This looks good. Apparently the organizers are trying to make up for the grave insult to JYJ. That’s good. That’s the correct action and I applaud them for it.
Dear Cjes, could you kindly sub this one?, it’s about your top_earner artist.
Thanks in advance to the ever hardworking/ diligent fans in the process of subbing, IFans owe you a LOT.
It’s a pity they could only use old clippings, the video editor might have a hard time looking for new materials in youtube.
So JYJ is not the only ambassadors for IAG, GOOD LUCK IAG Ambassadors, all the BEST for all of you and for IAG 2014
Cjes seems like can’t find a good english translator….
*whisper* Cjes yah, get someone from Loen ent, pay them high to do high quality eng sub video *end of whisper*
LOL, how can they hear if you just *whisper* 🙂 , we have to SHOUT,
I think it’s the best time for Cjes to step up their game, this IAG year_long promotion is an ACE card for JYJ promotion as well and YT is a very powerful tool nowadays, they have to maximize every chances to promote JYJ as a group, before we know they will be enlisting already 😦 .
Glad to see this BUT seriously it’s time for JYJ to stop being introduced as former members of DBSK, which is what it sounds like in the beginning. It has been 4 years, JYJ have proven themselves both as a group and as individuals to be stars in their own right. Give them credit for who they are now!
I agree of course, but I wouldn’t expect it anytime soon. Reporters will attempt to reference who the guys are to the uninitiated viewers. DBSK5 is a fairly illustrious, well-known past so of course they will want to mention it.
It would be better if i stayed in silence, but i really can’t. People are really going to be deceived again? Letting it go, like this, thinking that they are doing this to make up to the fans….People really think that the organization can’t to nothing about th artistes performing on their own event…How could a TV station be the one in control of an event like asian games, please…that’s all lies, and JYJ can’t do nothing now, cuz they are professionals, they already filmed that MV, so they won’t turn back now. I’m not happy about it, and i’m not going to pretend that everything is pretty and that asian games is being fair now. The must important event on all this is the opening and the closing cerimony of the event and JYJ isn’t going to be in any of them. How can the group who is singing the teme song for a event like this, don’t be on the event. The song is going to be played, opening the event to other idols come on stage and sing, that’s just so disrespectiful. I’m so ashamed (i think this is the best word i could find now).
Sorry about grammar mistakes, but english isn’t my first language.
Many of us here are very upset and angry about this situation, trust me. A few more are just fine with it, oh well, let’s all smile and be happy campers. I think you’re right, it’s awful and I’ve suggested writing to our various local Korean embassies in protest. Butterfliesarefree also had several great ideas for things we can do so I’m hoping she’ll be posting those in the next few days. Thanks for being damned mad and willing to do something about it.
🙂
Once again, I think it’s important to just clarify that if there was “no connection” between the 2 events then C-jeS would not have released the formal protest statements they did (2 of them) on the situation nor would the IAG organizers and the mayor of Incheon become involved in trying to have JYJ included in that show. There WAS a connection, all the people in charge knew it, C-jeS knew it. So explaining it away and “hoping for the best” really doesn’t cut it.
“How could a TV station be the one in control of an event like asian games, please…that’s all lies”
I think there’s a little misunderstanding, the concert where JYJ was excluded was not under Asian Games.
That concert was Incheon Korean Music Wave – Held for the first time in 2009, the Incheon Korean Music Wave (an annual event), is a special K-Pop concert bringing together Korea’s top idol artists. Fans come from all over the world to experience powerful performances, passionate fandom, and the unique concert culture of K-pop. It’s an event organized by entertainment companies and tv station. (MBC)
The Asian Games, also known as Asiad, is a Pancontinental multi-sport event held every four years among athletes from all over Asia. And since SK won the bidding to host the 2014 Asian Games, so it’s called 17th Asian Incheon 2014 Games (where JYJ is an Honorary Ambassador) is hosted by The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) with 45 member countries/states,
These are two different organizations. But since Asian Games will be held in Incheon , the Incheon Korean Music Wave is doing a favor to promote the Asian Games, the latter can request to include it’s ambassador but since the entertainment companies, organizers of the concert don’t want JYJ, the IAG cannot enforce/demand because it is not it’s event.
Fans have to note that it is not the opening ceremony of the Asian Games. It just promote it.
There’s no program yet for the opening and closing ceremony. The full song is not yet even released, only the teaser, so no reason to be stressed. Let’s hope for the BEST for JYJ and IAG 2014.
Sorry also for my English, I’m struggling with it.
What I’m trying to say is that Incheon Asian Games is not the enemy, in fact fans are busy promoting the video in twitter and FB to increase the views as a sign of support to JYJ and IAG. Cjes itself expressed its gratitude to IAG : Lastly, we express our deep gratitude for the IAG organizing committee and mayor of Incheon city’s big efforts that they acknowledge both national and international values of the IAG’s honorary ambassadors JYJ despite facing the utter nonsensical external pressure, and tried their best to redress an injustice until the very end. http://jyj3.net/2013/09/02/trans-130902-c-jes-official-site-update-activities-of-honorary-ambassadors-for-incheon-asian-games-2014/
It’s the entertainment companies/MBC which excluded JYJ in their event not IAG ,
IAG is on JYJ’s side, but if fans keep on shaming and throwing insults to its organization, how will you feel if they will just tap EXO to replace JYJ, I’m sure LSM will be happily sending you flowers for that.
Thank you for clarfying this, I was puzzled when I searched Incheon Korean Music Wave on youtube and some of the videos that appeared were uploaded a year or more ago. Let’s actively correct those fans who are still having the wrong impression. How about putting in as top comment for every article pertaining IAG on JYJ3 from now on? Maybe admin can even consider an article just to clear up this misunderstanding?
@Kalus and @Jaejoong’s Page
Thank you for getting my point. This was repeatedly explained by @iraaa before. Yes, the exclusion was really not fair but to call IAG a liar or user is also not fair. It’s very rare to find people/organization to stand by JYJ, IAG is one. Their program for JYJ has just started with the release of the video teaser, we should join hands to support and cheer for JYJ’s coming activities as ambassadors.
thank you for the explanation. it makes more sense now. fans become so passionate sometimes in defending JYJ that they may misunderstand things and we need clarifications like this to help clear the air!
Really your logic escapes me although you do seem to be excellent at Googling and then cutting and pasting quotes here there and everywhere to support your latest opinions. Amazingly, you quote C-jes ala the above when it suits your agenda and trash them for their incompetence the rest of the time. So which is it? And speaking of your quotes, frankly I’m still reeling from this one:
“Fans come from all over the world to experience powerful performances, passionate fandom, and the unique concert culture of K-pop.”
Powerful performances?? By the likes of Girls Gen and Super Junior?? It stuns me that you actually posted that here.
@lilibaiyu
The issue here is the difference of Asian Games and Kpop Music Wave and I’m trying to help to clarify the misunderstanding with the best of my ability of googling and pasting, that’s all I can do. Let’s not bring my personal issue with Cjes it’s a different matter unrelated to the topic. With regards to powerful performance, you discuss that with the committee of Korean Music Wave, that’s how it is written, thanks to my copy and paste ability. My agenda is simple : just to clear the little misunderstanding.
@kris, i think you should post your explanation on official iag mv on yt since many fans are misunderstanding.. and blaming iag.. I agree with you 100% ^^
SM why not ban this? Try harder! IAG & JYJ Fighting!!!
This looks good. Apparently the organizers are trying to make up for the grave insult to JYJ. That’s good. That’s the correct action and I applaud them for it.
I agree. Was this broadcast over the air or just on internet? Would love a translation or better yet, a full sub!
Dear Cjes, could you kindly sub this one?, it’s about your top_earner artist.
