Actor Son Hyeon-joo is starring in the new SBS drama “Three Days” as president Lee Dong-hwi.
Lee Dong-hwi is an average character who worked hard to graduate from Seoul National University and Harvard, making himself president and entering the Blue House.
“Three Days” is about a president who is in danger of being assassinated at his holiday villa and the struggle of his bodyguards to protect him. Park Yoochun will star as a bodyguard and this drama is written by Kim Eun-hee-I and produced by Sin Kyeong-soo.
Son Hyeon-joo plays the role of a charismatic but humanly president and this might be the greatest performance of his life.
“Three Days” will be aired in February next year.

I like Son Hyeon-joo’s work. OMG. This make me anticipate this film more *pray for the good result of the movie*

Kim Eun Hee’s drama usually doesn’t have love story in it..so if they eventually cast female actress in ‘Three Days’, I highly doubt it’s for love line story.
He seems very popular in domestically, saw his picture everywhere in Seoul. He can act very well too, good that he finally get a breakout role. I am happy for YC to be acting with him.

I can’t remember what he said(or mean) but that what came to my maind when I saw the news …. you’re in a drama with a top idol actor as the lead now…. and he’ll charm the pants off you ……. wait that came out totally wrong ..

Last year at the SBS award, SHJ said he was worry because there’s no idol actor or someone famous in the chaser, but he was glad the drama turned out so well received.

I watched The Chaser because it won The Best Picture Short TV Drama, I thought I couldn’t finish it because the main actors are all at 40’s but I’m captivated on how well they act.
this was the only drama tha made me look at him as a good actor …. I’ve seen him in other dramas and he was like most k- drama actor so I was surprised by him and the who drama being as good as it was .

it’s my own view of his acting ….the drams I saw weren’t old so I was wondering why he was considered high profile and all … but then I saw Chaser and thought maybe he’s like this when the writing and Production is good ?
anyway …I never really carded for awards especially since alot of the time it’s ” WTF ” winners ….and that’s everywhere in the world .
I only wand celebs and artist I like getting awards for more exposure .
I don’t care much for who’s in this drama with yoochun as much as I care who’s behind the production of it .

reading in various blog action drama always get low rating. didn’t think “three days” will be hit drama.

Rating doesn’t count if you support your man. Even if the story makes us cringe, I believe he will make the best of it. Look at how Jaejoong did it in “Dr. Jin” 😀 .3 days will definitely be among the tops.
i think you over confident. yoochun last drama didn’t do well despite he have many ahjumma fans. have many fan doesn’t means your drama will get high viewership.
I agree but I also think you worry too much. Lets think positively. YC dramas always got double digits n never fall in the 3rd place, so I’m happy enough with it.
Furthermore, what should be matter is quality than ratings. I guess, Three Days will be more thriller + brain drama since that the writer famous style of writing. Also Korean youngster now watch drama on gadget
I much appreciate good quality drama rather than mere ratings. I think we need to have faith in him. He has good instinct. And to think that caliber actor like Son Hyun Joon also signed on this drama, then there’s must be something about Three Days.
Just to let you know, SBS has planning this drama for 1.5 year. In korean news Three Days described as SBS mega project due to large production budget being invested in this drama. The writer and director of this drama itself are the top ones in Korea.

Action dramas don’t get low ratings. Any drama can get low or high ratings it’s purely luck plus good plot, good acting, and good production. Also I don’t think this is “action drama” is going to be like a chinese “action drama” or even a lee Junkie kind of action drama. I think it’s going to run on the side of investigative/FBI sort of drama. Maybe even a little like sherlock holmes but probably with more guns than brains. It’s going to be awesome!
“Two Weeks” is one of my favourite drama which have low ratings…But I’m proud as one of the viewer who watch that drama despite with low ratings coz it has superb storyline and look at the awards they’ve got in 2013 Apan Star Awards a few days ago..
I don’t want to be over confident yet but let’s pray for their success then..Fighting~~~!
hmmm, i dont think that he had made a wrong decision.. chunnie is really smart at picking a project, he wouldn’t join the project if it didn’t suit his interest.. it’s gonna be a new challenge for him.. rating is not everything to measure a success of a drama..
Son Hyeon-Joo is a very talented actor and I’m glad he’s in on this project with Yoochun. Looking forward to it.
