JYJ the Ambassadors of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games, but their appearance at its concert is impossible?
“I clearly saw it. That JYJ were appointed as the ambassadors of the Incheon Asian Games. However, Incheon City tries to hide JYJ from our nation’s citizens while it uses JYJ for promoting Incheon City globally. No matter how hard I look at the Incheon Asian Games music festival lineup, I see no trace of JYJ’s name as the ambassadors they are. Holding a concert to wish for Incheon Asian Games’ success without the ambassadors? It’s their shame to the world.”
This is some JYJ fan’s writing in a social networking site. If you read it thoroughly, you will feel the harangue as well as wrath. In social networking sites, posts saying, “We don’t understand how the ambassadors of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games (hereafter IAG) are not in its concert lineup” have flooded and come up.
JYJ’s fans are getting furious, once again. Even though it’s been years fans have been furious over JYJ’s situation, in which fans can’t see JYJ on music and variety broadcasts, this time it is quite different. Because the characteristic of the IAG is a national event, it is different from the three big broadcast stations’ and their character of “Appearance Impossible” towards JYJ.
For starters, JYJ has had activities as the ambassadors of the 2014 IAG since last February. The organizing committee has claimed, “For spreading awareness of the IAG’s across the nation and promoting it globally, we appointed JYJ who are gaining popularity throughout Asia as its ambassadors.”
Also as IAG’s organizing committee chairman, Kim Young Soo, has said “In company with JYJ’s international popularity, I wish the 2014 IAG to be widely known to 40 billion Asians.” It presents JYJ’s renown very well. And last May, JYJ kicked off their activities as the ambassadors of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games by participating in its official theme song.
But, it turned out JYJ is excluded from the lineup of the 2014 IAG’s concert which is slated to take place on September 1st. Then, who’s going to make appearances at the IAG concert without the ambassadors JYJ?
Inquiry about JYJ’s appearance at the concert from Publicity Department of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games?
Currently, as seen in the picture above, the concert lineup includes: 2AM, A-JAX, B.A.P, BTOP, EXO, FTISLAND, miss A, ZE:A, Girls Day, Bangtan Boys, Boy Friend, B2ST, SNSD, Super Junior, Secret, Sistar, MBLAQ, Kara, T-ara, Teen Top, etc. making that 20 teams in total, with a sentence “There may be changes according to circumstances”. Most of them are idols or idol groups from SM, JYP, and other powerful companies. Additionally, SNSD’s Yuri and Tiffany will be hosting the show.
This event known officially as, 2013 Incheon Hallyu Tourism Concert, is hosted by the 2014 IAG organizing committee, and sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with MBC participating in it as the host broadcaster. Its subtitle is known as the ‘Korean Music Wave’ and this will be its 5th year starting from 2009. It is co-supervised by HH Company (that a comedian, Lee Hyukjae, runs) and Incheon Urban Development Corporation.
An official of Cultural Activities Department of this IAG concert stated, “The lineup is not set in stone yet” and “I was informed that the committee is still discussing the details.” When he was asked about the ambassadors, JYJ, and their appearance at the concert, he responded, “We received an inquiry about it from Publicity Department.”
In short, the department in charge of JYJ’s promotional activities as the ambassadors is irrelevant to the other department in charge of the concert lineup, so for them it has been considered as a different matter until now. If it really is that Cultural Activities Department received an inquiry about it from Publicity Department, it could also be interpreted as there had been no reconciliation between the IAG’s Publicity Department and the supervisor HH Company beforehand.
Also, the IAG organizing committee emphasized that the concert lineup is not a done deal. Actually, I doubt whether the concert time planned from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM could be available for all 20 teams. Moreover, last year’s concert was supervised by HH Company and MBC Music but it was surrounded by many rumors, only to then suddenly be canceled with the actual concert date only an estimated week ahead, which led to the resentment of international fans.
Giant company’s power that can even exclude the ambassadors from the concert lineup?
Last month, the Korean Fair Trade Commission (hereafter KFTC) revealed that they have ordered SM Entertainment and the Korean Pop Culture and Arts Industry Coalition, who have been obstructing JYJ’s broadcast activities, to cease their obstructive actions. The FTC decided it is unfair that SM sent documents requesting JYJ to be prohibited from appearing on public broadcasts, etc. to 26 companies including TV stations and music online and offline distributors after Kim Jaejoong, Park Yuchun, Kim Junsu left TVXQ and formed JYJ.
Just from a common-sense point of view, blocking JYJ’s appearance on public broadcasts should be ‘lifted’. The situation looked ‘reasonable’ to me that KBS tried to initiate JYJ’s broadcast activities by allowing them to perform at its year-end awards ceremony by way of appreciation that JYJ’s member, Park Yuchun, played a big role in the rise of <Sungkyunkwan Scandal>’s ratings.
However, it seems that ‘reality’ is superior to the KFTC’s sanctions and the IAG organizing committee. It even gives me goosebumps because the ‘clandestinely enormous’ power of a giant company covering the whole K-pop culture industry once again seems to prove its strength seeing as how the ambassadors of the IAG, JYJ, can’t even put their name in its concert lineup, which is beyond utter nonsense.
Shackles of JYJ that recently came into the spotlight again by the KFTC’s corrective orders. Now I am so curious to know, from a commonsense point of view, whether the strength of ‘unfairness’ will again affect JYJ’s promotional activities as the ambassadors of the Incheon Asian Games.

JYJ’s agency revealed their stance regarding Incheon Hallyu Concert
JYJ’s agency C-JeS Entertainment recently responded, “We’re looking forward to the IAG organizing committee’s final decision” regarding controversy over the concert wishing for success of 2014 Incheon Asian Games.
The group JYJ has worked actively as the ambassadors of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games since this past February. However, there’s a big controversy over JYJ being left off of the 2014 IAG concert lineup, saying, “JYJ’s TV appearance is blocked again?”
In this regard, C-JeS Entertainment stated, “Instead of hasty judgement, we’ll wait for the final decision of the IAG organizing committee” and “Recently, we formally made objections about this matter. But then it turned out the IAG organizing committee was under misapprehension because they heard ‘JYJ declined our casting’ from the Incheon Urban Development Corporation. So, we rectified the misunderstanding. And they said they’ll ascertain the truth until tomorrow.”
And the official continued, “The IAG organizing committee said that they are going to start an official public relations exercise both domestically and internationally together with JYJ from this September. We believe them, so we will wait and see.”

Let’s not forget the financial thing. SM rob them off of the fruit of their labor, sweat and tears. When they left SM , Yoochun didn’t even have A SINGLE CAR!! He had to borrow money to have a place for him and Yohwato live. Now, only 4 years after they left, he has plenty of luxurious cars you can dream of including Ferrari, Porsche, Roll Royce Ghost. Geezz. He even have a f***ing cruise! Junsu and Jaejoong also has their fair share of luxurious cars, esp Jae, because that guy is a sucker for fast sport cars. Junsu built a big hotel in Jeju islland. Jae has a luxurious apartment/house in one of the most expensive area in the heart of Seoul.Not to mention that if they stayed with SM they would never released any single albums like that poor Yesung from Suju (homin doesn’t count because they’re not good singers, but Yesung deserves one)and we would be deprived of Tarrantalegra, Mine, One Kiss, 11am (I’m not a fan of incredible ^_^). Not to mention that Yoochun would not be one of the most famous and highly respected drama actor. After all of this benefits, do they still need to be able to perform freely and appear on TV? YES!! Because all benefit above are their rights as well as the freedom to perform.
@fine day
Totally agree with your comment re: stay or go from SM. It’s miles better for them now and they of course know it. As long as they have a passionate fanbase, they will have a fabled career even if the blacklisting never ends. History will favor them as well. This will be seen as the blackest time int the Korean entertainment industry. Future generations will be amazed that JYJ did what they did and managed to prosper in spite of SM’s evil machinations.
As to your feelings about “Incredible” – that was my initial reaction too. I heard all the flaws the song has and few of its good points. But now I really really love the song. What won me over was purely and simply Junsu’s performance; his vocal performance is truly brilliant. The Colors his voice achieves communicate the meaning of the hook “Incredible”, to me anyway. I hope you will give it continued listenings. That’s one thing I learned as a songwriter: some songs just don’t hit you right off the bat – they need a couple of listenings before one begins to see their charms. 🙂
I watched it non stop on youtube the first few day s after it released and still visit it from timie to time. But still couldn’t manage to find it memorable and special, unlike the epic Tarrantalegra or Ucomtmitted. But I LOVE 11am to deabth, Gosh it’s one of the most beautiful ballad I ever have the pleasure to hear. Same with JJ’s title track of his ‘Y’ album, Ony Love , which I think just average and boring. It usual for me not to like all songs in one album ^__^
its so tiring! i think they wont perform there bcuz snsd and suju are there so its impossible….jyj is suffering so much but i hope they thought about what will happen when they left sm…………sometimes i think it would be better if they didn’t leave sm…….IDK
No, it was better for them to leave SM.
Living your life like a virtual slave is not desirable under any conditions. Even with all the BS restrictions and nonsense that are going on, against them, they are better off than they EVER were under SM. Please don’t confuse inconvenience with freedom, there is no comparison. Peace.
“Please don’t confuse inconvenience with freedom, there is no comparison. ” I like this, I like this a lot. This may sound bad but sometimes I think people who complain too much about the current situation and wish they’ve never gotten out of SM are selfish people. People who are willing to give up JYJ’s happiness just to satisfy their own are not the type of fans I’d like them to have; they have had enough of those during their SM days I think. I want them to have fans who value them as human beings and for their talents. Keep fighting, JYJ!
@GeNo_C
Great comment.
🙂
@GeNo_C
There may be some, for sure, I know this. But I’m more inclined to think it’s a matter of not enough info. If one was truly informed, there could be no misunderstanding. I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt.
I’m a believer that actions have consequences. One side-effect of these recent ‘events’, is the fans waking up from their complacency. We should never take things for granted, always stay vigilant, and at the ready to make noise. There is strength in numbers. Let’s make sure all those interested in keeping JYJ down, are aware that we are still here and are not going anywhere! 😉
I watched again the awarding ceremony for jyj as ambassadors at youtube . . . JYJ deserves to be one!!! Maybe the organizers are just testing if JYJ is still popular and or the fandom is still alive . . . HA HA HA (just giving the benefit of a doubt) whatever reasoning they may have for excluding the ambassadors there are all S _ _ T.
I’m truly amazed and fascinated with JYJ fandom . . . You are all great in your own ways as can be seen in the blogs . . . It shows you’re no ordinary guys who became just fans of JYJ. Carry on!!!
@ GeNo_C
Awesome comment. I feel the same way.
‘sometimes i think it would be better if they didn’t leave sm’
let’s not forget that JYJ found more HAPPINESS after they left sm b/c they are able to produce their own music and do things they love
although JYJ and the fans suffered a lot I without a doubt believe it’s the greatest choice made by JYJ to leave SM cuz they wouldn’t have BOTH the freedom and happiness they have today 🙂
@Nicky They are happier now…so im glad they left sm
huh? then that’s opposite from my thought. i’m glad they’re leave that dirty company. the harder ‘SM and the gank’ tried to block JYJ, the more i appreciate their freedom. because i see no regrets in them. i choose to be their fans, so there’s no regret in me too.
oh, for all moslems here, happy ied mubarak! selamat Idul Fitri! ^_^
@nicky “sometimes i think it would be better if they didn’t leave sm……”
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NEVERRRRRRRRRR would it have been better for them to have stayed with SM!! I am a fan who has not been a fan from when they were with SM. I only discovered them when they had already been JYJ for a while. After learning about the cruel and slavery conditions they had to live in and take. I even can see that know human being should ever have to endure that just to do a job they love doing 100%. Yes they have been greatly inconveince from time to time. They do not like that and nor do the fans like it. However, the fact that they have gained their freedom and have been able to gain extreme happyness and success on their own terms is all worth it. Also, the fact that they have been able to be compensated accurately for all the hard work they do is all worth it. If I was in their shoes I would of did the same thing. I would never go back and continue to look forward. Appreciate all the more positive things I would of gained by leaving. They have gained more positive things in their life than negative. Because living as a slave and enduring cruelty from anyone is like living in daily hell with the devil. I say the hell with that (p.s. I am not curseing at you but stating how I feel).
They worked HARD for 5 years straight and all SME gave them was fame and a negative (deficit) bank account. To Park Yoochun who is the sole breadwinner of his family with a father who has been sick for years acquiring hospital bills, this is the cruelest work ever for him. And this work was to conitnue for 7 more years? No. It’s better to suffer like now and be able to pay for their bills than enjoy the fame and remain a hobo.
But don’t worry. The world is a boomerang, whatever you throw out will be thrown back at you. SME has thrown a lot of shit at people, all those shits will collect together and bounce back to him. Just wait and see.
I love your comment ❤
@ loveunchanged
I like your comment.
Like your comment so much… 🙂
Honestly, I don’t think they would be able to perform either way. Junsu will have two performances for his Elisabeth musical that day and night of the concert.
But there are still Jaejoong and Yoochun, each of them can give a performance
Yeah, I wish they would give JJ a chance to perform his solo work.
@Lidia
Well, there’s such a thing as switching with someone. People in the workplace do it all the time, especially doing shift work. Did it myself a couple of times at a former job to help co-workers out. There is always a solution. This would not be impossible to do.
Yeah, I figured this much since there are others that can take the role. I just wasn’t sure how easy that would be for him considering the people that bought the tix for that specific show are going there to see him.
Yes, people have bought tickets for his performance in particular. But one has to be a grownup about things. He could also come down with an ailment that particular night and the standby would be called in. Same thing, a replacement. This is how life works, disappointments. Have had this happen to me on occasion going to see a theater production.
I don’t have a horse in this race…no ticket for the show…but I would love to see these Mofos have to eat their words and have JYJ perform, just to teach them a lesson. So, we’ll see how this plays out. In any event, I’m also wondering about the timing, but then again, I can be a huge conspirator theorist when need be. 😉
Are we talking timetable? Funny words ! A song come up ~ get out
@ Lidia (@MsLoonyLily)
Pointing out that Junsu has other plans so Junsu doesn’t have to attend or couldn’t attend anyways solidifies the injustice. It’s not a coincidence that JYJ wasn’t invited. It wasn’t on short notice planning given the prestige of the Incheon Asian Games in Asian. I don’t mean to be rude though. I appreciate how you were quick to notice the dates.
Don’t worry, you’re not being rude at all. I always figured that JYJ were never even considered, it seems more like they are just using the name to promote the games but not actually including them. My hope is that they are invited to perform, and if anything maybe Junsu is able to make some changes to his musical appearance.
@lidia
My feeling is that the issue here is not whether they accept the invitation to perform or whether they do perform – the issue is that they MUST be given the courtesy and respect of being invited to perform as the Ambassadors of the event.
That means JYJ already knew they were being excluded from the event long long time ago.
i think its more like junsu predicted this and as usual his cool self didnt give a shit. so he went about doing his own thing in his mind hes probably thinking SM can kiss my ass
if you jyj did not left sm who will go against the wrong doings of the so-called giants of their industry????? jyj are all gifted in various ways they dont have to kneel down on those abusive giants . . . if you are truly a jyj fan you should have not felt this way . . . this only shows you’re such a weakling!!!
@ nicky
It’s natural to think if it would be better if JYJ stayed with SM. However, don’t ponder about that too much. It’s been four years already of SM’s blacklisting. Move forward and don’t look back. Create new and positive memories. Don’t dwell on the past.
It is immeasurably better for JYJ themselves to have left SM, but it is much better for us as fans as well. They would not have released any of their JYJ work if they were still with SM. so there would be no Jackel is coming, no roof top prince, no tarantellagra, no In Heaven. Instead we would have the same boring formulaic carp SM likes to put out. Probably less of it too as the guys aren’t teens anymore. SM likes to promote teens and put their 20 something’s on a back burner.
————Empty Space
r they serious!!!! Silliness overboard.
South Korea obviously does not care what others think of her. If she did, she would allow this kind of BS ever. So be it. But I am a firm believer in what goes around, comes around. This is how the Universe works, it never fails. For every slight and hurt inflicted on JYJ, the Universe will reward them when it is time for them to be rewarded. I am a very patient person.
“An official of Cultural Activities Department of this IAG concert stated, “The lineup is not set in stone yet” and “I was informed that the committee is still discussing the details.” When he was asked about the ambassadors, JYJ, and their appearance at the concert, he responded, “We received an inquiry about it from Publicity Department.””
Got caught with our pants down did we? Hmmmm. Must be some very fancy, serious tap dancing going on here. Sure would love some video of this. Please post some on YT. Thanks!
I can’t help it………only one word came to mind – f**k.
Sorry. But again?! Alright… We will just assume KFTC doesn’t exist. Just give me good music and solid performances . I believe they are also tired. …they just wanna produce good music….we support them with or without tv appearances anyway.
@ Sake Soju
“We will just assume KFTC doesn’t exist.”
We should already assume KFTC AND the legal system don’t exist in South Korea! Although JYJ won legally to break away from SM contracts and although the court ruled that SM practiced slave contracts with its artists, that didn’t stop SM from blacklisting right in front of our eyes. People who fight for justice shouldn’t be penalized! Moreover, KFTC and the legal system didn’t help JTL a decade ago, so they are not going to help now. JTL is a boy band that broke away from SM’s first boy band called HOT, and JTL was blacklisted just the same as JYJ. But JTL didn’t survive past its first year because of SM’s blacklisting.
SK entertainment being stupid as always… Too many artistes from SM… What are you gonna do, C-jes?
If JYJ is really excluded, i will permanently mark SK music industry as the dirtiest & most corrupted.
Well get out your sharpies ladies, they ARE the dirtiest most corrupted ever!
Incheon games…i would be happier if u decline sm artist from appearing in the concert…if u want JyJ that is…i dont really want to c them performing anyway…i want a JYJ concert bcoz they have been promoting NOT Sm or Jyp artists that havent do so…stop using other ppls hardwork and replace them with other useless artist…
what the fuck!!!
Another mountain to climb….!
Aniya~ This is not right 😦 Seriously why does JYJ have always to suffer? It’s not like they are committed a murder or something like that? my blood is boiling.. An endless battle, always disappointing. I hope one day that JYJ can have freely activities in Korea.
it seems like I’m losing the hope ㅠ_ㅠ SME is showing that they have the power oeee i guess her artist/idols can’t leave the company freely. Seriously SM is giving a dirty lesson.
But NO matter what I’ll support JYJ.. aigoo~~ poor JYJ ㅠ_ㅠ They are facing a real drama every week.
International fans will always love u ❤ and for ever.
@ JYJmies
“It’s not like they committed murder or something”
What is wrong with South Korean and (ignorant) K-pop fans?! JYJ fought against slave contracts and they are being penalized for it! Why?! Because JYJ revealed the stiff hierarchy system in the music industry? Because JYJ made SM look bad? Because JYJ wants fair compensation? Oh Lord, please help!
WTF!!!….. Don’t disappoint me KOREA!!! How can you allow your 3 talent and beloved citizens to be treated like that????!!!!!
I already felt upset after reading the below news, which translated by my friend yesterday:
http://www.hankyung.com/news/app/newsview.php?aid=201308055560k
what is this article about ?
This is about SM growing power, planning to be a global empire! ~~~~~From the perspective of a business company, the goal is clear and normal. However, it does matter how they operate and influence the industry~~~~~~
@ RachelJYJ
Thanks for sharing the article. I am not surprised that SM is becoming a global powerhouse. SM is the largest record label and influences 26 companies, including TV stations, radio stations, and theaters. SM is starting to influence the K-drama world now too. Corruption in front of our eyes and South Korea doesn’t do anything about it!
Its like that natural wonder thing all over again…. I’m seriously getting depressed now 😦 You can’t help but feel so powerless to help them.
I feel like crying man~~~
ㅠ_ㅠ JYJ doesn’t deserve this.
JYJ come emigrate to Europe or in America :p
IM SO SICK of all this shit so tired of tears.
It’s ridiculous….. Saranghea JYJ ❤

Done 🙂 we will not let them treat JYJ like that!
Come on friends!
We have to BRING ON THE PRESSURE!! No one like bad publicity. SM doesn’t like bad publicity, hence, it tries to get rid of JYJ. Come on you guys! We’re stronger in numbers! Follow @Rasha ‘s lead! Tweet! Email! Call! Throw eggs!
so tired with this unfairness!! my babies TT
JYJ must be more tired than us. ottokee T T
JYJ fighting!! JYJ fans fighting !!
I saw this coming too. I am also a patient person. So for every hurt, every slight, every unfairness heaped on JYJ on behalf of SME and his cronies (JYP, etc), I will patiently wait for God, not the Universe but God, to appease the boys (JYJ) with so much success in their careers it will boggle the minds of all >>> OR for God to appease the boys with the breaking of the merger b/t SME and the other companies and driving SME to the ground completely and shattering it into tiny pieces. So hear my prayer this morning, oh God my rock and my redeemer!
I prayed exactly same as you, but sometimes I feel like punching God for not listening to JYJ´s prayes for so many years. Still waiting patiently for them…
Annyeong~ for now my heart is hurting i can’t keep reading..
This makes me so f-ing furious. How can their own country treat them this way? Ok. Wiping away tears of frustration and hurt for them. Back to being a small soldier in the perpetual fight for justice and to continue to let the world know how they are being treated.
Yep! Plus never ever spend money on any kind of SME stuff. My admiration to these 3 young men, is not only because of their gift but also their brave heart! JYJ fighting!! We are at your side ALWAYS!!
@ shahera5
“Back to being a small soldier”
A small soldier is stronger is numbers.
A small soldier is stronger when he or she finds a way to make things work.
A small soldier’s strong will can prevail over a big soldier’s weak will.
A small solider has craft and cunning large armies don’t have.
A small soldier has freedom to fight however she see fit.
A small soldiers strength is hidden, but she is much more powerful then the enemy realizes.
And don’t forget that small David who won against the GIANT….
Indeed, we are small, but TERRIBLE!!!
Let our VOICE/BOYS BE HEARD!
I am very sad every time that JYJ have to endure garbage like this. However, I always say to myself even though they have to endure this BS. JYJ in the end are so much better that they left SM. That more positive things so far have happen for them on their own terms than negative. I just hope that things will continue to get better and better for them and not reverse and become worse. I will continue to love and support them.
I do not know how you, JYJ withstand all these rubbish. If one day, you decided to walk away, I’ll understand, I’ll cherish all the moments that you have shared with us despite all difficulties that you are facing. I am always grateful for everything you put out for us because even a tiny bit requires tremendous efforts on your part.
Everyday, I am wiping my tears and fighting on in my own ways for you guys. I do not have any doubt in your belief to leave your ex-company. How badly they treat you now speaks for itself how badly they must have treated you when you were still working for them.
In life, such decisions tend to be unavoidable, it is their fault for not being able to let you go and handle it maturely. Your admirable and inspiring courage will always be remembered by us, the privileged ones, who got to know you and walk this journey with you.
if it confirmed that JYJ exclude from the concert, then SK music industries are done for me.
i can’t never forgive everyone who had used JYJ for global interest but hide them from their own nation. but never stop fighting for justice! JYJ and fans fighting!
Oh my!!! So pissed off reading this ! Why do this to my JYJ boys???!!! So unfair! Shame on IAG committee n SK!! How to sleep now…😡😡😡😤 full of anger! Praying now for our boys and CJES. Hope to see a favorable and respectable announcement in the morning to make it up to our boys as they are the honorary appointed ambassadors! Not some dolls to make them look good overseas. I bet many Fans are so pissed now like me…..got to cool down..😖😞😩
wah… never ending injustice. I think If IAG just want to did that to JYJ, it’s better that they hasn’t used JYJ as their ambasador from the start. They have suffer enough, don’t give any pain to JYJ again..
JYJ we always love U… please be strong..
always keep the faith
“In short, the department in charge of JYJ’s promotional activities as the ambassadors is irrelevant to the other department in charge of the concert lineup…” Sounds familiar doesn’t it? When JYJ is involved, suddenly companies/organizations become so disorganized. Departments work alone and make their own decisions. Nothing is ever confirmed and everything is always so fuzzy. Really i think i’m more amused than angry.
yes that part made me just roll my eyes and laugh. could cjes next time put a clause in the agreement for ambassadorhood to the next thing of no exclusions and no using them just for their name? if they are appointed they are used in every aspect and not left out of things like this. i believe in what goes around comes around too so sm better get prepared cause when it hits them is is going to really hurt. you really do get what you give:) lets keep supporting them and doing what we can to get this news out so the world might know what is really going on and the ones who care will help do something~ the media can be a powerful help to JYJ too!
SME must really regret letting them go. They have no life, and their fucking idols are fucking everywhere. EVERYWHERE!!!! WHY PROMOTE THEM MORE?? I wish I could suck all the bullshit out and throw it away. GTFO SME. Get the fuck over it.
Oh fxxxxxx sxxx! What happened??? Is it a joke??? So angry!!!!!! (As a fan, sometimes, really tired of such unfairness and bad news! If I were you, I dont know what I could do. ) I feel like crying, cant imagine how you feel and live in these 4 years. However, cant imagine our lives without you! Dont give up boys!!!! We love you!!!!! If you want to sing, sing for us; if you want to act, play for us!!! You are not alone!! JYJ hwaiting!!!
oh…so pity. what to do, our boys love their country very much even though SK treat them like bullshit. i don’t know Y, SM is so chicken, like a giant afraid of small cat…
SM if u think u are good enough, don’t be afraid face to face with our boys nevertheless their your x.
SM, i guess, you already know that your top ranking still can’t challenge our boys.
do whatever you can, we always support our boys 100%.
Shame on u SK
SICK ! Can we have another petition to express our anger ?
a petition to Japanese fans to finally stop supporting SME and the other Korean companies. Supporting others to fill the gap because JYJ can’t promote there is not the way. They keep feeding the ones that block and bully JYJ. I don’t understand them. The money talk is the only one SME understands and most of their income comes from Japan. SME does whatever they want in SK, but they would listen to the Japanese fans if it comes to that.
@ miss_di
“[SM and other Korean companies] keep feeding the ones that block and bully JYJ”
We have to inform IGNORANT fans to STOP supporting SM artists. Supporting SM artists -> Supporting SM blacklisting & corruption
And you’re right! SM only understands money, so we have to STOP giving SM money! There are too many ignorant fans out there!
i am happy there are others who think the same way I do and practise their beliefs. it will be awful if after all the revelations about SME, some people still support them.
This is getting sick! I’ve kept my tranquility for quite a while now but this time, I was like, really!? Are these people that engrossed to dramas? It seems like they are living in one! Doing all these dirty acts they can think of and not minding that the whole world is watching them, I guess someone needs to let them do some reality check. Hello, don’t be too greedy you people and accept the fact that no matter how hard you try to step on JYJ, true talents shines out. And remember that all eyes are on you, we will never back off.
Nooo when its all this going to end we should do something another petition something, its been four years already. That old man never gets tired
when you think things cannot get worse and people cannot fall lower…
I hope JYJ stay strong and keep following their dreams
JYJ, guys we know you have suffered and you must be getting tired BUT PLEASE STAY STRONG! Know that there are thousands and thousands of us out here who love and support you!
NO ONE WILL STOP US! We will buy your albums, we will attend your concerts and meetings, we will follow your tweets/naver we we will support the brands you advertise and watch your dramas and plays! When you laugh we’ll laugh with you, when you cry we’ll cry with you, when you fight we’ll be right beside you! Not just because you are talented and beautiful, but because you have a right to justice and to seek freedom to follow your own paths.
DON’T GIVE UP JYJ! DON’T GROW WEARY! WE ARE WITH YOU ALWAYS!
😀 Like button!
@Slynn aww I loved your comment it was so heartfelt!!!!!!
@Slynn
(this time I’m going to ask first. lol) Would it be OK if I reprinted your comment on the Stand Up 4 JYJ Facebook page?
WOW, REALLY SK? REALLY??? WOW…JUST WOW…
AND SADLY, I’M NOT THAT SURPRISE.
So basically this is SM’s response to the sanctions against it. This monstrous company will not stop until they achieve their devilish goals.
JYJ my heart is with you for ever ❤
JYJ oppa, ^^ so we will wait and see……. !!!!! ??????
it makes me feel good whenever I hear it after sthing bad happens to #JYJ
lol forgot to post the link
All my love!
Korea, has ignored the rights of JYJ for the last five years, so the least they could do is excuse them from military service. Why should JYJ sacrifice two years of their life for a country that has turned a blind eye to how they are treated.
Maybe it’s time for JYJ to have their own music festival. The first JYJ Annual Music Festival, on the same day as the IAG concert. Given an opportunity there are many groups that would perform with them just for the sake of showing support. Think of all of Junsu’s soccer buddies, and the many groups also excluded from TV because SM entertainers always take precedent.
JYJ Fighting!!!!!
Jeju feelling again, I hate this feeling too much !
Hi. I am new on here, so bare with me I am learning things about JYJ every minute. I have been interested in JYJ and their music for some time now and been listening how they have been treating in SK. It is shame things like this, are still in happening, even though we are in 20th century
In England if any issue like this arise, they will be fined or the head of the industry faces charges. Can I ask, if you don’t mind but have you guys also been emailing and writing to the minister of culture, sports and media, tweeting is brilliant but I think by bombarding in one communication aspect, well do you think that enough, i.e. emailing and writing?
What I am trying to say is my using every communication you can, you would have to get a response, sooner rather later, I don’t think we should let this be another 4 years, I believe in individuality rights and the right to express in all media. Your right SM is a large company but people like us put them there in the first place so we the people can bring them down not all they way, but a peg or two, this not for only JYJ for those upcoming artist.
I have read some sad comments, NO be strong and fight all the way
We have tried emailing and tweeting. Some South Korean fans tried throwing eggs at SM building. Let us know if you have any more questions.
it’s unfair and we all know that but in same the day junsu has 2 performance for elizabeth how can they perform in that concert?
im sorry error 😀 IN THE SAME DAY .
if JYJ will really be excluded, those opportune enough to be born and living in South Korea who are fans of JYJ should do something in a peaceful and cultured manner. I don’t know maybe come together and have a peaceful rally during that time and gather up to 500, 000 fans maybe…
it’s not final yet. let’s just wait and see if the organizers will do what is right and place JYJ as VVIP in the said event… if not, JYJ fans should take matters into their own hands…
why……….the injustice continue……….my heart ache so much with JYJ…is there something we can do.. can we help ??????
How can JYJ be the ambassadors and particpate in its official theme song but is not part of the concert line up. Wouldn’t it makes sense to have the ambassadors of the games sing the theme song? This is so stupid and makes no sense at all!!!!!!!
JYJ kicked off their activities as the ambassadors of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games by participating in its official theme song.
@flower
What I find so hard to imagine is: did they really think that no one was going to notice or comment about this??? Or were they in fact ready to deal with and combat the firestorm of protest now being whipped up among angry fans? Have they not just gone and sunk their entire management of the games in an ugly controversy? WHAT WERE THESE PEOPLE THINKING??
@lilibaiyu exactly they are just stupid people!!!! I do not know why they did not think JYJ fans from all over the world was not going to bat for them. Where have they been living under a rock!!!! Also, why would you want to bring so much bad publicity to an event like this. This type of event is geared toward bringing Asians together globally in a happy loving way. An event like this brings people together. So why would you want to show how cruel you can treat three of your own very loved citizens. It makes no damn sense at all.
SOOOOO if MBC/Incheon Game organizers decides to add JYJ … this is what my assumptions as far as what to be expected!
1. They will break for commercial once JYJ appears on TV and the whole world will miss their entire performance.
2. Zoom out as far as possible so JYJ will not be viewable on TV …. and they will increase the noise volume so no one will hear them sing.
3. Place JYJ as last performers and cut the show when its their turn to appear on TV.
4. Run the credits while they perform so we don’t clearly see them on TV.
5. TV commentators will run their mouths with their stupid comments —- just like they did during the Presidential inauguration.
6. Run spot features while JYJ performs live on TV so we do not see them at all!
7. Repeat what they did to Junsu when he was about to perform during the 32nd National Para Games where all cameras went packing away …
I’d rather suffer with foot to mouth syndrome rather than see these scenarios actually happen …. for the love of JYJ …is there some humanity left amongst these organizers!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Let the world see JYJ!
JYJ FIGHTING! The world stands by you always!
@Jade I want to say you should email or twit your list to them or somebody. You should tell them you are aware of their dirty tricks and that they better not pull any of the 7 things you listed. However, I am not sure if this is a good idea or not.

I have left a comment to the Incheon Asian Games on their twitter account. You can tell them
about how disappointed you are about their decision regarding JYJ’s appearance in the concert.
For JYJ to be excluded from the Incheon Hallyu Tourism Concert, HOSTED by the Incheon Asian Games committee, would be ethically, morally, socially, and nationally wrong! This simply will not make sense to the nations of the world because JYJ, who are Hallyu superstars, are Incheon Asian Games AMBASSADORS!!
I thin that is the same sotry that with jeju, JYJ will be left out at the end…most of the artists are from SM… so, no JYJ…again,,.,
Somehow I get the feeling this is just a glimpse of what jyj deals with every step of the way.
Corruption and Sabotage in this video are serious, not just words. I think what Jaejoong expresses in this video is a message for all to see, and we are seeing it live in action.
Wouldn’t surprise me if the “offer” was… sm host, sm from 7pm to 830pm, others from 830pm to 928pm and jyj from 928pm to 9:30pm. A stab in the back, then hand the knife on a platter as a gift, great “offer”. And have the audacity to say, hey we gave them an offer, LSM special. so obvious.. pathetic
Korean Entertainment Industry, I’m beginning to think of as the scum of their society because of one man lsm who is now spreading his ways to other industries and makes me wonder if Korea as a nation have many like him for all this to be so accepting. IF that’s their choice… sad
Hopefully this incident will open more eyes, a show of reality, either deal with the truth or let all witness how corruption works very well in Korean society.
JYJ lead the way to a better tomorrow or let LSM continue to tarnish the reputation of everything he touches. junk is junk like sm is sm
Maybe those above the filth will come forward and protect whatever reputation remains.
Keep your honorable ways JYJ, we see the corruption you deal with, how you manage so well to maintain your dignity amongst the filth, I will forever be in awe.
@IjyjNjoy
I believe JYJ-SME/allies match is at it’s end-game stage (just like a chess game match), a lot of checks have been made by JYJ’s side (court/FTC decisions) to SME side, and it’s expected resistance and defense are at it’s best (saving face and ego) , few more moves and it’s check mate for SME. Just like a movie, if the criminal is discovered and exposed, he will fiercely fight to the end, that’s what SME is doing now, using all it’s connections and influence to topple JYJ who always remains calm and smart in it’s every move, I strongly believe it’s a happy ending of course for JYJ, let’s always keep the faith, the truth and justice always prevail and sets JYJ FREE.
kris
I’m with you, I really do believe justice will prevail. This is just one more hurdle, exposing more of the corrupted LSM. He is so jealous JYJ are the ambassadors, he’s desperate and trying to force feed his employees to the world. He wants this stage, the stage given to JYJ as ambassadors, he wants to steal it, their stage, and the more he flails his arms the more pathetic he looks. I am hopeful, there are eyes above watching his every move, how much negative he brings to their country. I don’t expect miracles overnight but step by step he is digging himself deeper and deeper for all to see, he is in panic mode. And like you say, one day we will see a happy ending… JYJ FREE.
My exact thought when I first saw this video.
Yes it is!
SK entertainment industry is out of control.
When is karma going to kick SM’s butt? Karma is a decade too late if you ask me!
Guys thanks for the info this is what i wrote on south korea ministry of culture web.
I’m truly disappointed with you as a south korean democratic modern country do with your own citizens that are very well known around the world park yoochun, kim jaejoong, kim junsu. Once the government has decided for JYJ to be the embassador for incheon asian games 2014 but now after i read the news regarding how jyj as the official embassador is not on the list of the singer at incheon concert that’s truly show me what is a south korean government is, this bad news therfore confirms your untruthful commitment to domestic and international fans of jyj and jyj itself. Let’s be sure that from this on i and many domestic and international fans of jyj with number of millions will broadcast this embarrasing issue all over the world. No word of politeness that i write to your departement since we’ve been disappointed so much of how you handle the issue and make a headline that actually the south korean government afraid and has been monopolized by lee so man and park jin young as they are a partner in this.
Please forgive me for the miss spelling i have no time to check it aince i was in a rush, i dont think everyone will change their stances i only want to voice out our anger of what they’re doing once again to only used jyj big name.
@lia00027
EXCELLENT email.
Thanks. xxoo
That’s a grat idea!! We should bombard their website with protest letters!! Let’s do it guys. Oh another thing, we also could send letters to Korean ambassador in our respective countries. Amnesty International do this all the time to countries with human right issues,
What else can I say that anyone else didn’t already said more articulately than me. I would say this: I hope that the entire KR entertainment industry and everyone who associates with them or get their daily bread from them GET THE RUNS at the most important times. Like I want all them to shit their pants continuously.
can’t stop laughing, thank you… runs… continuously… 🙂 🙂 🙂
😀
LOL, you comment is so funny!!!!!!!!!!!
😀
Just checked that unfortunately it seems that Junsu could not attend even if JYJ is invited to this concert as Junsu has to perform Elisabeth on 1 Sept
Even if Junsu could not attend that’s not the real concern now . . . there’s still J and Y!!!
@Graymand
The Soulmates! I HOPE we’re not discounting their massive appeal! But more importantly, I’m pretty sure Junsu could work something out and appear if called to do so.
You’re absolutely right Junsu could work something out and appear on that day . . . That’s JYJ power!!!
Something as huge as the Incheon Asian Games requires planning and preparation to be done way in advance. Surely the music festival wasn’t decided on overnight. If the organisers had intention to invite JYJ to perform and fulfil their role as ambassadors, they they should have served them notice early. I’m sure Junsu could have rescheduled his Elizabeth performance if he had known about this earlier.
@ OnlyJYJ
You’re totally correct. There was some backdoor planning involved in this. It’s wasn’t a coincidence. It wasn’t last minute planning.
Eh…? There’re still Jaejoong and Yoochun. Their duet in Melody and Harmony is f***ing amazing! One of the most breathtaking performances in the history of DB5K, so we don’t have to worry.
@ emily
That is not the concern now because justice must prevail. Pointing out that Junsu has other plans so Junsu doesn’t have to attend or couldn’t attend anyways solidifies the injustice. It’s not a coincidence that JYJ wasn’t invited. I don’t mean to be rude though. I appreciate how you were quick to notice the dates and I thank you.
of coz i want to see them in the concert…i just mean probably the IAG has never liaised with c-jes re the concert and hence the elisabeth is scheduled on that day.
Really don’t understand,there are so many artists,Why as ambassador JYJ cannot attend the show?
That’s a logical question that SM and South Korea are stupid enough that they can’t answer! I can’t believe South Korea supports this type of corruption!
I can never, ever support any SM artist! It would be immoral to do so! Supporting SM means supporting blacklisting, corruption, and bribery! Shame on you, HoMin!
please admin, make some action regarding this problem.. make a storm tweet or petition or else.. lets open their eyes to see that JYJ deserve a justice.
guide us to do something for JYJ.
i just cant keep silent for now.
@ JYJ3 admins
JYJ3 fans are restless. We can’t let this injustice continue. JYJ3 admins, please pioneer the way and the herd would follow. JYJ3 admins are more influential than you guys think. These admins connect thousands of fans around the world. And I thank you for that.
JYJ fandom are no ordinary people or just ordinary fans as what those giants think . . . I am no fan of SK but thought of this country now as I became a fan of JYJ. Please protect our JYJ otherwise SK as a country will not gain respect from people in other countries.
JYJ fandom you’re all great!!! JYJ fighting!!!
Reblogged this on JYJ's Fan Worlds.
I was tired down by work recently. I am really behind to catch up all the posts and news. When I read this post, I was almost cracked down. Yes, almost! However these 3 beautiful gentlemen reminds me of “Fighters” !!! Stand up and think what I can do now! Thanks for the link
http://www.mct.go.kr/english/contactus/contactus.jsp
and I’ve just sent email! JYJ fighting!
I wonder what does SM artist think about this? Do they have a mind of their own? or they’re just scared to say anything. i only knew two people from SM who promoted JYJ.. Leeteuk and Eunhyuk, when they were still in sukira. i hope they will realize who benefited from that lawsuit…
who can tell me the tweeter number of the South Korea JYJ fans?
Be strong our JYJ!!!
God knows everything you’re enduring…let just give our 100 % faith to HIm..
as HE said, “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for.”
Let us keep the FAITH…. ALL THIS WEARINESS AND ANXIETY THAT WE FEEL RIGHT NOW WILL BE GONE SOMEDAY.
We may not have the powerful SK companies on our side…but do remember we have the MOST POWERFUL CREATOR WHO takes our side…..JYJ fighting!!!JYJ Fandom Fighting!!!
Amen!!! You have been a blessing to many as JYJ . . . You made people happy and forget their own weariness and anxieties in your own little way . . . Those things you do to God’s creation will not be in vain. God doesn’t sleep . . . Let us keep the faith!!!
good morning everyone, if you have the time pls post your “protest” against the exclusion of JYJ in the concert for Asian Games in this page http://www.mct.go.kr/english/contactus/contactus.jsp thanks
@babydoc
Yes, please ladies, just take a minute or two of your time – the email doesn’t have to be long or involved. Just voice your anger and unhappiness about the deplorable situation where JYJ was once again cynically used by officials for their fame and their international fanbase and then abandoned at the last minute, most probably at SM’s behest.
@ babydoc45 and lilibaiyu
It might help if you provide a template for us to simply copy and paste in our message to them It would also be better if we pioneer this project in a grand scale. I suggested the template because, although it may be hard to believe (!), hardcore JYJ fans may like the convenience of copying and pasting. I suggested the project because we are stronger in numbers.
As you noticed from my past posts, I am an advocate in massive movements. Small movements are fine too because one drop of water can be a waterfall.
@ee3451
Yes, you’re right. I always hesitate to provide templates unless asked because it seems to do so is a bit pushy. 🙂 But I agree and I know that many here are unsure of their English skills – seems crazy to me because I think everyone here is amazing – I’m the one lacking if you ask me, I only speak one language. lol
I’ll think of something short and to the point and post it below.
This is what I just sent to the MCT:
JYJ was appointed global ambassadors for the Incheon Asian Games and since February has been undertaking activities to promote the games. Why then would they be left out of the line-up of the 2013 Incheon Hallyu Tourism Concert which is hosted by the 2014 IAG organizing committee, and sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with MBC participating in it as the host broadcaster?
If anything, as the official global ambassadors, JYJ should be headlining the concert. This kind of treatment of JYJ reflects poorly on you, the 2014 Incheon Asian Games, and South Korea itself. One can only assume that it is another example of the incredible level of corruption and collusion within the South Korean entertainment industry.
Please make this situation right by inviting JYJ to perform at this concert and ensuring that their full performance is included in any broadcast of the concert.
Thank you very much.
Thanks for sharing what you wrote and reaching out to MCT. You inspired me and I will write to MCT as well.
@shahera5
YES! Great letter! I love it! May I share it on the SU4JYJ Facebook page?
Thanks! Yes, of course you may share it. Glad that it might be of help.
@shahera5
Thanks! I just posted it.Of course everyone here on JYJ3 is invited to come, Like the page and write an email to the Ministry, btw.
And thank you.

Please allow me to share the feedback I have written to the Korean MCT ( http://www.mct.go.kr/english/contactus/contactus.jsp ) :
“I’m a doctor from the Philippines, and honestly I never thought that I would write to an organization such as yours to express my opinion. However, I have been an admirer of your culture and your people that when this matter that I’m going to air my humble opinion on has escalated to the point that it has, I just have to speak my mind.
I’m a firm believer in freedom, having lived through the oppressed time in our country. So I have great respect on how your country has maintained yours and how you have progressed. I wanted to learn more about South Korea.
I even planned on attending the Asian Games along with my colleagues and tour the country from Seoul to Jeju. I admit, just like hundreds of thousands of other people that I’m a fan of JYJ, particularly Yoochun. I follow them closely and learned early this year that they have been chosen as ambassadors for the Asian Games. Perfect choice, since they are actually very well known internationally. They don’t only have the charisma to pique the interest on the event, BUT what they have gone through and are still going through are generating sentiments from fans and even non-fans as well.
So it really came as a big surprise that they are not going to be a part of the concert that is being prepared in connection with the Asian Games. Does this mean that the Korean officials handling an international event promoting brotherhood and equality through friendly competition are actually PROMOTING DIVISIVENESS, DISCRIMINATION, INEQUALITY AND PREJUDICE EVEN TO THEIR CHOSEN AMBASSADORS? If this can be done to Koreans by Koreans, what assurance will foreigners have that this will not happen to ordinary people just visiting your country? Are those beautiful, touching ads and promotions just skin deep?
Maybe I’m not privy to the reasons behind JYJ’s exclusion, but the organizer keeping mum about it has certainly raised a lot of questions and has made us very curious and vigilant on what will happen next.
Being in government service, I understand that you have more important or urgent concern, but I also know that you will still give my letter the same attention you would other important matters. I echo the opinion of other people from different nationalities, this may seem like a trivial matter to others BUT not to us.
The actions and events that will follow will reflect Korea’s stand on freedom and equality/fairness for people (hallyu star or not, rich or poor, influential or not).
For us, we will continue supporting JYJ, regardless of whether they will be allowed to perform freely in Korea or not, and we will continue fighting for, with and alongside them.”
I’m pretty sure that just like what happened with the KFTC if we show them our “force” they have no choice but to notice.
Hi doc i was about to write almost the same tenor of your letter. I am aso a Filipino who got interested with Korea particularly because of yuchun after watching SKK and learned about JYJ and how they came about. I got negative impressions of Koreans when I was still teaching until some of our church mates went to Korea to work and suffered discriminations inspite of their abilities and education. For almost two years following JYJ online those negative thoughts were almost erased but now it made me cry as I see how JYJ is being treated . . . the worst is being done by their own countrymen. Thank you for writing such a touching letter. Whether it be read or not at least we have done our part as JYJ fan. I also plan to write the Korean embassy here in the Philippines.
@graymand06: thanks so much. probably the Korean officials and the has behind all these oppression towards JYJ have yet to realize what “people power” can do and that there is a saturation point for everything.
*hands
Thanks, this is indeed a great help!May I use the same gist of your letter?
Count me in on this task…I’m also a Filipino who got starstruck by our Prince Chunnie since SKKS and started following JYJ.
Korean embassy is near from where I’m staying right now. 🙂
happy to know we’re together fighting for JYJ 🙂
@ babydoc45
You’re a doctor?! Awesome. When I joined JYJ3.net a few months ago, I learned that JYJ3.net connects everyone worldwide, including different professions, different age groups, and different countries. At first, I was shy about my background but everyone is so welcoming on JYJ3.net. That was a random thought of mine. Back to business below:
Thank you for writing to MCT! We’re stronger in numbers. I will write to MCT too!
Count me in ladies. @babydoc45, I’ve also sent an email to the link you provided. It may not help at all but I had to voice out my opinion on the matter nonetheless. I hope they get a glimpse of what “people power” is.
@jellybean
We SHOULD voice our opinion! Otherwise, we’re accepting the status quo by default, which is a bad idea. Blacklisting and corruption should never be accepted.
Here, should anyone wish it, is a template to copy, paste and send to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Feel free to add to or subtract from it:
Sirs,
Please take heed of the distress and anger of JYJ fans around the world and hear our plea to the organizers of the Incheon Asian Games Concert: please invite JYJ to perform at your concert. They have been acting as the Ambassadors for the games for months now. They were chosen specifically because of their immense global popularity and of course JYJ fans worldwide are watching what you do now. To abandon and disrespect them mere days before the concert is to take place will be a grave mistake with severe consequences to the honor and reputation of the Games. All the hundreds of thousands of JYJ fans you counted on to spread the word about the Games and to attend the Concert will turn on you now if you do not do the right thing regarding JYJ. The reputation for fair play of the Games may never recover. Again, we urge you: do the right thing. And PLEASE do not attempt to pass of the blame to others. These are your Games, the responsibility is yours.
Oops, that should be “pass off the blame to others” – Sorry – it’s late here.
🙂
Thank u doc i sent it twice with from 2 different accounts
@ lilibaiyu
Thank you for providing us a template to help us get started! I appreciate your time.
@ee3451
**deep bow** You’re welcome. 🙂
Reblogged this on Victoria 2070 a.d..
I feel like there’s just more and more unjust things happening to JYJ as time passes. How can they keep their smiles with all this going on? These three people are truly strong, I wish they could appear on as many music shows on TV they wanted and perform at all the best concerts in Korea. I feel like everyone(meaning broadcast stations, other k-pop artists, important figures) are simply ignoring this issue, they don’t want to be in SM’s way since they’re at the top of the business. It saddens me to see this kind of announcement again, I wish the word FAIR would apply to JYJ one day. Let’s just keep on hoping … I’ll be praying for JYJ and all who support them. (._.)
The chinese fans of JYJ have written petition for supporting JYJ, in chinese, Japanese,Korean and english。
The Twitter is :love4ever0626。
Dear Asian Games Organizing Committee,Greetings:
I totally understand that spirit of sport, is fair, just, peaceful, with hard work attitude to realize their dreams. So, when you appointed JYJ (Kim Jae Joong, Park Yu chun, Kim Junsu) as the honorary ambassadors of 2014 Incheon Asian Games . I was so excited , because they can reflect the spirit of sport well, and able to play their role as the ambassadors and promote the IAG with their strong popularity. Since then, I always pay attention for the Games progress, including the MV shooting and the concert on 1st, September. as well as the campaigns in Vietnam and China. So, when we learned that as the ambassador of IAG, JYJ were not in the Inchoen Music Wave list. the entire Chinese fans are shocked. This remind us the life that they have been through within this four years.
More over, they just have their victory from the fair judgment recently. I just don’t get it. They worked so hard for their dreams and freedom. Why people keep on prohibiting and blocking them. Dear Asian Games Organizing Committee, as the fans of JYJ from China. We are really concerned and doubt about the spiritual of the IAG in the selection of the Inchoen Music Wave performing artists. I deeply regret with such behavior. Please be considerate and dont become the entertainment companies puppet. Please show the world the tolerance, integrity, beauty, Fairness and justice of your country and reflects the true colour of sport spiritual. Finally, I sincerely wish the success of the Asian Games.
We are the Chinese fans of JYJ. We will give our fully support if you need. If you want to write petitions with us or wish us to support you , you can contact us and send mail to 434761080@qq.com

we’re growing in numbers. our voice will be heard soon
just want to say a big shout out and thank you to all the inspiring things being written and valid points being voiced. i was thrilled to see the chinese fans and filipino fans say what they did also. it is indeed an international fandom and our voices shall be heard and shall stand as a witness for or against them depending on the outcome of the concert etc. united we stand in defense of JYJ!
and of fairness and equality and just plain ol common sense!
Today I was really inspired by Tomorrow (no pun intended) so I wrote the Korean consulate here in Los Angeles.
I hope it helps. If anyone local wants that email address it’s: consul-la@mofa.go.kr
@ lilibaiyu
Geez, you’re not shy to bring on the pressure. That’s awesome. You go girl!
If in the end they do not include JYJ, why do they put JYJ as ambassadors for their major? This really is outrageous.
are they intend to destroy the hearts of JYJ and the fans?
I’ve been pretty quiet with JYJ situation now. But they destroy our hearts with false hopes. Absolutely there is no shame!
To the 2014 Incheon Asian Games Organizing Committee:
I thought one of the primary missions of these sporting events is to promote peace and harmony, which calls for FAIR PLAY. Was I wrong then? You appointed three of your, apparently, deserving artiste-citizens, Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoo Chun, and Kim Junsu (JYJ), to be honorary ambassadors to this international event, to promote to other Asian countries the importance of this event. Their reputation must be pristine or you wouldn’t touch them with a barge-pole, would you? I’m sure choosing ambassadors for your country is not done haphazardly. Out of the millions in South Korea you chose them, they must be really way up there not only in terms of good image and popularity, but also in the spirit this event is trying to promote. And now that they have done their jobs, put their hearts into doing something noble for their country, you drop them just like that and wash your hands off the whole dirty trick. You are the organizers, the host country; you are responsible for the whole thing. Don’t just point fingers. I read from your website that it can be said that the Asian Games started from combining the Far Eastern Championship Games held in 1913 in my country, the Philippines, and the West Asian Games held in India, in 1934. After 100 years you tarnish this glorious event by turning a blind eye on a blatantly unfair treatment of people you dared use. Clean up your acts Sirs before you completely embarrass yourselves and your country.
@ jellybean
Thanks for sharing what you wrote.
@jellybean
Hi! Would you mind if I posted your comment on our Stand Up 4 JYJ Facebook page?
@lilibaiyu
Not at all ma’am, if it would somehow help. And besides, my JYJ3 bias is asking :D.
@jellybean
🙂 xxoo Thanks.
So CJes said: “Recently, we formally made objections about this matter. But then it turned out the IAG organizing committee was under misapprehension because they heard ‘JYJ declined our casting’ from the Incheon Urban Development Corporation. So, we rectified the misunderstanding. And they said they’ll ascertain the truth until tomorrow.”
Tomorrow would have been August 8th. I’m wondering why there haven’t been any official updates on this yet.
Does anyone else worry that with SME getting more involved with dramas that they’ll try to exclude JYJ from that too? (Feeling paranoid tonight.)
@ shahera5
Where did you get this info? First, the word “misapprehension…they heard” What the the heck? What is there to be misapprehended about? And, what do you mean “heard?” Who and what is IAG listening to? Geez.
Of course SM is involved. Aside from JYJ, SM has been blacklisting other artists for a decade. It’s SM’s habit that it doesn’t let go of its former artists easily.
The sentence I quoted is in the translated report from Daily Sports entitled “JYJ’s agency revealed their stance regarding Incheon Hallyu Concert” that is in this post.
we want JYJ can perform on the concert
It’s been just a couple of days and our numbers are growing in terms of voicing out our opinion. Yet, there has been no response whatsoever from the organizer. I’m just thinking out loud and you can give me inputs on this one, what if we send the same “protest”, feedback and opinions including the petition that has been started on twitter to the SPONSORS not only of the concert but the event itself (Incheon Asian Games 2014). I’m sure some of them have known about the issue but have not taken any action since they’re not aware of our sentiments much less our number and our global reach. It may not amount to anything, but we’ll never know unless we try, after all these sponsors are supporting the event because of the financial gain that they’ll have, and the way that they can assure these is through US THEIR CUSTOMERS. 1 sale may not hurt but thousands would. What do you think? After all, they’re not just based in Korea but internationally at that, and SM or whoever else who maybe controlling/manipulating the organizers may not have the same cloud on the sponsors. What do you think?
we think the follwing questions should be deal with :
1. How to make a great number of international JYJ fans know and take part in this support?
2.need (or how) to take unified support action ?
3. where should our supports been send to?
4. shold we (or how to) contact with the South Korean JYJ fans to take the unified support action?
what do you think?
I have an idea and I need help to achieve it. I tried to contact JYJ3 but there was no response. but if u are interested we can talk about it.
this is our mail address :434761080@qq.com
can we speak on skype ???
I sent you a msg on yahoo messenger, we can use that if its more convenient
We are working hard to register the account number of skype, please wait a moment.
the account number of us skype is fan.yu11, wellcome to send message to us.
@TOMORROW
Hi, I really like the way your mind works, that’s for sure. 🙂 My opinion is that we simply have to first wait to hear some sort of official word from C-jeS. That’s difficult, I know, because it’s been a few days now and we fans grow impatient easily. (I do anyway.) But at this point, we don’t know what is transpiring behind the scenes and it could be important information for us to have. I think continuing to email and tweet and to continue to get the word out to do so is all we should do for now. This is just my opinion, btw, but I would feel bad about being at cross-purposes with C-jeS. Last we heard, it seemed the move to be made was theirs, notifying officials that JYJ WAS in fact available to perform and greatly wished to do so. It might also be a good idea to email C-jeS and ask “What should fans be doing about this right now?”
I’ll do that later today. Here’s their email address, btw: jyj@cjes.co.kr
All the actions that we take are the voluntary ones of JYJ fans, We do not want to make the other people to think that these actions are organized by C-jes or by JYJ, what is your opinion?
we like the music and the talent of JYJ, and not wish the unfair things happend to them.
We are doing thses things:
1.make more and more JYJ fans to know about this thing, and it is better to adopt the Unified action。
2. if the number of the JYJ fans reach a great ones, we will send a petition with joint signatures to the MCT and the 14th Incheon Asian Games Organizing Committee.
what do you have the better ways?
All the actions that we take are the voluntary ones of JYJ fans,are not any official actions, and are not the political actions.
we only wish JYJ can perform on the concert, and wish the Asian Games Organizing Committee can keep the sportsmanship of fairness and justice。
@Tomorrow
Let’s all just continue writing and tweeting the people in a position to do something (the tweet lists were shown here) and the Ministry of Culture, etc the Mayor of Incheon, etc etc. Let’s continue to make some noise. I still can hardly believe these people would willingly let themselves in for this kind of negative publicity. they MUST have known JYJ’s fans would not take this lying down. To say that the situation has been mishandled is an understatement.
I want JYJ can perform on the concert I am so confused why they are ambassdor but they don’t perform in the concert ?We support them Forever
I really have to pay my respects to you all on this forum. When I became a JYJ fan it really was for the music and the sheer talent that they bring to music in general not just to Kpop. But I have stayed a JYJ fan in part because of the fandom. You guys are so dedicated to justice and equality and you are willing to fight for it and now a days that is not something seen very often. Thank you all for taking a stand for what is right. XO
@ Superfangirl
I enjoy reading your comment.
For me, I am only in this JYJ fandom because of my personal belief in fair competition and human rights. I wasn’t a JYJ fan until I learn about the corruption in South Korea and Japan. Ignorant fans who annoys me.
@ee3451 and Superfangirl
My journey here was a little different than others here. I began my career early as a 20 year old who fell in love with a supremely talented singer-songwriter from overseas. He went on to have a fabled career but in the beginning, when we were together it was difficult at best. He and I went through an eerily similar situation to the one JYJ faced upon leaving SM. He also was forced through artistic differences to leave the record company/management company/publishing company he was signed to and they in turn vowed to end his career in America – to ruin him. For him, this was akin to death – making it in the U.S. meant everything to him. For us, it was only a two year ordeal of dead ends and rejection – then, things opened up for him and he has never looked back or had an unsuccessful moment since. So after many years on my own path as a singer and songwriter, I discovered DBSK. They were quite remarkably doing what the singing groups I had been involved with did (minus the dancing lol) and so I was drawn to them. When the split came and I started hearing the reasons for it, I instinctively started following those who I thought were the main talents of the 5 member group. It was a great big dose of Deja Vu for Yours Truly, it rang so many bells of what I had been through as a young woman. Over the months and years of researching exactly what happened to JYJ during the last 3 years, I became convinced that they were right in choosing artistic freedom over slavery, career-fixing and being cheated of what they had rightfully earned and I have vowed to see this fight through to the end. I am a passionate advocate for them and I will do anything I can to help, aid and comfort them. I believe in their great talents and I will never give up.
🙂
@ lilibaiyu
Thanks for sharing your story. I never thought I would know a person slightly in a more personal level on JYJ3.net when I joined the fandom. It sounds like you’ve quite a past and you’ve a unique insight of the music industry. Whether you continued with your singer-songwriter career or chose another profession, I hope you found your calling and your significant other (aside from Jaejoong). Based on all of your comments I read (and I joined JYJ3.net this year), I could tell you’re a strong-willed person and very informed.
I can relate to you and your story and I think there are still plenty who have the same if not almost the same experiences you had . . . Thanks for JYJ for having the courage to stand and fight injustices done to them . . . Thanks to C-jes for fighting with them and Thanks to all the fans and supporters of JYJ for not wavering inspite of all the odds. More power to everybody!!! Fighting!!!
@ee3452
You’re welcome. I don’t always share everything with everyone. But then on the other hand I don’t believe in hiding who I am and what I have experienced first-hand either. In a way it gives me an edge in understanding what is going on and what it must be like to be in JYJ’s shoes but then again it also makes me a partisan, someone with a built in prejudice for the members, no matter what. So I occasionally need others here to keep me honest and calm me down. lol One thing I know – the pressure these three must be under, the frustration they must feel to be persecuted and held back like they have been must be enormous.
@graymand06
Actually, I’d really love to meet someone else who has had my experiences! That would be great. I’m a very inquisitive person and I’d love to know what someone else’s experience was living through and fighting this kind of thug injustice was like.
🙂
What an interesting story! You make me very curious about who the overseas singer-songwriter was. Thanks for sharing. I came to JYJ from being a fan of another idol singer who is close to Jaejoong. This was a little before the time Jae released Mine and the Avex ruling came out. Also the magazine of 1000 Days. The more I learned about JYJ and their story, the more committed a fan I became besides coming to absolutely love their music and themselves. Always wishing them the greatest amount of success and happiness. I also help support some less well-known bands in the U.S.
@lilibaiyu
JYJ must be very grateful having a devoted, enthusiastic, keen, steadfast, loyal, committed, faithful, out-and-out, staunch, stalwart…aahhh what else can I say….. fan like you.
*hands down,up,down,up,down…. 🙂
@lilibaiyu
Darn I’m so good at choosing my bias! 😀
I’m here for Yoochun and I’m joining the fight for the three of them. My life is as far away from music and the arts as can be…uh you can’t get any farther than finance, could you? 🙂 But it seems when your a fan of JYJ you can’t stay a mouse forever. I’m resolved to do what bits I can for the boys.
@foreverpyc
Well, gosh – thanks!
xxoo
@lilibaiyu
I may not be as excellent/active as you but I promise to give my 1 000% of my support and love to JYJ, be it solo or group journey. And I’ll contribute in my own little ways to help in their, our fight for justice and corruption!
-already a fan of yours, hehe

@ [oops, it’s all Korean or Chinese characters so I don’t know]
This is such a brilliant letter.
JYJ COME ON!Let JYJ starred in Incheon concert!
I was thinking maybe JYJ was not included in the controversial line of IAG concert coz they will have their own JYJ Incheon Concert . . . Better off to have their own than join those the other group of SME they might claim they have the most number of fans if ever ha ha ha
@graymand06
You make a very good point. And then there’s the sabotage factor to consider. JYJ should be HEADLINING this show. And they can’t get on the bill???? Are you kidding me? But I agree with you. Let’s stop trying to get JYJ places they’re not wanted. They should do their own Incheon concert. Or even a series of concerts. Then buy a TV station and start televising themselves. Pardon me for saying so but F**K Korea.
Ha ha ha . . . This may sound funny but this is more practical then broadcast JYJ to the rest of the world. I remember one comment of anti JYJ . . . He said JYJ have lots of posts in youtube so why concern themselves with SM thing . . . I was just starting to know more of JYj back then after watching SKK of yuchunnie yet I got furious with such comment . Last night I tried to watch old dbsk videos . . . Up to now the truth of their separation still hurts . . . And the more furious I get with SM. Thanks to JYJ fandom for fighting with the boys. More power!!! Fighting!!!
from 8.7 to now, we have finished:

3. organize the Online petition, http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/let-jyj-starred-in-incheon-concert/,and want to send the online petition to the MCT and IAGOC, if the number can reach to a great number.
we wish you can support our action if you like. morever, you can also tell us the other effective way to support JYJ. thank you.
@TOMORROW
Just sent to iagoc@incheon2014.kr —
Dear Sirs,
Please take heed of the distress and anger of JYJ fans around the world and hear our plea to the organizers of the Incheon Asian Games Concert: please invite JYJ to perform at the concert associated with the Games. JYJ have been acting as the Ambassadors for the games for months now. They were chosen specifically because of their immense global popularity and of course JYJ fans worldwide are watching what you do now.
Many of us are well educated professionals and highly placed people in our own countries with many contacts with our media. To abandon and above all disrespect JYJ mere days before the concert is to take place will be a grave mistake with severe consequences to the honor and reputation of the Games. All the hundreds of thousands of JYJ fans you counted on to spread the word about the Games and to attend the Concert will turn on you now if you do not do the right thing regarding JYJ. The reputation for fair play of these Games may never recover. Again, we urge you: Do the right thing. And PLEASE do not attempt to pass off the blame to others, to MBC for instance. This will not be in any way acceptable to us. These are your Games, the responsibility is yours.
Sincerely Yours,
ear sirs:
a very important event is coming up and as of now, you still have a choice to take the high road and show some fairness to the world. JYJ are honorary ambassadors and should be a main part of the procedings, especially the concert planned for the games. will you show YOUR integrity and have them play an important role in the actual events instead of just paying lip service and using their good name and reputation to your own means and end. if they are good enough to become representatives for these games, they are good enough to play a part in the proceedings also. if anything, the one who does not want to play fair should be the one to be uninvited to participate. please do the honorable thing and let them represent you totally. you won’t be disappointed in them and their many worldwide fans will have good things to say also. wouldn’t you rather have the honest side on yours? oppression is never the right thing no matter which side you find yourself on, being the oppressor or receiving the oppression. wrong doing is still wrong doing.
sincerely,
diana hansen
just sent my 2 cents into them also~
just got a delivery failure, again. i have tried but have not been able to send anything anywhere so far.
@koreamom
How about if I post it on the Stand Up 4 JYJ Facebook page?
🙂
please do. i want to help too! my computer is being weird today
@koreamom
Just posted it, minus your name. 🙂 Thanks for helping!
thank you! i will keep trying to get thru to those places even though i lack in eloquence like others do. i want to let another voice be heard for JYJ and put that much more heat to the fire. hopefully if we remain steady and keep putting the heat up they will start listening to reason!
There is obviously something going on behind the scenes, but we’ll just have to wait and see. Again, something doesn’t smell right. My sympathies go out to JYJ. Try to remain strong, boys!
@Shirley USA
You got that right, Shirley. This whole recurring nightmare of JYJ’s — shameless sucking up only to be abandoned when the job they wanted is done stinks on ice. And frankly my feeling now it that it may be time to do a complete paradigm shift insofar as defining career success in SK is concerned. These assholes and their stupid music shows and televised appearances keep dangling the carrot and JYJ keeps grabbing at it only to have it yanked away again. Why?? Because it’s what they’ve done before, as members of an SM act. I think there are other more creative and artistic ways of getting over, getting seen and finding new audiences in SK if they just let go of these tainted venues and stations SM controls and create their own media empire, do their own concerts where they control everything and just declare themselves free once and for all of this painful tug-of-war. Look at the last two “appearances” where they did manage to get on: Junsu’s blacked-out TV appearance at the Special Olympics and JYJ’s appearance at the inaugural where there were bored politicians talking among themselves and getting up and leaving readily visible while JYJ was performing! And what about that other stadium appearance, can’t remember what it was for, where the track complete with lead vocal started playing before JYJ had even reached the stage?? Honestly, I don’t think there’s any way these flawed, sabotaged appearances could possibly be helpful to JYJ. I think they were all purposefully orchestrated to make them look amateurish and “not as good as they were.”
Hi,we have received the following twitter from @mediaconan, it is said that SM require: if JYJ perform on the concert, all of the artists of SM will not take part in the concert.
@TOMORROW
Great! Who needs those losers?? See, this is the thing – there are many many other quality artists who will be happy for the shot. True, it means the organizers may actually have to earn their paycheck instead of having everything handed to them But that’s the only downside. I have over 1000 songs on my iPod, all great Korean artists and NONE of them are SM acts.
And one more thing – how is SM making that condition NOT “interfering with JYJ’s right to promote freely”?? So, are they just blatantly admitting that in violation of the KFTC’s recent order they are STILL attempting to suppress JYJ??
SM is a hypocrite that needs its ass whooping.
For crying out loud, there are many other non-SM artists in South Korea that are just as good! South Korea produces new artists practically everyday (everyone wants to be pretty and famous in that little country! No joke!). The Incheon Asian Games is supposed to be prestige enough that it’s not at SM’s wimp. Jesus Christ, have mercy!
On a different note, this incident at the IAG demonstrates once again how it is illogical to support SM artists or HoMin at the same time. How can ignorant fans watch and support them?! Those fans hypnotized by SM.
**correction to the typo above: it is illogical to support SM artists including HoMin. You can support SM and be remembered as ignorant in history.
@ee3451
“For crying out loud, there are many other non-SM artists in South Korea that are just as good!”
That’s what I’m saying except “just as good”? No, WAY, WAY better. In my own never to be humble opinion SM acts suck universally because all of their music is manufactured, assembly line fashion to predetermined specifications and variables. This is not inspired artistic expression, this is a rather ruthless form of commerce; it is a blatant money grab of the most cynical sort. Everything SM does presupposes that their customers are ignorant little girls. Personally, this would offend me. And of course ee3451 is right: given the current climate of continuous dirty dealing by SM “supporting both” is illogical in the extreme..And all the little girls sitting there reading these words right now and plaintively thinking “But I LOVE Homin” – well, congratulations. You are exactly SM’s target consumer. You are helping them fund the whole ugly nightmare.
this is the original text from @mediaconan:
섭외를 진행한 인천도시공사측… SM에게 섭외요청하면서 그 SM이 JYJ 출연 시키면 우리 아이들 콘서트에 나가지 않겠습니다. 했냐… 했으니 JYJ 섭외조차 안한거겠지… 답은 뻔하네…
Thanks for sharing, TOMORROW.
There are 8 tweets from @mediaconan that seem to be related to JYJ, SM and Incheon concert. Google Translate isn’t very good translating Korean into English. Who is this person?
The media in Asia should be on SM’s text. First, SM claimed that it doesn’t interfere with JYJ after the FTC’s recent findings, but @mediaconan just contradicted SM. Second, I thought SM and JYJ agreed in their settlement not to interfere with one another. This is all bullshit.
Shouldn’t we be passing this on to the Korean FTC as evidence of SM’s continued interference? Who is @mediaconan who responded? Are they from SM, from the Incheon Games organizing committee? Wouldn’t we also want to be passing this on to the Korean news media, some of whom seem to be sympathetic to JYJ?
I totally think the organizers should do a concert headlined by JYJ. They could bring in the bands they are friends with, like Beast, KHJ, and others. Get Jaejoong to produce it.

good. let SM throw a fit and let them go MIA from the event. let’s see if they can really withdraw their artists. CALL THEIR BLUFF. there are tons of really class artists out there to perform. the world WILL GO ON without SM in everyone/s pocketbooks. the event will NOT fall on its face without them there. i dare them. i double dare them to not show up.

and that is not close to all who could perform. why DOES the world revolve around SM?
@koreamom
“why DOES the world revolve around SM?”
Because SM SAYS it does. Over and over. To little girls who become infatuated and hypnotized and to a largely disinterested public who hear it and say, “Oh, OK., that’s the way it must be.” SM has a P.R. department cranking out propaganda for them 24-7. And that’s no lie. They also write all the reviews of their acts’ shows themselves and lazy entertainment reporters simply copy/paste.

I felt really harangue as well as wrath for seeing this blog. 2014 Incheon Asian Games are not in its concert lineup have flooded and come up.
dear asian games organizing committee,greetings:
i totally understand that spirit of sport, is fair, just, peaceful, with hard work attitude to realize their dreams. so, when you appointed jyj (kim jae joong, park yu chun, kim junsu) as the honorary ambassadors of 2014 incheon asian games . i was so excited , because they can reflect the spirit of sport well, and able to play their role as the ambassadors and promote the iag with their strong popularity. since then, i always pay attention for the games progress, including the mv shooting and the concert on 1st, september. as well as the campaigns in vietnam and china. so, when we learned that as the ambassador of iag, jyj were not in the inchoen music wave list. the entire chinese fans are shocked. this remind us the life that they have been through within this four years.
more over, they just have their victory from the fair judgment recently. i just don’t get it. they worked so hard for their dreams and freedom. why people keep on prohibiting and blocking them. dear asian games organizing committee, as the fans of jyj from china. we are really concerned and doubt about the spiritual of the iag in the selection of the inchoen music wave performing artists. i deeply regret with such behavior. please be considerate and dont become the entertainment companies puppet. please show the world the tolerance, integrity, beauty, fairness and justice of your country and reflects the true colour of sport spiritual. finally, i sincerely wish the success of the asian games.
JYJ could not join this time due to the conflict of interest between entertainment management companies.

“sometimes i think it would be better if they didn’t leave sm”
no, it would have been better if all FIVE of DBSK had filed the lawsuit together and left.
i hope at least that they are or will be again friends with each other.
I agree with you 100% Lei. My admiration for JYJ knows no bounds for the stand they took, in spite of all odds.
And even their harshest critics grudgingly admit their success has been swift and beyond anyone’s dreams for their future.
To me, they are heroes.
It’s just so sad how JYJ have a very slim chance of being able to perform at main broadcasting stations in the future. Even though SM was reprimanded for their actions and they’ve stopped sending letters to different companies, its already too late. It is now known to every large entertainment/media company out there that by accepting JYJ it will hurt/weaken their connections with SM, one of the main providers for their entertainers. They probably don’t want to take the risk, it just makes me sad that I can’t see them like I used to.
It’s an remarkable piece of writing for all the internet viewers; they will take benefit from it I am sure.
