JYJ’s Park Yoo Chun is capturing the world through SBS’s Wednesday-Thursday series Rooftop Prince.
The series, which has aired 7 episodes so far, has become a beloved romantic comedy with a unique plot that travels over 300 years through time.
Fresh cream spray, which appeared on the series, sold out in every store and his expression is parodied online. In addition, foreign countries are showing an extraordinary response.
Even before the series started airing, fan art, video clips, and a music video received a lot of attention abroad through social networks. After the series started airing, magazines in Taiwan, Malaysia, Turkey, and Japan reported on the series.
The series has received over 10 million hits on Youku, one of the biggest video sharing sites in China, and ranked first in the Korean Drama category and ranked third in the overall Drama category.
In addition, reviews for the series are updated as fast as Korea in North America and Europe. After each episode airs, a translated plot and review posts are uploaded online.
The series, which has become more enjoyable and is receiving a higher audience rating, airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 9:55 p.m.

Can I take a minute to comment on the comic genius of that 1st pic? First the combination of the hat with the jogging suit, but if you examine more closely, there is the traditional arm rest and mat and he is wearing his shoes on that. That says a lot. Then his expression. He has a serious princely aire, but there is just a hint in his eyes and lips that at any moment he could break into a full laugh at how silly it is. The expression is very subtle, and I can’t really imagine anybody else being able to do it so funny.
If you combine that with the 2nd pic, where he is to die for, so handsome. Look out world. Guard your heart because it will be stolen for sure.
