Frankly, I was worried in the beginning. The OST has a different chord compared to the usual songs. One person needs to have a good feel and the ability to be emotional in order to sing the song well. This is probably the reason why people prefer Baek Ji Young and Lee Seung Chul. I was worried if an idol singer could show emotions in the song. However, Yoochun definitely has a good singing ability and his ability to show his emotions using his voice is excellent. I was very satisfied.
– What is the strength of Yoochun’s voice?
He has a refined grace when singing and he can show the pure emotions of a boy. Yoochun had done well by putting effort in showing the image of a boy in the song. He is an entertainer whom I hope to see more in the future.
– Recording episode
Yoochun did not sleep for a few nights in the States and he came back to South Korea for recording. It was obvious that he came back in a rush and I was touched that he gave his best. Also, he was not in a good condition. It was fortunate that we could finish recording in three hours, which was a short time because he has strong basic singing skills.

This is the composer who wrote ‘That Man/That Woman’ right? High praise indeed, and well-deserved. I feel that Chun is underrated as a singer. Granted, his voice might not be as good as it used to be, but I think it’s also that JYJ’s songs are on the high end of his range so inevitably he would sound more strained compared to JaeSu.
Chun is an excellent rapper as well. When I hear JaeSu rap, it’s clear that rapping is definitely not an easy skill…and to do it with style and punch…I especially love Chun’s rapping in You’re – I can hear the smile in his voice. 🙂

I love husky voices and I love dancing so, it was just natural I became a xiahpwa and that I really like Jae’s voice too but Chun’s voice… JYJ could never be JYJ without Chun and Chun’s voice.
As for his rap skills, I really hope their new CD has some rap in a song at least, because I love Chun’s rap skills.

Personally I am head over hills in love with YC singing voice!!!!!! I love his deep and rich sounding voice!!!! I also, love the way he raps, so good. I feel all three of them have awesome different voices that blend so perfectly together. But each person voice can stand on his own.
