The JYJ members have been through hard times, and they didn′t hesitate in showing it.
At the press conference held before their exclusive Tokyo Dome concert, the 2013 JYJ Concert in Tokyo Dome – The Return of the JYJ on April 4, the members talked about how they felt about their concerts and their plans for their future in Korea and Japan.
Kim Junsu started, “It took a long time for us to come back. With that, we′ll work hard to leave behind no regrets.”
He added, “When we performed here three years ago, we meant to show how we would meet our new start as JYJ; we didn′t know that would be our last in Japan. We′ve spent half of our careers in Japan, so the country′s like our second home. I felt so sorry that we couldn′t do anything for such a meaningful place.”
Park Yoo Chun also said, “We cried a lot here. I′m happy we′re back. We didn′t idle away our four years. I′m glad many people have welcomed us in our return.”
“I′m hoping we′ll be able to start up our Japanese promotions again with this concert, but having the legal issues sorted out isn′t everything there is,” he added, showing that their future in Japan was still unclear.
Kim Jae Joong commented, “Four years could be long or short, depending on how you see it. I′m so thankful that [our fans] have given us trust that is rarely given to even friends and family. We want to thank them for showing trust in our unclear future and waiting for us.”

Chinese fans will be pleased to learn that Park Yoo Chun’s most recent drama, “I Miss You,” is going to be shown in China this summer.
The MBC drama, which aired in Korea from November 2012 to January 2013, is currently being shown in Japan through DATV but will soon air on Japan’s main channels. There has also been interest from fans in Europe and America. Although it can already be seen on streaming sites such as Hulu and Drama Fever, more viewing options are being considered.
One reason for the increasing interest in the series is the popularity of one of its stars, actor and JYJ singer Park Yoo Chun.
“They are especially interested in Park Yoo Chun,” said a drama official. “His popularity around the world is unimaginably immense. We’re preparing promotions to take place in America.”
Yoo Chun is already a mega star in China, where he has earned fans with such dramas a “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” and “Rooftop Prince.” He was the first Korean celebrity to be invited to appear on the television program “Yuan Xiao Jie Live” for their full-moon special. Hunan TV sent a chartered plane to bring him there.
Yoo Chun recently completed a Chinese fan-meet tour in which he attended an official media event hosted in Beijing. He came across as likable and well-mannered, winning over even more Chinese fans when he expressed a desire to star in a film directed by a popular Chinese director and to act with two prominent Chinese actresses.
“I Miss You” tells the story of two 15-year-olds who fall in love but are separated by a tragic turn of events. Yoo Chun’s character Jung Woo never forgets his first love, Su Yeon, played by Yoon Eun Hye, or the role he played in the tragic events. He never believes reports of her death but stays true to her memory. Fourteen years later, he meets a woman who looks just like her. Is it her and if so, what happened to her?
For his work in “I Miss You,” Yoo Chun was recently nominated for “Male Popularity Awards” in the Baeksang Arts Awards. Also nominated was fellow JYJ member and actor Kim Jae Joong. The awards honor outstanding achievement in the South Korean entertainment industry. Last year he won an MBC “Excellent Actor in a Mini-Series” award for his role in the drama.

Our future is still unclear. In an incomplete world.. Still many things are happening and we are fighting them
Still fighting many things.. Over and over. But I’m no longer afraid!
No matter what happens and how much time has passed,
I’ve found something unchanged.
That’s TRUST…
