Agreement reached with SM
Agreement….. It’s difficult to truly grasp the correct meaning of this word at this point of time.
Looks like we may have to wait and see for a while more.
At this moment I want to stop writing carelessly about this.
But I would want to perceive this as something positive.
Instead of reaching an “agreement”, I think we should take this as “being liberated”……
how about that?
To the guys, it doesn’t matter if the word “agreement” or whatever is being used….. the fact is
that they have been liberated from the troublesome matters now
Whatever happens with SM, the guys are only looking at what’s in front of them now
Because in the heart of this “future” that the guys see in front of them, SM etc no longer exist
Fact…. Whatever SM tried to do, they could not stop the guys from gaining success…… And
with this behind them, next year will be a year when the guys will be able to jump even higher…..I am so looking forward to this just thinking about it
I look forward to the guys spreading their wings flying all over the world however much they like.
And so how about Japan?…… Many of you have asked me that….
I take a positive stance to this….. Let me just write this only.

Mr Hayato JYJ thinking the same as you because the boys deserve the best and my hopes are for them to achieve it. SM are not a regret to JYJ but a lesson learn that are making them wise, strong and taking the difficult challenges not with fear but with courage. JYJ FIGHTING!!

Hayato’s reaction is very alike with fans’. We all feel glad that JYJ is free from SM, but can’t help but feel suspicious if the boys are really able to fully promote their work… However the future is, we are certain that JYJ can overcome everything. They are strong and fans believe in them! ^_^
What about Japan? Will they be able to go on shows in Japan too? Or is that different?
In Japan, they have a conflict and a lawsuit with Avex that blocks them to work there. The lawsuit should end in January 2013. Even if JYJ should not win it, it doesn ´t matter much, because their contract with Avex will end in 2013 (it was signed for 3 years) so or so.

My fear and I keep trying to get this clarified, so far to no avail, is that when AVEX “suspended activities” of the three, according to terms of the contract they signed back then, the contract’s length would also be suspended — in effect put in limbo. This is not unheard of, btw — it’s how the old Hollywood studios’ contracts were. If an actor refused a project they were put on suspension, not allowed to work and remained there until they changed their minds. Then they were allowed to work and the contract resumed. My fear is that AVEX’s contract is like this. That being said, I’ve always felt that JYJ had a strong case and could very well win this lawsuit too. So I guess we’ll see come January.

Yeah, JYJ should make some plans for next year. Since both party ‘won’t bother each other’s activities’. Let see how willing SM stick to that agreement since they are the one who kept bothering JYJ’s activities all this times. ( How on earth JYJ able to ‘bother’ SM’s activities? Blocking their artists from becoming an ambassador? Isk, isk, isk…sorry…My mistake, they did ‘bother’ SM with their colorful success from other fields. Hahaha…)
SME, don’t bother JYJ anymore! Tell the same thing to your dogs as well.

Hayato-san is a very wise man, and I like his word choice ‘liberated’ instead of ‘agreement’ 😀 Continuing to walk their current path with attention to what’s in front of them sounds just about right to me; everything else…in it’s own time.

No matter happen in the future, the boys always gonna move forward to reach what their new goal/dream. I am truly glad that i watched almost every process that the boys through from these past 3 years till now. Step by step but for sure they are became more matured but yet still became humble. I felt their sadness, hesitation, anger, hopeless, hurt, etc like it’s own my feeling on those process. This statement you made really rang true for me. I have felt in my heart for a while now that I have been dwelling in a very dark place because of my outrage and furious anger over the things that SM has been able to do with no consequences in the last 3 years. It has been mentally and psychically exhausting to feel this way day after day, month after month as SM continued to abuse JYJ. I am really, REALLY ready to put this chapter of JYJ’s career behind me and hope for the best possible outcome again. I am really ready to stop thinking about SM and hating SM for the terrible things they have done. It’s not that I’m ready to forgive exactly, although if they really do make good on their promise not to “interfere any further” with JYJ’s promotions then I truly believe that at the very least I can stop even thinking about them entirely. I am not interested in any other SM singing groups so there will be no occasion where I’ll need to have any further awareness of them once the stranglehold is loosened. THAT’S what I am praying for now.
For them to truly let JYJ go and thus let all of their fans go as well. We have fought a hard fight and I think we all long for rest from it now.

It’s good that someone close to JYJ is being optimistic and hoping for a brighter future for JYJ. If JYJ’s contracts with SME are terminated as of July 31, 2009, Avex can no longer claim that JYJ are still under their management in Japan due to the TH5K’s contracts. Now when the contracts that JYJ later signed with Avex in 2010 expire (next year?), both sides will officially have nothing to do with each other. Avex will have no reason to interfere with JYJ’s activities in Japan. I hope this is really the case and JYJ will be able to go back to Japan soon. *crossing fingers*

Nice to read your comment and it was true despite SME’s interference for these past 3years , JYJ still manage to gain success.This year was a great year for individual activity where each of them glowed like bright stars with their hidden talents. Who cares about SME?? They can’t even block them as JYJ became more famous and stronger. Now looking forward to greater heights and achievement for next year .
