[Trans] Trial court with Avex and C-Jes over JYJ’s exclusive contract

Avex – defendant
C-JeS – plaintiff
1. Avex should not circulate any documents or verbal notice to any 3rd party in case JYJ Kim Jaejoong, Kim Junsu, and Park Yoochun hold activities in Japan since they do not hold exclusive rights to manage JYJ in Japan.
2. Avex will pay c-jes, 665,957,108 JPY (~7.4 M USD) as compensation for damages. Computation starts from August 2011 until present and with interests.
3. Avex will pay 1,000,000 JPY to Baek Changu for defamatory action.
4. All lawsuits are dismissed.
5. For Court costs throughout the whole trial, cjes will pay 3/5, Baek will pay 1/5 of c-jes’ 3/5, Avex will 2/5 as well as pay for costs of Sumo Association.

To be honest I’ve waited for this music video since the first teaser came out. I was looking forward to hear Jaejoong’s voice in rock songs and my expectations for this video rose a lot after the release of One Kiss. I was mostly curious about the music and I was so curious about how he would turn and twist his vocals to a rock song. In the beginning I wasn’t expecting his voice to change much but I got really positively surprised. I felt the song from a start to end and I liked the way lyrics fitted into the contexts of the song.
Although ‘Miss You’ view rate wasn’t very high, it was able to gather a wide-array of maniac fans. In this heart-warming drama, the main characters reflected their emotions in a delicate way, and ‘Miss You’ also had revenge theme and twist suspense in it. It also drew the process of healing the afflicted characters in a warm way, but also unfold in densely woven storyline of violence and revenge. But such bilateral extremes seemed to hurt the drama as it can drift the attention of the viewers.
The characters of the drama ‘Miss You’ led it to be acknowledged for its exquisite acting performance. Park Yu-Cheon was able to calibrate his eclectic spectrum of acting skills as he portrayed playful guy with a deep, sorrowful inner-side. Yoon Eun-Hye showed her potential as a ‘Mellow-queen,’ as she displayed her intricate tear-shedding acting skills and emotions. For Yoo Seung-Ho, it was a glance from the other side, as he perfectly represented a psychopathic murderer character. The actors indeed made the drama not only a star-studded cameo, but also a masterwork that impresses its viewers.
