I don’t get it …I’m trying to understand what the people behind the Production are doing , but …..why and how can the album be out of stock in a few days ? AGAIN !…
why not put out enough from the beginning ? and isn’t it common sense to have extra copies sold at anytime he is doing a concert of FM ?

wouldn’t stock be a store to store issue? unless they are only allowed a certain amount of albums at a time from cjes…

Whose store managers in Seoul don’t want extra stocks during peak period of newly released product (it’s not even 1-week old) but they have to wait till Nov. 7.

I have 2 possible answers to your Q. 1. The company is really dumb and 2. They don’t like selling more albums. Before we know it, it’ll be out of stock everywhere. I won’t be surprise if Cjes print the same amount of album like ‘Mine’ that’s how stupid they are.
I think it’s store to store issues too. Each store will only buy the amount they want to buy, C-jes can’t force them to buy more than they’re willing to. Because when a store buys the CDs from C-jes, they have to pay C-jes whether they get sold out or not. So some stores will rather buy less and be out of stock than buy more and have surplus.
but don’t they ( store owners or manger’s) already know how much they’d sell of the album since it’s not Jaejoong’s first time with a solo album ?
and there’s also that thing ( can’t remember the right term for it ) where the store’s owner can give back the unsold CD’s to the company .
does anyone else ever have this ” out of stock” thing from other companies and artist ?
I know out of stocks happen all the time here at walmart and various stores. Especially popular items (even pharmacies have out of stocks even though they can return the unsold drugs and out of dates to the manufactures and get a percentage of the price back). I don’t think they get full refunds on unsold items and it’s still considered a negative to the store’s inventory. And out of stock doesn’t necessarily mean “back order”. When something is on back order, it means manufacturers haven’t placed any on the market, aka they haven’t produced new ones Back order is bad, out of stock is not. Though they are both irritating.
Yes, example (from a big comapy) is IGAB (SNSD latest album) was out of stock from some store.. example from nugus company? too much to name them. But the ”out of stock” thing can also be a marketing strategy from some company.
I mean for kpop companies ….does that happen with other idols ?
I do see some news of people selling all the copies of a repackaged or limited Addition , but not an actual album …. I don’t know …

Actually I heard that the stores can order as much as they want and only have to pay when they sell them.
That’s why the preorders are always so much higher than the sales numbers. The stores and on-line sellers report sales as they happen, not as they order them.
But we don’t know the behind story on the production side. I know in the early days they had some meddling from someone about blocking production. That may still be an issue, but who knows. C-JeS would most likely not comment either way.

I wonder why c-jes didn’t sell his albums in the concert venues just like everyone else? Are they that cheap to make more albums? With 14000 people went to his concert, imagine how many of them bought it. Every other singer done it and usually they made a mint just from concert merchandise.
Honestly, I just don’t get how their brain works. I mean first, they know they’re banned everywhere, why can’t they do everything in their power to promote our boys other ways. *sigh*
JYJ can’t appear on TV, then make your own broadcast on your official YouTube channel. JYJ can’t promote their music on TV, then by all means, make more albums and sell them on FM and concert venues!!!

People and their ignorance…I guess tarantallegra was completely out of print just few months after its release because CJeS wanted to mess with JJ sales and let not forget the limited copys for uncommitted (only 60k) and all the problems they have with In Heaven .. all those things happen to prevent jae from making money. All the drama trying to get a new distributor (LOEN) were created to sabotage JJ album.
Yes, definitely, CJES has invested more than ever in advertising a Jae/SU/JYJ album but hey they obviously don’t want this money. back.everything makes sense now.

The problem here is A&G MODES (CJeS Publisher/Distributor) that doesn’t have the capacity to mass distribution, this nugu comapy only work for people that don’t even sell 2k album that why they tried (but failed, and really hard actually) with LOEN.
