JYJ‘s Yoochun held a successful press conference in China, which drew over 100 media outlets.
C-JeS Entertainment revealed, “As Yoochun’s popularity in China increased, we were flooded with interview requests. To return the favor for his rising popularity, we decided to hold an official press conference in front of influential media outlets in China’s capital, Beijing.”
Yoochun himself commented, “I came to return the favor for all the love that China has given me. I am making good memories in Beijing, which I haven’t visited in a long time. I felt the Chinese fans’ love. I will visit more often. I want to feature in a big-scale movie in China, and I’m open to reviewing Chinese productions. If the opportunity presents itself, I definitely want to do it,” revealing his plans in terms of future promotional activities in China.

JYJ′s Park Yoo Chun seems to be considering taking steps into China.
A media day event for Park Yoo Chun was held on January 11 in Beijing with about 100 local reporters present.
At the event, Park Yoo Chun said, “I want to try out a large scale film in China. I′m looking positively at appearing in a Chinese piece. I want to join one if I get the opportunity.”
The event was held by C-JeS Entertainment in response to the great popularity the star has been gathering in the country through Rooftop Prince and I Miss You.
A rep from C-JeS Entertainment said, “We′ve been receiving many requests for interviews since Park Yoo Chun′s popularity in China started to soar. We held this official media event with local outlets in Beijing in order to repay fans for the support.”
Local fans were also there to welcome Park Yoo Chun to the country. When the star entered the country on January 10, over 1,000 fans swarmed the gates. Hundreds of fans could also be found at the event venue, Park Yoo Chun′s hotel and everywhere in between.
Park Yoo Chun has found great success as an actor in Korea, winning awards from all three main channels for his roles in Sungkyunkwan Scandal, Miss Ripley, Rooftop Prince and I Miss You.

The Chinese movie industry is apparently booming! The Chinese just bought the historic Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California for $50 million! The theatre’s name has been changed to TCL Chinese Theatre! This theatre is visited by tourists all over the world who come to see American stars’ footprints, which have been immortalized in cement. This is truly a historic theatre that is a MAJOR Hollywood landmark. Absolutely amazing that it was bought by the Chinese! The news comes as a shock to many Americans!
