering #JYJ music distribution, a news 2 public.
5. Most of all, KFC already reached the conclusion that SM obstructed #JYJ’s activities. Whether the investigation report goes public or not, it solely depends on political matter. So by airing this news., now the ball is on KFC court.
6. Most public did not know about SM’s dirty works while fans knew almost everything Palm TV aired tonight. I’m a very thankful that Palm TV provide a rare opportunity to tell the truth n fact abt SM and #JYJ.
7.BTW, the reporter Lee Sangho invited LSM to the show to tell his side of the story:D He even called him Suman Hyung.
8. This is th1st time we heard SM was considered to be fined by FTC in this investigation, meaning the last we heard SM was missing from the accusers.
FYI LSM filed to a civil lawsuit against Journalist Lee Sangho & lost when MBC Investigative News Program 2580 covered SM slave contracts.

Just want to say thank you to this TV station and to this reporter. Really courageous people.
I guess there are people who have been fighting SM for a long time. He must have had to pay a lot in legal fees in 2001 when SM sued him, but he still is going forward with this investigation. Big applause.
LOL from reading her lips, everytime there was a beep, i think it meant LSM ( i think this is what she said ). KEKEKKE But the funny thing is, everytime i hear the beep, instead of saying LSM in my head, my brain keeps saying it as *bastard* 😛
