This is the first time that Jaejoong challenges a period drama. As he faces his seniors whom all excel in this area of acting, Jaejoong is working very hard – practicing sageuk, horse riding, and trying his best to avoid NGs. All these effort resulted in limited sleep and rest as well as a lot of health supplements and his ever-thinning figure. We hope that our support could provide Jaejoong more strength and let him become more confident as well as encourage more viewers to like ‘Dr. Jin’ and Kim Kyung Tak.

[NEWS] 120529 JYJ’s Kim Junsu ranks 10th on Billboard World Album chart

JYJ’s Kim Junsu recently entered the Billboard charts as a solo singer.

According to Billboard World Album chart, which was released on May 25, Kim’s solo album Xia Tarantallegra ranked 10th. The album was released on May 15 and entered the chart after only 10 days.

Nielsen SoundScan, the information and sales tracking system, makes a list based on weekly album sales in the United States and Canada. This proves that Kim is responsive not only in Asia but also in the Americas.

Word is out that JYJ’s Kim Jaejoong is increasingly becoming known as the “Weekend Boyfriend.”

This past weekend on the 26th, Dr. Jin’s first broadcast was shown. From his “flower-like officer” appearance down to his pure sincere heart, Jaejoong’s devilish charms seemed to have caught the hearts of many female fans. Even prior to the show’s first broadcast, expectations for his performance were already rising.

A picture of Kim Jaejoong that was disclosed to the public showed a glimpse of his character’s martial arts skills as well as his competitive spirit. Furthermore, his sincere love for Hong YongRae (played by Park MinYoung) as well as his strong masculinity was also able to be felt.

[REVIEW] 120529 Are Lee Bumsoo and Kim Jaejoong the leading actors of Dr.Jin?

Note: This is a review written by a noteworthy Korean blogger and avid TV drama critic.

Until recently, I have been falling for time slip rooftop prince. And then, since an another time slip drama, Dr.Jin, was going to be aired, I was waiting for it with expectations. But when I watched this drama, what I thought was “What~ is this?!”

Why didn’t my expectations rise toward Song Seunghun and Park Minyoung but toward Lee Bumsoo and Kim Jaejoong? By any chance, are Lee Bumsoo and Kim Jaejoong the leading actors of this drama?

Well, I don’t ever think about blaming Song Seunghun’s acting skills. I understand that he is acting as a man of modern time, who travels back to Joseon Dynasty. However, I can’t help thinking, “Why is he so superficial?”

Park Minyoung doesn’t stand out either. Instead of seeing 2 different individuals from modern time and from the Joseon Dynasty, I only see Park Minyoung.

I don’t have expectations in Song Seunghun and Park Minyoung. It’s just a story about a cold-blooded doctor becoming a doctor who respects the life; and two men competing over a woman. This is also what Dr.Jin must solve in the future. But in fact, wasn’t it all revealed already? What should they do? Cold-blooded doctor turning into a doctor who respects the life, it was already solved in epsode 2. The loveline of two men competing over one woman, that, well.. I don’t think I’ll watch that with great expectations. Because all [this storyline] was already drawn out in my head.
