Oh, the translation got to me. How many times did JYJ make me cry because of their incredible attitude. How much they were hurt by KBS and how insulting this method of awarding them is, they are grateful for whatever they have – emphasizing the fans love for them and calling them idols in spite of their age. I never met anybody like them. No matter what, they are always so great. A fan when they are 50? If I’m still here, I’ll still be with them.

I don’t know why this whole story about KBS Best Icon awarding always gives me a bitter feeling inside, though JYJ is seen smiling but I feel hurt watching them. I should be proud and thankful for the fans who really did their best to give this title to JYJ, but I feel a great pity for them, kbs doesn’t give the due recognition and honor for the fans effort.
I hope in real life I have even half of JYJ’s great character, always so composed in facing unfavorable conditions.

LOL Honestly, I think the guys have a whole other career in them as comedians. They are hilarious, especially I have to say, Jaejoong. And Junsu and Yuchun are such great straight men to Jae’s wide-eyed deadpan humor. I love seeing them behave and talk so naturally, off script at last, and completely uncensored like this. Utterly, utterly charming.

I don’t know about airing it, but it is on their website, right on the front page, or it was yesterday anyway.
I am comforting myself with knowing that most of these on-line polls do not result in award shows. They usually just put out a press release about who won. Then that news get put in a lot of newspapers. So to do an actual award for this is in some ways an extra step with a gift for their health as well. I suspect that a woman who is a fan is responsible for this. It was even exceptional that JYJ were included in the list to vote for on KBS website.
Nothing KBS does will be taken well until they make up for what they have done. They caused so much pain to JYJ and to all the fans. As somebody else said, the only way to reverse what they have done is to do a one hour special so JYJ can perform to their hearts’ content.

In the beginning you can tell they were trying hard to compose themselves and appear friendly when the woman was talking to them. Then when it was time to leave a video message for their fans they became completely natural, and even cracked a joke. *Le sigh* this is why JYJ will forever be bias, they do everything with sophistication and never forget to be polite all the while showing their charm. I guess we should too, fine I’ll leave off the name calling when I mention the two faced KBS from now.
forgot to write down my initial thoughts..
i feel that handing an award to JYJ in such a low-key setting..just doesn’t give them any credit at all.
this is actually the first time i’ve seen such an ‘award ceremony’..if you can even call it that.
they don’t even need all this, but they deserve to be seen and watched by the whole world ON STAGE, where they could command everyone’s attention and shine like beacons of tomorrow’s hope.
JYJ is the 1st entertainment / idol group who could be so famous & popular without any TV promotions & faced the serious blocked them to show up at all music awards ceremonies , but actually they are not only popular in their own country, they also very popular in many other countries , they were well known in the worldwide .
In fact, those blocking actions cannot affect their entertain career and also can’t change their mind to keep on making their own music & performance in their own country and bring their bright colors to all over the world .
I always feel that JYJ are awesome , super fantastic person in this world !
I can’t find another one to replace them especially Jaejoong .

Hmmm. Well. As already mentioned, how the award was presented to JYJ was disgraceful. Had it been some one else, it would have gone differently.
Is it just me or does the atmosphere seem tense and awkward? And Junsu is a bit off here. When receiving an award he usually is not like this. Gee I wonder why. *major sarcasm* But I absolutely love it how they loose up when asked to speak to their fans. I’m so proud to be their fan not only for this reason but for many; including how they handled this situation with so much grace and dignity. They have my absolute respect, love and supprt.
