Normally offices are on the top floor. However, from what I have seen elsewhere, some very busy executives have a suite where they can have a break in between meetings, like have a shower, take a nap or a snack or a drink. They also have an assortment of clothes to dress for the occasion if they are to leave the office and go for a different kind of function. It’s only my guess but I think this is the kind of place that he may need and the JJ Room might be.

JJ room…Hmmm, is it his personal office? Big boss office. When Moldir just started last year, and the picture of that hand sketched of a back pack on a piece of paper appeared, I thought JJ was just an endorser or a temporary/free lance designer of the product. Now it turned out like this. Gosh, JJ, you are AMAZING.
How did he manage to do so many great things with so little time? And the thing with JJ is that he did all of those without looking like he put too much effort, or like he’s working hard. He never boasting “Oh I’m working so hard” like most people would do. He makes it looks like he’s just playing around, having fun. He never shows us his serious, business meetings and stuff. He only tweeted small things, his dog, toys, cooking, skate boarding, playing, drinking. You know, fun stuff, small “unimportant” stuff. It led some people into thinking that he’s lazy LOL. When the fruits of his secret hard labor started to emerge, people were stunned and in awe and a little embarrassed of ever doubting him ^__^
I agree…luv ur comment..JJ is such a talented person…i dont know how he has time to do all.. what special is anything he work on is really have such a high quality like a pro..
Within these few years JJ has never fail to amuse me… How can anyone do it … Open 2 popular restaurant, 2 popular cafe, 1 movie, 2 drama, 2 albums, 2 repackage albums, countless of single (OST, Helping junior artist) and countless of concert, traveling around the world …..and TOP of that THIS BIG BRAND called MOLDIR … WOW just WOW. It’s all within 3 years ( half of all these within 1 year) … How is it even possible to do by single person, so young man. Does he even sleep …. Does he even eat … Is he a robot …. LOL …
TODAY He made me so proud. I just want to give him 90 degree bow for his hard work.

I agrre with everything you’ve said, in fact, I’ve said it many times, though may be in different words. His humility, talent, hard work and capacity to do so much within no time are legendary. The key is that he regards all that as his hobby. Remember in Osaka he asked the fans, do you think this is hard work? no, this is not work, I am enjoying myself.
Just to add one more detail: he also thinks out and plans every detail well in advance before he even starts. That very first sketch and that first bag with the many pockets already had the gold plate with the Moldir logo. Even at that time he knew he was going the long hog.

The store looks amazing and made me want to buy these products eveb more. I’d like to purchase one Moldir hoodie, but I am in Germany. How can I get one? I can’t find it online.
He knows and understands his #1 customers, his fans: from students, working, housewife, everyone can buy at least a key ring, phone case, purse to bigger and more expensive products or they can just drop in Jholic.
I really like the quality now I have to work hard to afford it but it would last a long time and that is what I would pay for….
