He is an opportunist of a bad kind. Taking advantage from others for his own good. Can CJeS take a legal action to this guy? I don’t think this can be look as small matters. This will ruin JYJ and the company’s reputations. From what I read from the above, CJeS only gave warning to this guy. With what had happened in the past, won’t it be a perfect time to take stern action? CJeS, COME ON! Do it…Do it ! BE BOLD.

And I’m curious what kind of slander he made to JYJ’s family, slander in social media, does it even need a brilliant lawyer to press charges? (here in my country there are a lot of celebrity court cases about tweets) , whose family? when family matters are concerned, I don’t think J-Y-J will just sit down and watch but Cjes only REQUEST (not demand or warn to take legal measure). He was slandering against Junsu and his family a lot. He wrote Junsus’s parents forced Junsu to tweet he doesn’t know him and called his mother a b**ch and Junsu’s dad pizza uncle and more. This guy is mentally ill…really. Then he wrote fans should only believe what 3 members say not only one member or the familys. What is this for bullsh*t… And he still is tweeting… But if fans still believe him after this annoucement it’s their own fault…

Sad right but jealousy is a very dangerous habit of humans they see potential and what to shred it to pieces but the good thing about that is all you have to do is keep being successful oh they want go away you just ignore them and live your life. When someone hates someone so much and they see him succeed, it doesn’t settle well with them so they go online and bash and bash their hearts out, they bash him, his family, his company, his friends, his country if he was loony enough to go that far. If this stance is taken at the first sign of slander it would stop people from falsifying information due to a lawsuit under slander/ malicious gossip with intent to harm. Thanks for being proactive in this.

Once again, why are some people always ready to believe information about JYJ from any unofficial JYJ site. C-jes will give you any “official” announcements you need to know about JYJ so stop following any random person. Stop making it easy for others to target and ruin JYJ.
I think he posed as a friend of their’s, aka like Mr Egg (not that Mr Egg is involved in this, I’m just using him as an example). & pretty much all JYJ fans are thrilled to hear anything about JYJ, including from their friends. Plus he was telling OT5’s what they wanted to hear – DBSK reunion, so all the stuffing fell out of their heads at that point & they ran with it! I don’t get why OT5’s keep hanging onto the past when, imo, what JYJ are doing professionally now is soooo much better, not to mention the number one priority – they’re happy! But to give them hope that DBSK were re-uniting was just cruel.

Honestly, I don’t think it’s productive to call more attention to him. He has given the OT5s a reason to HOPE. As we all know by now, the facts don’t interest these people. They believe what they wish would happen will happen. You can’t reason with them and presenting facts is useless too. They were told, indoctrinated really, to keep the FAITH. Faith is a very powerful thing, as we can attest by reading history and looking around at our world. Reason is never going to change anyone’s mind where FAITH is involved. To go ahead and make up this whole story and then gain notoriety for himself by tweeting it – this guy’s a crackpot – he’s also loving all the attention he’s getting. Let’s not give him any more.
This strange old man is a disgrace to the financial industry, entertainment industry and himself. In the name of an analyst and his background from entertainment industry, he is “shitting” from his mouth about JYJ on regular basis. As if the world didn’t know he is always a loser to his loggerhead, Avex’s Matsuda, he surely knows how to make use of C’s current law suit with A and JYJ’s international stardom to make a name for himself, even if it meant notorious, he still gathered himself attention from the fandom.
People his age should wise up. With legal suit and trials still in progress, how could one of his status be talking about things that would affect the on-going settlement negotiation even if there is an ounce of truth from his piles of “shit”?
The unfortunate part of the Internet is that it provides cover for anyone to post just about anything they want. They can hide behind anonymity. One simply cannot go suing everyone who posts something ridiculous. What one can do is send a very strongly worded message. This person wants their 15 minutes of fame. And sadly, he’s getting it. Yes, there are those who will read and believe. But that is not something that can be avoided.
Just continue to try and point out the nonsense when and wherever possible. The rest will take care of itself.
