[TRANS] 130710 CJeS Notice: Dispute of business consultation with LOEN Entertainment has been amicably resolved
Hello.
This is CJeS representative Baek Changju.
Yesterday our dispute of business consultation with LOEN entertainment has been amicably resolved. Yesterday evening, LOEN executives met up with our representatives and in due course, we received the official position to move forward with all promotional marketing activities as well as the online and offline distribution of XIA (Junsu) 2nd album.
In the meantime, with many fans hoping that XIA (Junsu) showcase will be broadcasted live to the world via Melon TV, LOEN was able to keep their promise to their customers. As promotions for XIA (Junsu) 2nd album has normalized, we will be able to show a fair stage for people who love music.
The director and the media planning team would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for sending us a lot of public support with each of the issues raised.
We will repay with a variety of activities upon the release of XIA (Junsu) 2nd album and the Asia tour.

[NEWS] 130709 LOEN Entertainment responds to C-JeS’ lashing out, C-JeS answers back
After C-JeS Entertainment revealed that LOEN Entertainment had changed their terms for Junsu’s promotions, LOEN Entertainment revealed their own stance.
LOEN Entertainment said, “Right now, we’re still in the stages of discussing the terms of Junsu’s album promotion contracts. We haven’t signed the contract, and there’s nothing confirmed. Since there’s nothing confirmed, we can’t reveal the details. But one thing that is definite is that the article was released before anything was fully decided.”
They added, “Junsu’s label said that we closed all the events, but they’re still all going on. During the contract signing stages, opinions can go back and forth all the time during the negotiation process. We could have talked this out, and we’re shocked that they said we broke the contract. If it’s like C-JeS said, Junsu’s showcase event page on Melon’s homepage should have been taken down, but it’s still open and functioning normally. We’re also going to reveal the chosen fans to attend the showcase on the 11th, as scheduled”.

[NEWS] 130709 CJeS: ‘LOEN Entertainment uses power status to imperiously abandon Kim Junsu. No agreement reached’ + CJeS’ official announcement
CJeS Entertainment asserts that LOEN Entertainment is committing unjust tyranny and released a letter of plea.
On July 9th, CJeS Entertainment argues through a press release: “With just six days left until the release of XIA (Junsu)’s second full album, we received a unilateral notice from the distributor, LOEN Entertainment, on the afternoon of July 8th.”
CJeS Entertainment states, “Following the decision of (LOEN’s) executive team, the verbal contract that has been in the making for two months has been rendered obsolete.” LOEN Entertainment states, “We will conduct XIA (Junsu)’s online and offline distribution but we will not do any promotional marketing outside of the distribution.” LOEN continues in their notice, “This was the decision of our internal executive team so we wish for your understanding. As for the XIA showcase for MelOn customers, the live stream will not be available through LOENTV and MelOn.”
On the actions of LOEN, CJeS comments, “We are unable to proceed with other contracts with favorable terms. They have cornered us and used their power unjustly on us.”
CJeS continued, “We can clearly say that we have constantly been faced with invisible external pressures directed at JYJ and will not sign any agreement even with the tyranny of the power distributor.
CJES revealed their stance, “The aforementioned has maliciously used their advantageous position as a distribution business and unilaterally annulled a business to business consultation. We will file a civil complaint against LOEN with the Fair Trade Commission and Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission. We will do everything in our power to seek justice.”
CJES also emphasized, “If LOEN does not reaffirm the promise of conducting a live stream of the showcase on MelOnTV by today, then showcase will not be open to MelOn customers but will be managed by CJeS. We plan to admit people by order of arrival and will broadcast a live stream through the official CJeS channel. We wish to extend our apologies to the fans for this regrettable news, and promise to do our best to facilitate a smooth showcase and distribution.”
