So young and fresh, his role in Sunao broke my heart. He was actually very good at it. Hope to find him in a lead role of a romantic-suspense/thriller drama, in which he’s being loved by the lead actress, no more unrequited love.
I loved this Jdrama.During the actual airing of this “Sunao” week by week I avidly waited to watch each and every episode, not only because of course of Jae but also because Ueno Juri and Eita who are very popular accomplished actress and actor respectively. I believe Jae chose to be included in this drama because its his way of learning to become just like them (an accomplished or skilled actor in the real sense of the word). Its like an on the job training for him – instead of going through the actor’s academy or university, he fast tracked his goal by acting with these no none sense actors. Since Jae is a genius he did so well that he was awarded in the 14th Nikkan Drama Sports Grand Prix spring 2010 as the best supporting actor. So sweet victory.
I really like Jaejoong’s acting in this drama, sunao, he’s more relax and natural in it, even it was his first drama. i remember read about the Japanese drama shooting’s system is more difficult one, if i’m not wrong, the scene is not take several times, only one or two times, so, it’s mean the actor’s acting have to be good to interpreting the scene and not to mention Jaejoong speak Japanese, the hard time it’s like double for Jaejoong, he’s fluent in Japanese, but i think need effort to really understand the storyline. working with remakable actors and actress like Eita, Ueno Juri and the other casts, he learn a lot from them, and JaeJoong also has the natural ability as a quick learner. His efforts paid off by winning Best Supporting award, it’s more easily for him to get acknowledgment in Japan than in His homeland *sigh*.
I like Japanese drama more than Korean one, because the story line, and their natural acting, and not really over the top (although some are over the top for live action drama sometimes though).I wish someday he will do another Japanese drama again…
Hi, i share the same sentment as you. I watched this drama years ago, and i love Jae’s acting. He really fits his role here. Hope he can do another Japanese drama soon, which will involve a lot internal struggle in the character. Jae is good at that.
I also keep on saying that Jae is most at home in Japan. Even his health and looks, if we review his past vids & pics, he looked best while he was in Japan. He showed off his best disposition there too. Definitely, there is this deep connection between Jae and Japan 🙂
I did not finished watching SNN due to streaming problems. That was the first I had watched that got Jaejoong starring in it. My conclusion was that time, Haru did not want Doctor, then gave him to me cos’ it was gaving me a lotsa heartache on Jaejoong’s character.
miss this haircut…miss that face~*
sighs heavily….I miss the boys … looking forward to new updates about their activities …. sighs..
Is this a old movie I have not seen this one. Anybody know the name

It’s Jaejoong’s first Japanese drama way back in 2009 I think – Sunao Ni Narenakute

Jaejoong already proved that he knows how to act from this very first TV drama.
Loved Jae in this drama; he was so innocent and spontaneous<3 I enjoyed Heavens Postman, too, although he played a much darker character 😀
