Kim Bada, the main vocal of Rock band ‘Art of Parties’, gave his song to another singer for the first time.
It’s Kim Jaejoong, the member of JYJ, who will make his debut next January as a solo singer, He told about it..
“I think he asked me a song for his change. Actually, I didn´t know who Kim Jaejoong is.
But I gave my song because he wanted”.
And he emphasized,
“He is the first singer who ask me a song. I give my song to everyone if he or she wants”.
Kim YoonBum, drummer of ‘Arts of Parties’ told about… “He was never expressed about it, but he likes the collaboration”.
Kim Bada gave two songs to Kim Jaejoong. He told with anticipation…
“He asked me just one but he wanted one more song after recording. I think you can meet ‘New’ Kim Jaejoong who is musically more mature”.
He praised the tense of Jaejoong’s digesting rock music…
“He was exceptional..
I was half a doubt about him because I didn’t know about him.
He was much better than expected after we recorded the 1st song.
He has the attribute to become a rocker.
After recording of 1st song, I gave him a hard-rock song, a little bit stronger than 1st one…
but he didn’t reject it. He also digested it well as the compositional intention”
And he added..
“Rock Band ‘Pia’ also joined in one or two songs as the accompanist. He really make his effort for his 1st solo album”.
There will be various rock songs in his 1st solo album. C-JES Entertainment also told…
“It’ll be different from JYJ’s music. You can feel another attraction of Kim Jaejoong”.

Pia is very famous rock band in Korea. Actually they became famous because Seo Taiji acouted them to his own label.
Now they belong to another label.. Not Seo Taiji’s..

“I didn’t know who Kim Jaejoong was”. LOL. Is this really the case? I mean, there are still people in Korea who don’t know Jaejoong? 😮 That’s strange. He must have been living under the ground in a bunker for the past 9 years.
not really, korea may know the name tvxq but it doesn’t mean they know the members name (during the db5k era) and more so now that jyj is being block from music shows and what not.
as popular as db5k are, they never were digital monsters. i think most people know the name tvxq cause of their huge fanbase, high album sales, and their accomplishments in japan.
and u have to put into consideration that idol music isn’t everyone cup of tea. idols aren’t as popular as u may think in korea. sure they are few that are exceptions (snsd, big bang, iu etc) but most idols are not a-list celebs.
It’s very possible. It’s probable that he’s heard of dongbangshingi but doesn’t knew who the members were individually. (like I know one direction but I don’t bother to know their names).
Gosh, I have so much anticipation for Jaejoong’s upcoming solo album! It seems that no one has ever been disappointed after working with him. They all only have praises and encouragement for him. Jae really is putting much efforts into his solo debut. ❤

Why are some of you taking this so personally? Is it a crime that he didn’t know who Jaejoong was before working with him? He didn’t insult him and unlike other hacks who are too chicken shit to work with JYJ because they are scared of SME he agreed to do a song for Jaejoong. He was so impressed that he gave him a second song.

80% of korea doesn’t care about k-pop anyway. i know tons of people from korea who have no idea who JYJ, TVXQ or any other group is. it’s really no big deal.
and for those who don’t know kim bada, he was the singer of sinawe, one of the first heavy metal/rock bands in korea and one of the most successful too (next to boohwal). if you are into k-pop you should actually acknowledge the great korean bands from the past but oh well….

Yes my Jaejoong can sing anything.He started with rock songs and changed his voice to fit Japanese songs as needed,now he is back to his own voice.Can’t wait to enjoy whatever Jaejoong brings to us.

JaeJoong is a rocker man, always has been.
Can’t wait of the fusion of kpop and rock market, hope Kim Bada will take a close look of Jaejoong’s concept that he’ll not be laughed/ridiculed by the rock audience, kpop exagerrated/flashy/overdone stylist please step back for a while, just enough kpop touch to a rocker.
Actually it’s a win-win partnership, they will both benefit from this team up.

I like the fact that Jaejoong knew what he wanted, and where he wanted to go. I love the fact that Jae so impressed mr. Kim that he gave him a second song. That alone speaks volumes about Jaejoongs ability and skill, Rock is not an easy genre to do. And lastly I’m really hyped on the fact that the second song was more hardrock than the first, this album is going to be awesome.

Alright personally, I don’t really like rock.. that is why I was into JYJ from the start… I did love “maze” but that was kinda soft rock that doesn’t give you a headache.. I’m just worried that it will be too noisy and loud to bear!! X[
I always wanted him to make another rock song like maze.. I’m just a little worried that it will be all over the place, since he’s making a REAL rock album!! X{
