22 idol groups (70 idol stars in total) participated in a survey entitled, ‘Best Idols’ by ‘Sports Donga‘, to cast their votes in five categories: Best Vocalist, Best Rapper, Best Dancer, Best Ulzzang (Best Visual), and Best Star Factor/Talent.

Best Vocalist

1. Junsu (JYJ) (25 votes)
2. Jonghyun (SHINee), Yoseob (7 votes each)
3. Hongki, Jun.K (3 votes each)

On picking JYJ’s Junsu as the best vocalist, KARA‘s Nicole shared, “He is an amazing vocalist who turns any song into his own.” AOA‘s Seolhyun shared, “His expression of emotions is good and his vocal range is wide, so during his live performances, there is no shakiness.”

[NEWS] 130321 JYJ Kim Jae Joong, “I Gained Weight”

Group JYJ’s member Kim Jae Joong revealed that he gained weight.

Yesterday, Kim Jae Joong posted on his Twitter, “Hahaha I gained weight” along with a picture.

The picture was of the weight scale, revealing that he is 61.4kg.

Kim Jae Joong had posted on his Twitter a month ago of the weight scale pointing to 57kg, saying “Let’s just gain 3kg. Let’s get healthy.” He had succeeded in the weight gain he wanted.

Internet users who saw this commented, “I’m glad,” “He must have exercised a lot,” “Please keep the body now,” and “You take care of your body so well.”

[INFO] 130321 “Dr. Jin” Scheduled to be Broadcast in DATV Japan on May 25th, 2013

Previously “Dr. Jin” was suppose to be broadcasted in November 2012 on DATV Japan (Link1, Link 2), but because of some troubles with the Japanese author of the manga, the date of airing was cancelled.

Now DATV Japan has released the following information, seems like things were resolved and “Dr.Jin” will finally be seen in Japanese TV.

[NEWS] 130318 Kim Jaejoong: “If I have the opportunity, I would like to work with HYDE from the Japanese group L’Arc-en-Ciel”

JYJ member Kim Jaejoong expressed interest in working with HYDE.

Before his Asia mini-concert and fanmeet tour “Your, My and Mine” Shanghai stop takes place, Kim Jaejoong held a press conference at the Shanghai Marriott Luwan at 6pm on the 16th.

In the question about who is the next musician he wants to work with on the next album, Jaejoong answered, “Although if I have the chance, I want to work with a multiracial band, but from a personal perspective, I really wish to work with HYDE from the famous Japanese band L’Arc-en-Ciel”.

The HYDE that Jaejoong mentioned is the main vocal of the well-recognized Japanese visual rock band L’Arc-en-Ciel. HYDE, who is currently working on his solo activities, is a musician with great strengths and skills much like his image in the Japanese popular rock band, and has gained the praise of “daebak main vocal”.
