[NEWS] 140305 JYJ’s Park Yoo Chun is on course to notch Best Actor with ‘Three Days’

Upcoming SBS Wed-Thu drama ‘Three Days’ which is headlined by JYJ’s Park Yoo Chun will premiere on March 5th. The drama will mark Park Yoo Chun’s small screen comeback, and puts him on course to be a nominee for the Best Actor award at the year-end SBS Drama Awards.

‘Three Days’ is a story of how an elite bodyguard goes to great lengths to seek out the missing president, after 3 gunshots were fired at his villa. Park Yoo Chun plays the role of perfectionist bodyguard, Han Tae Kyung. As a member of idol boy group JYJ, Park Yoo Chun has managed to get awards for every drama he has been in since his acting debut. This, many are looking forward to seeing if Park Yoo Chun can continue his run with ‘Three Days’.

Park Yoo Chun’s first drama was KBS 2TV ‘Sungkyunkwan Scandal’ in 2010, where he played the role of a scholar named, Lee Seon Joon. He walked away with the Newcomer Award, Netizens’ Award, and the Couple Award with Park Min Young at the ‘2010 KBS Drama Awards’.

[NEWS] 140305 New Korean Series ‘Three Days’ Exports its Copyright with the Highest Price to China

SBS’ new series ‘Three Days’ made a new record in copyright export history by selling with the highest price to China.

‘Three Days’ is SBS’ new drama series that stars Son Hyun Joo, Park Ha Sun and Park Yoo Chun as main casts. The first episode is not even aired yet, but its copyright was successfully exported to the video sharing website, Youku in China with an extreme price.

According to an associate in this industry, the copyright price was the highest amount of money in history. Until recently, ‘Love from Star,’ starring Gianna Jun and Kim Soo Hyun, was at the peak in history, but ‘Three Day’s exceeded the price very easily.

Regarding this issue, the director at production company Golden Thumb Pictures said, “Chinese market has been offering less than $10,000 per episode only, but ‘Three Days’ exported the copyright with a five times higher price. It certainly was the most expensive amount of money among what Korean series have earned.”

‘It’s You’ is a lyrical pop ballad number with heartfelt lyrics, silky chord progresses, a beautiful piano match, and a string match.

Furthermore, the song was written and arranged by songwriters Park Sung Ho and Oh Chang Hoon, who directed OSTs of many hit dramas.

Jung Eun Ji’s sweet voice made a great match with the song, and the song will make the drama much better to watch.
