JYJ fans in Thailand are to gather donations to support an elephant protection project.
According to the local newspaper in Thailand, JYJ fans decided to support the Asian Elephant Foundation in response to the message on Jaejoong’s twitter stating, “Thai elephants are becoming endangered? This can’t be happening… My elephants.”
During JYJ’s last visit in Thailand in April of last year for their world tour concert, Jaejoong surprised fans by performing popular Thai children’s song ‘Elephant Song’, he has been reportedly known for his love to play with elephants.
Tweet messages are being sent among local fans of Thai Cassiopeia to encourage the support of this project, donations will be collected at 10 places including Paragon Shopping Mall on the day of Junsu’s concert on May 27 and will be sent to ‘Asian Elephant Foundation.’
