Yes.. on MBC too!!!..the new reformed laws are broadcasted nationally….JYJ Fighting…what a momentous achievement for our boys in reforming the SK entertainment Industry!!!!
hopefully by raising renewed awareness of the issues and increased acceptance of the new rules and thereby of JYJ to be on tv without someone trying to pressure them. i look at it all as steps in opening up the attitudes and closed minds and increasing the possibiltes of accepting the rules and accepting JYJ in fair terms along with everyone else. what do you think?
I think it will benefited all those artists who’s still in the company…but ironically, not the one who brings the changes.
Shame on those artists who talks badly of the trio cuz look at what they have done for the benefit of many.
For those who benefit from it, not expressing appreciation, that is fine. No other expect that.
BUT they instead bad mouth of JYJ , while at the same time getting revised working condition,
that is the ugliest face of them – esp from the mouth of Sx idols.
Finally something is done and broadcasted about this. I tend to think that the pressure put up by fans both in Korea and worldwide does contribute someway to this . Keep going and highlight till more is done to lift the ban for our boys. All they ask is a fair playing field to perform.
Because of JYJ, now other idols or celeb in SK got better treatment by their agency. JYJ still in the battle with sme. SM, please end
this and pay JYJ their share already. Don’t be greedy and the boys deserve it!
YES!! The change we been praying for! And JYJ, CJes and all fans worked very very hard so that they did not fade off into oblivion… I really really hope that the winds of change will be soon and we can see our dear JYJ on more TV and music programs in 2013! I hope SBS will take the hint and let Jaejoong on SBS Running Man…. Our dear Ji Hyo has been rather ignored these 2 weeks… we need someone who can do a korean petition to send to RM? Please? Anyone?
Maybe the networks will move forward from this (not-so-invisible ban) and become a little braver with getting our boys out there in broadcast. Especially now that the SK Government’s Fair and Trade Commision basically sided with JYJ and has made them as an example of how these young people/artists are to be treated from now on.
In some aspects, it has been a blessing that JYJ has been an enigma and rare and unique the last couple of years. They are able to branch out and work hard and actually succeeding in everything they have tried their hands on. They are proving to everyone that they are great artists and no one can hold these talents down.
But still, they are performers and they want and should perform in their own country (and Japan and anywhere) in front of fans (and potential new fans). It is just and fair to be able to do things, promote events, perform, sing, dance, and everything else like other performers are freely able to do.
JYJ Forever! JYJ always Fighting!!!!
So it is said, so it is done ~ is far more important.
Very often, there are so many ” discrepancy” from the reality.
Supervisory and legal action is must to support any new policies enacted.
KARA’s cut in 2nd news report, tells JYJ really “Princes of Egypt” ,
however, KARA is real beneficiary , if not the biggest.
JYJ, is much miserable…helped others, but can’t help themselves.
** i believe many investors & existing related money maker hate JYJ so much.
But , God pls bless the powerless following your justices.
Don’t get your hopes up yet. Just because they made changes “on paper” doesn’t mean they will be implemented starting tomorrow. The FTC has made rulings before and SME has ignored them. Who’s to say this is any different? (ex: length of contract)
Well….. I noticed that all things mentioned here were from jyj’s law suit documents… Glad that they step up the laws for them from now on….. ^^
the important thing is JYJ are given equal rights for broadcast just like other singers are.

Great! Support is growing for JYJ. Will there be English subtitles or explanation in English?
Hope the news will have positive impact on our boys..that’s all we JYJ fans want.
Ok; so how are these new standards by the FTC going to effect JYJ’s ability to perform on future broadcasts, if at all???

Ok, so what about the pending JYJ lawsuit, will this effect it?
