[NEWS] 120528 Kim Junsu in tears at solo concert in Thailand, “Overwhelmed…”
For his solo activities, JYJ’s Kim Junsu kicked off the first leg of his Asia tour in Thailand successfully.
Last week on the 27th, Kim Junsu performed in Bangkok, Thailand’s Royal Paragon venue under the title “Xia’s first Asia Tour in Bangkok”. He wowed over 4,000 fans who were in attendance. Especially after Junsu’s title track ‘Tarantallegra’ mv was released on Youtube, there was extreme interest and warm response from fans.
For the sake of his fans, on the day of the concert in Bangkok, Junsu prepared a “talk show session” where he showcased his cute “aegyo” to his fans (Boo-ing Boo-ing, “I love you, kiss kiss”) as well as saying “It is really nice to meet everyone once again.”
Through songs such as “Breathe” and “Fever,” Kim Junsu was able to showcase his perfect choreography and dynamic moves– while in songs such as “You’re so Beautiful” and “I hate love,” he was able to demonstrate his impressive (emotional) vocal ability. Read More →

[PICS] S. Korea’s Minister of Culture and Sports Visits Turkey with Tarantallegra Albums
South Korea’s Minister of Culture and Sports, Choe Kwang-Shik,
visited the Korean Cultural Center in Ankara, Turkey
Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Korea, Choe Kwang-shik came to Turkey and met with the members of Korea-Fans! He gave our dear Junsu’s Tarantallegra album as a gift to the participants. There were also other idols’ albums along with Junsu’s but it seems Tarantallegra was the most popular among others at the meeting^^
[NEWS] 120528 Kim Jaejoong Praised for His First Sageuk Acting in ‘Dr. Jin’
JYJ’s Kim Jae Joong received high praises for his first sageuk (historical drama) acting for MBC’s Dr. Jin.
With episodes one and two of Dr. Jin aired on May 26 and 27, Kim Jae Joong attempted to transform into the character of Kim Kyung Tak, using the sageuk dialect and low tone of voice.
Also, Kim Jae Joong received praises for his diverse expressions showing the strictness of a high officer, the affection towards his loved one, and the pain of being born out of wedlock.
But as it was his first sageuk acting, Kim Jae Joong had awkward moments spread throughout the two episodes, making viewers feel unfortunate towards the actor.
Not appearing in the original Japanese production, the role of ‘flower soldier’ Kim Kyung Tak has been receiving a lot of attention from viewers. After the episodes were aired, ‘Dr. Jin,’ ‘Kim Jae Joong,’ and ‘Kim Young Tak’ were ranked high on various portal sites, receiving comments such as “Eye candy of Joseon times” and “He did great for his first sageuk.”
In addition, a Twitter trend of #JJinDrJin was placed first in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, confirming Kim Jae Joong′s popularity as a hallyu star.
Meanwhile, Living Like a Dream sung by Kim Jae Joong for the soundtrack of Dr. Jin has also been receiving popularity. The song placed high on various music sites.
