I’m sorry but let’s not be too arrogant about this. I get that your happy but I don’t think it’s okay to put down KBS and call them a big joke when they just gave Jae a huge promotional move. Having them put Jae as a contender is already a big favor for all of us when in all actuality they could have changed the ranking since as you claimed they are a joke.

to be quite honest , KBS’s music bank has been criticized and mocked by k-netizens before even call a joke because of the way winners of #1 are picked sometimes.
as for given Jaejoong any favors ….well I don’t know if they actually did have a choice not to if he was getting enough points or their trying to work things out with JYJ & CJes …
I mean they did too much crap to JYJ before so I don’t have much trust left for them now .
If it sounds arrogant to you to call the the show a BIG JOKE, well, there’s nothing I can do but that’s how I really look at the situation, it’s laughable, and those PDs out there are BIG LOSERS for not inviting Kim Jaejoong in the first place!
There is nothing arrogant taking in account the known history of KBS’s lack of morals and ethics in treating JYJ. To even mention that they made JJ a big favor is to someone acknowledge that things are done there based on favors. As any other musician/artist/idol in that country JJ/JYJ and any other aforementioned individual have the right to promote on their public television supported with funds frome their government which collects them from their citizens in the form of taxes. KBS didn’t make JJ any favors, the market ( fans) voted with their $$$ by bying his music and supporting him.

They changed the percentage points to better reflect the public. If physical album sales are given too big a slice there’s no hope for artists without dedicated fanbases. For example SISTAR hit it big digitally but their actual fanbase is quite small compared to other groups, you can see by their album sales. Also DBSK has never been a digital powerhouse, in fact they have arguably less digital power compared to BigBang.
But if only he’s given a broadcast promotion, it will surely improve his digital performance. The fact that he has zero points for the 30% (KBS TV/Radio Broadcast Count – 20%, Viewers Choice Charts – 10%) of the criteria against Trouble Maker who’s undeniably very strong digitally. The competition is imbalance.

my point exactly. i bet many people, not only fans, who already know JYJ situation, can even guess whose the winner is, since JJ didnt even invited to come, and usually the winner would be performs at the closing.. so how can JJ be the winner, when he wasnt even invited to closed the show? no guess, it would be TM 2 who would win. no hating on them, Beast is my 3rd group bias. but still, it was a very pleasant suprise, esp in KBS MuBank, since KBS is the most ridicilous n BS regarding any JYJ member perform in their music show.

Great in spite of the lopsided criteria for judging Jae got the 2nd place. In the hearts of the fans and people who really know what awesome songs are jae your album www is the bestest. We pray for much more people worldwide to hear and enjoy your album . Please let there be enough supply of physical cd albums ready for grabs. Amen.

apparently it was confirmed during the fansign that jaejoong was never invited to perform or participate in Music Bank. you can search the tweets from the fansign about it.
IF they bring jaejoong in their show then it will be him no one else and they ll never rich him …like the moon in the dark night …..even his absence has meaning… his absence has effect… his absence cant be ignored…tv show are the looser… he gained us… we are behind him till the end.

It’s still an exposure for Jae even though it’s unfairly done. How do you think those two who won the award right now feels knowing their competitor probably deserve the award better than they did?
that’s the new “trouble maker” song ….and I really don’t think people in this idol business ” think ” much about anything but staying relevant and working before they get replaced with new people.
Um, Trouble Maker is the name of their duo, they won with their new song “Now”. I know we’re all bitter about JJ not being able to perform but I think it’s unfair to say that those two deserve the award less. Sure Jae would have a better chance of winning if he has performance points but TroubleMaker’s points were awarded correctly, they did really good digitally and that’s where the bulk of the points come from.
The percentage allocation aren’t really skewed in my opinion, if anything it gives groups/singers who don’t have a huge album-buying fanbase an actual chance of winning. Case in point, K.Will.

KBS is a joke, (why?) they will have their news men be filming a man jumping off a bridge to his death and they can only hold the camera ( this is a true recent story, google it and you will find it under world news).
Related to JJ winning 2nd place, the audience may not know who He is, but of course the artists performing know… So I wonder what their thought on the blacklisting is.
Jaejoong is the king of the K=POP. For someone who has been restricted so many ways, Jaejoong stays above all the rest of the K-pop world.

With all the respect to other idols/performers/artists, I’m SURE JJ/JUNSU/JYJ CAN also get fair number of digital downloads, and don’t get me started whining about the broadcast performance!!!! I’ve been thinking about the blocking from performing on broadcast. It does have a huge impact, one can not deny. Think about Busker Busker, Roy Kim, the famous Infinity Challenge, many singers that perform on Immortal Song/I Am A Singer, even newbie training kids from YG Ent WINNER. They are all great, their songs are great, and whatsoever, but they get BIG amount of airtime on broadcast from their so called intense talent showcases. Starting from there, and fortunately and with luck, public like them, and buy their digital songs. That makes a huge difference.
So call me butthurt, rude, anything you want, but this kind of circumstances surrounding JYJ is still very maddening!!! I definitely get Jaejoong’s feeling when he stated that he almost swear s*******t in Korean, regarding this……
*sigh* i need to calm myself down…. Ok, I’ll just continue support JYJ the best I can, because they deserve to be regarded on of the best on their fields. Bias have nothing to do with this. Hope God protects them always!!!
