Yes, filthy rich is a phrase but this phrase means “so very rich that it is offensive”, therefore, it has a negative meaning. This negative connotation of the phrase comes from the word filthy which implies corrupt or immoral. So my objection came because of the negative connotation of the phrase, but I suppose you just meant enormously rich and meant no offense.
