I dont know what the dude is saying but reading that footnote makes me want to swear!!! like seriously!!! When will the Korean Entertainment System grow their balls out and realise that they are not Lee Soo Man’s lapdogs!!! This is insane!!! Can they be more of a scared little pussy than this!!!! Do they even realise how much they would make off them???? JYJ is worth millions! So many idols would be put out of business when JYJ takes the stage because they have Junsu,a vocal prodigy in my opinion, Jaejoong who makes us listen to emotions instead of the lyrics and then there is Yoochun, who takes us to another world with his deep voice!
What are they so damn scared of? Will the world end fi they support them? there will be initial backlash but then SM will simmer down because they too will understand that they cant control everyone!
These people say that they are not afraid of SM and that SME is not making them do anything but things like what is happening with Junsu shows exactly that! Are they workign for SM/Avex or for themselves?

I think the SK entertainment world is terrified, scared to death of SM. I think SM hate JYJ with an unholy passion. I think SM will stop at nothing to hurt, hinder and block them. Including lying, cheating, bribery, blackmail! Whatever it takes, SM will do it.
JYJ have exposed SM for the filthy lying crooks that they are. And SM have unleashed their evil and want to destroy them. The only problem is JYJ refuse to lie down and give up. So SM just push harder.

Blocking them from promoting/performing is terribly wrong and unfair, and at least International fans should stand up across the world to lash into them and make them understyand how we’re all upset. Hell, we should just boycott them!

SM is a powerful company with ties to government officials. But what JYJ did wasn’t just that they messed with SM, they messed with something bigger– the system. A lot of people are making very good money from that system. And JYJ was threatening it. They are, and always will be made an example of.

Well, it’s true. SM has a virtual stranglehold on the entire broadcast media of SK because of those groups you named and threats to pull them off shows if JYJ is booked. But in addition to that they are also paying off the music shows’ program directors and bookers – they’ve been doing this for years. When you add all of that to the fact that they routinely write the press releases that are so flattering to SM acts complete with falsified numbers et al that the entertainment press then simply prints verbatim… well, you have to ask yourselves… just exactly how lame does SM think their “top acts” like SuJu, TVX2, SHINee and SNSD really are to require all of this unethical propping up in addition to all the things they do suppressing JYJ?? Certainly does not paint a pretty picture.

those companies are to blame with high treason..they bring shame to Korea in front of the world..how long will they harm their nation’s honour with fighting their national heros which is JYJ. Their rightful and noble search of justice that followed by a victory marked in the music history.
Infuriating! it’s a good things the boys are in France and they can be shielded a bit from all these controversies and nonsense. They have more time and space to think things over. I just hope that they will know that we “always keep the faith” and we’re with them in their journey, no crossroad will ever be insurmountable.

There is something so wrong and ugly about all of this. I mean for SM to continue this harassment long after the 3 have left and long after they basically lost two lawsuits…..It just shows how vengeful and hateful the CEO of this company is. If he wanted to stop it he could, but he wont because he wants to cause them to suffer. Junsu had it right when he tweeted that the CEO was the enemy!
It also makes me lose respect for TVXQ because no matter what they say, they knew full well why the 3 left and what they were suffering under. They also know how the 3 have been blacklisted, and instead of words of support for JYJ they crawl behind SM desperately trying to hold on to their careers. I know that sounds harsh but that’s how I feel. SM has everyone crawling like cowards. I really think JYJ is gonna have to think more seriously about the international market and establishing themselves in the west. This has crossed way beyond just being unfair or unjust. SM has waged a kind of war on JYJ. Fines are not enough, the courts need to impose much harsher penalties on those who are clearly breaking the law with these practices. I gotta stop now, sooo mad.

Yes, it is vengeance and hate that fuels SM. But what SM fails to grasp is that the more of this they spew out, this will return to them. It is not going to happen on anyone’s timetable. But what you put out, you get back. This is how the Universe works. When that time and date come, there won’t be a thing SM can do to stop it.
I wonder why so many obstacles happen to JYJ. We all know that no one can stop their popularity as they are really really talented. But what fans can do except yelling in this blog. What will our real actions be. But one thing for sure, we never leave JYJ especially during their hard times
I liked the fact the reporter chased him into his car for a response now if we can get him to do a full blown exposé on behind the skirt of blacklisting he would be recognized all over.
The offences against JYJ I’m sure are due to an extremely personal grudge by SM but, what JYJ did was, to challenge Korean business culture. Individualism isn’t appreciated. I do wish the bullying would stop but it wont, for at least 10 – 20 years I’d say.

This is our basic difficulty as I-fans from western nations – I’m from the U.S. and in this day and age, in 2013 this sort of racketeering and influence peddling by SM would NEVER be tolerated by anyone in our country. I think other western nations’ fans have similar problems in comprehending how this kind of blacklisting could keep happening to JYJ as well. S.Korea is making a great show these days of wishing to be a big wheel in the global marketplace – we hear much talk about them wanting to be taken seriously as a power player in an emerging western style democracy. This is where the disconnect comes in for I-fans. SK can’t have it both ways. Either they are simply a chaebol crony dominated anachronism or they are going to have to take a serious look at arguably one of their leading exports to the world – K-Pop “idol” groups and the thoroughly corrupt companies who manufacture them like mobile phones.
