According to Sports Donga’s public survey done in Twitter, Kim Junsu gained the highest votes in the question of “The musical actor that sets my heart fluttering from the moment he/she steps on the stage”.
With regards to Kim Junsu who has performed brilliantly in ‘Mozart’ and ‘Tears Of Heaven’, and will be participating in ‘Elisabeth’ in February, the voters mentioned that, ‘(He) possessed a very emotion-stimulating vocal’, ‘He is an actor who would made you had a maternal-like smile the minute he appear’ etc.
One worthy mention is that a large portion of Kim Junsu’s fans have transformed into musical lovers after watching Kim Junsu’s musicals. The messages left on Twitter also mentioned, “Thanks to Junsu, I discovered the enjoyment of musicals.”, “Though I watched musical for Junsu, I have become a fan for many musical actors.”
The 2nd to 5th actors/actresses in the survey are respectively Hong Kwang Ho, Ock Joo Hyun, Uhm Ki Joon and Park Eun Tae.

I haven’t seen the performance of the other musical actors being mentioned, but knowing and hearing Junsu sings, I think this survey doesn’t only speak of fans bias voting, but of true musical talent, who can argue Junsu’s singing ability ?, be it musical, or Intoxication kind of thing ….

They are both undeniably talented, but guess who I love more…
Of course it’s junsu… It’s one thing to have beautiful voice and posses flawless singing technique… And completely another thing 2 be able to move people hearts…

never a fan of musical before junsu did mozart
the passion and love for singing really translates into his characters he plays. he becomes those characters and it becomes a reality for those watching him, at least for the time they are together watching him on stage. one day i hope to witness that first hand!

I would love to see a performance of ‘Elisabeth’, even tho I know all of Junsu’s appearances are sold out; just to be there would be a treat! 😀
